FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used for oil and gas production. Packer includes body, rod, upper and lower switchers, in-body cup and hydraulic cylinder. There is an annular space provided between hydraulic cylinder and rod, and containing a piston. The annular space cavity above the piston is connected to producing string column through the hole formed in the rod. The hydraulic chamber is formed with the hydraulic cylinder and the rod and filled with liquid. Between hydraulic chamber and annular space in the hydraulic cylinder, there is a packing sleeve with a slot used to connect cavity of the hydraulic chamber to the annular space cavity. The slot is stopped with valve arranged in the annular space below the packing sleeve. The valve is supported on the piston mounted below in the annular space and fixed in its initial upper position relative to the hydraulic cylinder with shear screws. The sealing cup is provided on the body between upper and lower protective collars. The upper protective collar is supported on upper switch, and the lower protective collar rests on the hydraulic cylinder through retainer num in-between.

EFFECT: higher downhole performance especially that of several beds with selective processing using number of packers.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, particularly to pumping apparatus for lifting liquids from a well located on the column tubing pump unit and the packer, and can be used for the production of liquid minerals.

Known pumping installation comprising mounted on the column tubing downhole jet pump and below it in the column tubing packer (see inventor's certificate SU # 1779800, CL F04F 5/02, 07.12.1992).

However, this pump can be used only for extraction from wells of different environments from a single layer, since the overlap of the annular space is possible only in the period of downhole jet pump that reduces the functionality of the installation.

Known packer, containing the barrel, the stock, the upper and lower subs mounted in the trunk gasket and cylinder, the latter and the stem is formed an annular chamber, in which is mounted a piston, and the annular cavity above the piston is in communication with the column tubing made through the rod hole (see patent RU No. 2241114, CL EV 33/12, 20.12.2003).

The use of this packer enables to block the annulus columns us the SNO-tubing, regardless of the presence of pumping equipment on the column tubing. However, when applying under pressure a liquid or gaseous medium through the column pipe is triggered packer that does not allow the moulding below the packer equipment, for example downstream of the packer, which limits the functionality of this packer.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved technical result is the packer containing the gasket and the cylinder with the annular chamber in which is mounted a piston (see patent RU No. 2140019, CL F04D 13/10, 20.10.1999).

In this installation allows placement of equipment at a given depth in the borehole and raspaculo packer after installation in the borehole. However, this packer is also the possibility of carrying out different processing operations by supplying fluid through the tubing pipe, because it causes raspaculo packer and overlap them annular space of the well.

The problem solved by the invention is the ability to feed the tubing pipes of different business and technological environments with the possibility of respitrace packer regardless of the ongoing works well.

The technical result that is achievable with the use of the invention is to increase efficiency the efficiency of the ongoing works well, especially when working in wells with multiple layers and selective processing using multiple packers.

This problem is solved and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the packer containing the gasket and the cylinder with the annular chamber in which is mounted a piston including a stem, the stem, the upper and lower subs mounted in the trunk gasket and cylinder, the latter and the stem is formed an annular chamber, in which is mounted a piston, and the annular cavity above the piston is in communication with the column tubing made through the stock hole, with the hydraulic cylinder and the rod is formed of a fluid-filled hydraulic chamber, between the latter and the annular chamber in the hydraulic cylinder ring set sleeve in which the longitudinal opening through which the cavity of the hydraulic chamber communicated with the cavity of the annular slot is blocked mounted in the annular chamber below the annular sleeve valve, the latter is installed with an emphasis in established below in the annular chamber, the piston is fixed relative to the cylinder to its original position by shear screws, and seal installed on the trunk of mezhdugorny and lower protective sleeves, the upper protective sleeve installed with an emphasis in the upper sub and a lower protective sleeve installed with an emphasis in the cylinder through placed between the nut-lock.

During the research it was found that for the efficient operation of the downhole pump unit must carry out various operations in the well to stimulate the flow from the reservoir and which is often made of several layers. This requires installation in a borehole several packers with their consistent crimping for the organization of work on selective injection into the layers of process fluids, such as various chemicals to improve the permeability of the layers.

The implementation of the packer with two cameras allowed a camera to use as a hydraulic lock, which doesn't allow raspaculo packer when the flow through it of the column tubing of different environments under pressure, the supply of which only creates the conditions for the preparation of the packer to respitrace.

