There are many known methods of cooking kebabs using barbecues and special devices (patent RU 2002125724/03, 09/27/2002; SU 1768133 A1, 15.10.1992; US 4214516 A, 29.07.1980; EN 12101 U1, 07.07.1993; EN 2000732 C1, 15.10.1993; US 3196776 A, 20.08.1962; DE 2641126 B2, 14.05.1980; US 2205914 A, 25.06.1940).

However, these methods of cooking kebabs proposed for use in the open air.

A close analogue of the present invention is a method of cooking kebabs with the help of special device installed in a Russian stove, disclosed in the patent RU 2231279, 20.03.2004.

Manufacturer of barbecue in the Russian oven (patent RU 2231279, 20.03.2004). However, this method uses a special device installed in the Russian furnace without changing the design of the furnace.

In the proposed method, barbecue uses simple stoves or heating and cooking stoves Waitapu (1, 2) (Shepelev A.M. Masonry stoves with their hands. - M.: Rosselchozizdat, 1983. - 205 C.).
