SUBSTANCE: invention is related to transportation equipment, in particular, to propulsion engineering, and may be used in design of trucks. Starting device of internal combustion engine (ICE), which comprises drive pneumatic motor and flywheel, additionally contains electropneumatic valve, electric switch, electric lag relay, electromagnet starting relay and gear of intermediate engagement, besides, it is installed with the possibility of engagement by means of electromagnet starting relay with driven gear of ICE crankshaft and toothing of flywheel installed on shaft of drive pneumatic engine, which is connected by pneumatic lines to receiver through electropneumatic valve, which is connected by electric circuit to positive terminal of power supply source and switch that are available on gage panel of haulage truck, on the one side, electric starting relay installed on haulage truck frame, and electromagnet starting relay, which is located on intermediate shaft of starting device, on the other side.

EFFECT: increase reliability and provide automatic connection of ICE starting device.

The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular to engine, and can be used in the construction of trucks.

Know the starting device of an internal combustion engine (ice), containing a battery and electric starter (Handbook of mechanical engineering, v.4, M.: 1992, 320 S.).

The disadvantages of this device are the fragility and high cost of the battery, as well as insecurity in the operation of the direct current motor (starter).

Closest to the proposed device is an inertial starter of internal combustion engines, containing a circular flywheel in the cavity of which is a pneumatic drive motor and gearbox gear (A.S. SU # 1753006 A1, F02N 5/04, 07.08.92 bull. No. 29).

The disadvantage of the prototype is that the device is switched on manually using the lever, and low reliability.

The invention solves the problem of increasing the reliability and automatic switch-on of the starter of the engine.

This is achieved in that the starting device of an internal combustion engine (ice), containing a pneumatic drive motor and the flywheel according to the invention further comprises an electro-pneumatic valve, electric switch, electrical relays delay,electromagnetic retractor relay and gear intermediate gear, moreover, it is installed with the possibility of snagging by electromagnetic retractor relay driven by the gear of the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine and a gear wreath of a flywheel mounted on the drive shaft of a pneumatic motor connected to the pneumatic lines from the receiver through the electropneumatic valve, connected in electrical circuit with the positive terminal of the power source and the switch located on the dashboard of the tractor, on the one hand, electrical relays lag, located on the frame of the tractor, and electromagnetic retractor relay located on the intermediate shaft of the starter, on the other hand.

Starting device consists of a pneumatic drive motor 1 is connected by pneumatic lines from the receiver 2 on the one hand and electro-pneumatic valve 3 with the other hand. Electro-pneumatic valve 3 is connected to an electric circuit with the positive terminal of the power source 4 and the switch 5 is on the dashboard, on the one hand and on the other hand - with electric relay delay 6, located on the frame of the tractor with electromagnetic retractor relay 7, located on the intermediate shaft starting ustroystvo.ranee retractor relay 7 is connected with the intermediate gear 8, which is for temporary engagement with a gear wreath of a flywheel 9, mounted on the shaft of the drive pneumatic motor 1, and driven by the gear 10, which is connected to the crankshaft 11 of the internal combustion engine 12 of the tractor 13.

The starter of the internal combustion engine works in the following way. The switch 5 electrical signal is supplied to the electromagnetic valve 3, after which the supply pressure of the compressed air from the receiver 2 to the pneumatic drive motor 1. When this occurs, the rotation shaft of the pneumatic drive motor 1 and secured on the flywheel 9. Next (in a time interval t1=7...10 s necessary to set a certain value of the kinetic energy) through an electric relay delay 6 served a secondary electrical signal to the electromagnetic retractor relay 7, which, moving, connects by means of an intermediate gear 8 of the flywheel 9 and the driven gear 10. When moving the gear 8 rotates the crankshaft 11, resulting in the start of internal combustion engine 12.

When the circuit breaker 5, the electromagnetic retractor relay 7, moving, separates by means of an intermediate gear 8 driven gear 10 and the flywheel 9 and the electropneumatic valve 3 stops the supply of air from the receiver 2 to the pneumatic Pref is ne of the engine 1, therefore the starting device is disabled.

SUBSTANCE: motor 1 and flywheel 2 are articulated and engaged with ICE shaft 3 via differential gear. Sun gear 4 of the latter is engaged with the shaft of motor 1, pinion 5 is engaged via carrier with flywheel 2 while crown gear 6 is engaged via idler 7 with ICE shaft 3. At starting, motor 1 is connected to power supply to make motor shaft spin and to lock differential gear by overrunning coupling 8 to accumulate the energy by flywheel 2. Then, motor 1 torque is changed to opposite one and, at a time, to unlock the differential gear. Invention allows ICE preliminary motoring and speeding up using one motor.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of propulsion engineering, namely, to start-up of piston internal combustion engines (ICE) of transport machines. The substance of the invention consists in the fact that the first electric motor 1 is used to speed up a flywheel 2, and then an electromagnetic coupling 3 is switched on, transferring torque from the flywheel 2 to the ICE shaft through it. Simultaneously with speeding of the flywheel 2 they rotate the ICE shaft by the second electric motor 6, besides, at the first moment of time the electromagnetic coupling 3 is shortly started, provided that the rotor of the second electric motor 6 is fixed. At the following second moment of time the electromagnetic coupling 3 is started, provided that the average speed of rotor rotation in the second electric motor 6 exceeds the specified level, in the opposite case the electromagnetic coupling 3 is switched on at the following third moment of time. The starter comprises the first electric motor 1 with the flywheel 2, connected via the electromagnetic coupling 3 and the reducer 4 with an output shaft, on which a driving gear 5 is installed. Besides, the reducer 4 is placed between the electromagnetic coupling 3 and the driving gear 5, and also the second electric motor 6, the rotor of which is installed on the shaft that connects the electromagnetic coupling 3 and the reducer 4.

Internal combustion engine (9) starter (1) includes outlet (3) that is connected to crank shaft (7) of the internal combustion engine when this starter interacts with the internal combustion engine, the first auxiliary actuator (11) that is connected to the outlet through assembly (13) and in which there is the first branch (15) of transmission, which is located between the first auxiliary actuator (11) and assembly (13), and the second branch (17) of transmission, which is located between assembly (13) and outlet (3). There is the second auxiliary actuator (19) that is connected to outlet (3) through assembly (13) and in which there is the third branch (21) located between the second auxiliary actuator (19) and assembly (13). Starter (1) is provided with the first coupling clutch (23), which is located in the first branch (15) of transmission and the second coupling (25) that is located in the third branch (21) and can attach two auxiliary actuators to each other.