In the excluded:

- spontaneous fit of the packer during its descent, due to hydraulic lock;

- spontaneous respecrive (landing) of the packer when the moulding below the set packer, because respecrive packer is only possible due to the axial movement to the pubic pump kompressornyi pipes after activation (opening) of a hydraulic lock.

Because it is possible to regulate the number of shear screws holding the piston of the hydraulic lock of the packer, it is possible to set sequentially over each other a few packers, which greatly extends the functionality to carry out various operations associated with the selective processing of the layers of the well.

The drawing shows a longitudinal section of a downhole pumping unit.

Downhole pumping system includes a mounted on the tubing pipe 1 pump 2, below which the tubing pipe 1 installed packer 3 comprising a stem 4 stem 5, the upper 6 and lower 7 subs mounted on the shaft 4 the gasket 8 and the cylinder 9. The rod 5 and the hydraulic cylinder 9 is formed an annular chamber 10, in which is mounted a piston 11. The cavity of the annular chamber 10 above the piston 11 is in communication with the column tubing 1 through made in stock 5 hole 12. The hydraulic cylinder 9 and the piston rod 5 is formed of a fluid-filled hydraulic chamber 13. Between the latter and the annular chamber 10 in the cylinder 9 are annular sleeve 14 in which the longitudinal hole 15, through which the cavity of the hydraulic chamber 13 communicates with the annular cavity 10. The longitudinal hole 15 is overlapped with the mouth is fixed in the annular chamber 10 below the annular sleeve 14 and valve 16. The latter is installed with an emphasis in established below in the annular chamber 10, the piston 11, is fixed relative to the cylinder 9 to its original position by shear screws 17. The sealing cuff 8 is installed on the shaft 4 between the upper 18 and lower 19 protective sleeves. The movable elements of the packer 3, in particular the piston rod 5 and the piston 11, is sealed with respect to stationary packer elements 3 by means of the sealing rings 21.

After the descent of the column tubing with 1 pump 2 and the retainer 3 in the borehole to a predetermined depth and create a support bottom of the column tubing 1 on the bottom, the coupling or another, already planted packer (not shown in the drawing) in the column tubing 1 creates excessive pressure, which provides the slice shear screws 17 and the movement of the piston 11 along the rod 5 in the annular chamber 10 is fully inserted in the bottom sub 7. The value of the specified gauge pressure are determined by the particular parameters of the well, and is regulated by changing the number of shear screws 17.

The resulting displacement of the piston 11, the valve 12 is also moved down, revealing prodol the second hole 15, and liquid filled hydraulic chamber 13, begins to flow from the latter through the longitudinal hole 15 in the annular chamber 10. By reducing the amount of fluid in the hydraulic chamber 13, the piston rod 5 receives the possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the cylinder 9 and the lower sub 7. Longitudinal movement of rod 5 and its associated shaft 4 causes compression of the sealing cuff 8. Protective sleeve 18 and 19 provide protection against penetration of rubber, which is made of a sealing cuff 8, the gap between the parts of the packer 3 (top sub 6 and nut-stop 20).

The amount of force that compresses the gasket 8, is regulated at the expense of the weight of the column tubing 1 discharged to the packer 3.

To retrieve the packer 3 is sufficient to create an axial force directed upwards. This effort has only to exceed the weight of the column of tubing 1, located above the packer 3.

After that, the downhole pumping equipment is ready for pumping liquid media from pedacinho space well.

The present invention can be used in the oil and other industries associated with the production of liquid media from wells.

The adjusting bolt is furnished with radial ledge latches to interact with the shaft-mounted coupling splines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum industry and can be used for production of petroleum with petroleum gas. The submerged pumping unit incorporates submerged motor and pump, a hydraulic protection and a gas separator-disperser. The latter comprises a shaft, inlet holes, a line of separated gas discharge into behind-the-pipe space, a line to discharge a mix with residual gas content, a disperser and a line to discharge dispersed mixture into the submerged pump. The housing accommodates a prescrew, a cavity-forming bucket wheel and separation drum with ribs. The cavity-forming bucket wheel outer edge angle varies from 100° to 110°. The disperser incorporates the screw fitted on the shaft and a fixed ring with inner rubs, the said ring enveloping the screw from outside and the ring inner ribs being parallel to the screw axis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and wider range of application provided by the optimum arrangement of the cavity-forming wheel and disperser flow-through sections.

SUBSTANCE: device is meant for being used in oil industry, and namely in equipment intended for lifting the fluid out of wells for simultaneous separate operation of formations in the well with oil-well pumps. Device consists of a packer separating formations in the well, long and short flow columns, two oil-well pumps, double-shaft wellhead equipment and two surface drives of oil-well pumps, which are located opposite each other. Oil-well pump drives consist of a support frame, a rack, a motor, transmission and mechanism which converts the motor rotational movement into back-and-forth movement of a flexible output link connected to a stem. The well rod pump comprises a cylinder, a plunger coupled with the rod arranged inside the pump pipe, an intake and discharge valves. The intake valve represents a ball fitted in the valve body. A tight bottom cylinder is furnished with a sleeve fitted coaxially and with a gap therein. The said cylinder is tightly flange-connected to a circular ledge made on the outside lateral wall and the sleeve top. The sleeve length is smaller than that of the cylinder, while the sleeve top end is tightly jointed to the pump pipe. The said circular ledge is furnished, for example with two ball-like pressure valves each seating in a through hole, the said holes being arranged on the circular ledge opposite the space between the opposite cylinder and sleeve lateral walls. The plunger represents a circular piston fitted in circular space between the opposite cylinder and sleeve lateral walls. The circular piston is linked up with the rod by means of a hollow con-rod fitted coaxially with the circular piston and attached to its bottom end face. The said hollow con-rod lower end face has a bottom with a central bore to receive threaded rod part to be nut-locked therein. The hollow con-rod side wall has a though hole. The cylinder is fitted in cylindrical recess arranged in the intake valve body and it tightly flanged to the circular ledge made on the inner side surface and the upper end of the intake valve body. Two radial holes are arranged, for example on the cylinder sidewall top part, just below the intake valve body. The hollow con-rod length, from its bottom to the circular piston lower end face, is selected equal to the difference in length of the sleeve from the cylinder radial hole axis to its lower end face, minus the circular piston height.

SUBSTANCE: device is designed for application in pump set in the field of mechanised oil production. Pump set comprises bracket (3), which is vertically fixed to connection end of basis (2) and wellhead. Pulleys (4, 5, 6) are fixed in one and the same plane with upper end of bracket (3), at that the other end of bracket (3) has electric motor (1) and reduction gear (8) serially fixed to it. End head of output shaft (9) of reduction gear (8) is connected to crankshaft (10), top end head of which is connected to movable pulley (11) located in the same plane with fixed pulleys (4, 5, 6). Flexible rope (13) is vertically suspended in center of wellhead and is serially passed through fixed pulleys (4, 5, 6) and movable pulley (11), and then fixed to basis (2). At the bottom flexible rope (13) is connected to plunger wellhead sealed pump (12) and with plunger deep-well oil pump (17). The present pump set is characterised by high running operational characteristics, having high effective load coefficient. In order to reduce energy consumption in process of works performance related to lifting and lowering of plunger deep-well pump (17), auxiliary drive capacity of the set may be used in combination with special tools. Pump set also has smaller dimensions and weight.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil-producing industry and may be used preferably in production of oil product from deep wells with application of water-driven pump sets controlled from the surface. Water-driven pump contains body with stem, to ends of which power piston is fixed, as well as piston with forcing valve. Stem of pistons travels according to shuttle pattern via coupling fixed in body cylinder, which is equipped by suspension cover with weights and fit cover with valve. Pressurised fluid supply to water-driven valve is done via distributor by high-pressure pump along two lines alternately and spasmodically from rated maximum to minimum for oil product suction into pump cavity or its displacement from pump cavity into well cavity. Hydraulic drive comprises the following components fixed on foundation: balancing cylinder with hollow piston connected to system of pressure maintenance, hydraulically driven cylinder with piston installed in balancing cylinder and jacket covering hydraulically driven cylinder. Piston of hydraulically driven cylinder is installed on stem withdrawn from hydraulically driven cylinder and connecting it to hollow piston of balancing cylinder and pump rods. Balancing cylinder with hollow piston and hydraulically driven cylinder with piston installed in it and covered with jacket are fixed on foundation. Hydraulic accumulator is connected to cavity of balancing cylinder. SUBSTANCE: set is intended for application in national industries for lifting of fluid from deep wells and boreholes. Driving pipeline is installed inside discharge pipeline. Piston of connecting rod and piston group is installed in driving pipeline and has cylinder shape. Set comprises connecting rod and piston group, piston of connecting rod and piston group, which has cylinder shape and is installed in driving pipeline, bottom part of which communicates to discharge pipeline by valve. Area of driving pipeline section is equal to total area of discharge pipeline section. Suction valve and dart valve in the form of flat ring or in the form of toroid are installed in bottom part of driving pipeline. Valve motion is limited. Dart valve should have specific weight equal to water density. At that value between limiter of its motion and dart valve is equal to half of piston stroke. The whole set is submersed in well, and its lower part rests on its bottom.

SUBSTANCE: method of oil-well gas application is intended for pumping unit driving in wells having low gas pressure in annular space but sufficient gas factor. Oil-well gas extracted from annular space and produced oil by separation method, is subject to pressurized drying, cleaning, accumulating and extraction of hydrogen. The produced hydrogen is supplied to fuel-cell battery where electric and thermal energy is produced as a result of oxidation-reduction involving atmospheric oxygen. Electric energy is supplied to pumping unit drive, while thermal energy as water steam is used for oil heating.

EFFECT: reduced oil production costs due to proper sources of electric energy.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for oil industry to pump formation products out of oil wells. Tubing sucker-rod pump containing fixed barrel and movable plunger with metal rings, intake and traveling valves is provided with transition barrel preventing plunger working surface and metal rings damage during plunger running into pump barrel within production tubing. The pump is also provided with the adapter installed between production tubing and pump barrel to ensure free plunger displacement from transition barrels into pump barrel. The tubing pump output is increased and metal consumption is reduced. The piston traveling energy in upward direction is also reduced due to minimum effect of friction forces. Probability of piston grip is minimised.

EFFECT: increase of tubing pump output and reduction of metal consumption and piston traveling energy in upward direction.

FIELD: engines and pump.

SUBSTANCE: pump is intended for forcing liquid media from holes and incorporates a cylinder, a plunger with a discharge valve and suction valve made up of a seat with ball. The said suction valve is furnished with a formation fluid feed device representing two-stage cylinder with one open end provided with external thread and a cylindrical coaxial smooth recess at its bottom accommodating a hollow con-rod of the spring-loaded small-piston. The said small piston is furnished with a hollow pusher arranged on free end and rigidly attached thereto, the said pusher being provided with two through radial bores communicating with the pusher inner space. An inclined channel is made on the small piston ends face, wherein the said hollow pusher is located, communicating with the said pusher space. On the small piston other side, a similar channel is made to communicate with the hollow con-rod space. A blind threaded recess is arranged under the plunger end face extending below on the suction valve seat lower end face, the said threaded recess being aligned with the smooth recess made on the top part accommodating the small piston hollow pusher for it to move axially. The said two-stage cylinder is screwed in the aforesaid threaded recess.

SUBSTANCE: proposed well rod pump comprises a cylinder with a suck-in valve, a hollow plunger with a pressure valve arranged in the first cylinder and separating its chamber into suction and pressure chambers. FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used for oil and gas production. Packer includes body, rod, upper and lower switchers, in-body cup and hydraulic cylinder. There is an annular space provided between hydraulic cylinder and rod, and containing a piston. The annular space cavity above the piston is connected to producing string column through the hole formed in the rod. The hydraulic chamber is formed with the hydraulic cylinder and the rod and filled with liquid. Between hydraulic chamber and annular space in the hydraulic cylinder, there is a packing sleeve with a slot used to connect cavity of the hydraulic chamber to the annular space cavity. The slot is stopped with valve arranged in the annular space below the packing sleeve. The valve is supported on the piston mounted below in the annular space and fixed in its initial upper position relative to the hydraulic cylinder with shear screws. The sealing cup is provided on the body between upper and lower protective collars. The upper protective collar is supported on upper switch, and the lower protective collar rests on the hydraulic cylinder through retainer num in-between.

EFFECT: higher downhole performance especially that of several beds with selective processing using number of packers.
