FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry, and namely to devices used for fixing the equipment, for example packers, borehole jacks, etc. in the wall. Hydraulic anchor consists of a casing with a longitudinal through channel and transverse windows interconnected therewith. In windows there are dies with return springs installed, which are made in the form of hollow pistons. End surfaces of the dies are cylindrical and smooth, and are equipped with diametric protrusions, at that transverse diameters of smooth surfaces of the dies are equal to pipe bore, and diameters of protrusions are larger than that diameter. Hydraulic anchor, owing to cylindrical planes on the edges of the dies with diametric protrusions located in the plane perpendicular to the pipe axis, when being installed in pipes made from ductile material, does not deform the main body of the pipe, improves its carrying capacity thus forming stiffeners, and improves anchor mounting reliability.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to a device for fixing equipment, such as packers, downhole jacks, etc. in the well.

Known hydraulic anchor containing a die in the form of radial pistons, limited from the drop screw (Zakharchuk SI, music VI Packers and anchors. M: Costoptimized, 1961, p.95).

Its disadvantage is the lack of recoil, reducing the reliability of the actuation of the armature.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed hydraulic anchor (RF patent No. 2220274, EV 23/04, publ. bull. No. 36 of 27.12.2003,), comprising a housing with a longitudinal through channel and communicating with him transversal Windows that have executed in the form of a hollow piston die with a cylindrical return spring compression.

When using this anchor in wells defined by the profile perekryvatel, made of steel 10, is damage to the surface of peregrinates dies, which is unacceptable due to small strength characteristics of the material peregrinates.

The technical object of the present invention is to expand the functionality of the anchor through the use of anchors in pipes made of plastic material, increasing the carrying capacity of peregrinates and secure the spine of the work of an anchor.

The technical problem is solved by a hydraulic anchor, comprising a housing with a Central canal and lateral Windows, communicated with the Central channel, which has a die made in the form of pistons, with return springs.

What's new is that the end surface of each plate is made of a smooth and cylindrical, with the diameter of the circumscribed circle equal to the inner diameter of the tube, and provided with diametrically ledge, placed in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.

The hydraulic anchor (anchor) includes a housing 1 (Fig 1) with a Central straight-through channel 2, in boxes 3 which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the housing 1 a of the die 4, is made in the form of hollow pistons with G-shaped in cross-section brackets 5 on the inside. Between the brackets 5 are oppositely arranged pistons installed pre-compressed cylindrical spring 6. The end surface 7 of the dies 4 is made of a smooth, cylindrical and provided with diametrically projections 8, which are oriented in the plane perpendicular to the pipe axis, and transverse diameters of smooth surfaces 7 are equal in the morning diameter straightened profile peregrinates 9, and the diameters of the projections 8 is greater than this diameter. The housing 1 has a socket 10 and the nipple 11 threaded ends that are used to join the string of pipe 12, and the fixed equipment 13.

The anchor works as follows.

The anchor is attached with a thread 10 on the body 1 to the string of pipe 12, to which it is lowered into the borehole and at the other end with a thread 11 for fixed equipment 13 (shown in figure 1 by Convention). After lowering the anchor into the specified interval straightened pipe profile perekryvala 9 in the string of pipe 12 serves under the pressure of the fluid, which is channel 2 (figure 2) enters the cavity between the dies 4 and the housing 1. Under the action of fluid pressure die 4 are pulled out of the window 3 of the housing 1 and ends diametrically projections 8 on the inner surface of the profile peregrinates 9 (figure 4)deform it to touch his smooth surfaces 7 with the straightened pipe profile peregrinates 9, forming ribs 14 (figure 2). After termination of the injection fluid pressure differential acting on the die 4 (figure 1), disappears and the spring 6, pushing the brackets 5, returns the die 4 in the transport position.

The proposed hydraulic anchor at the expense of the cylindrical surfaces at the ends of the dies with diametrically protrusions arranged in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, when installed in the pipe of plastic material does not deform the main body of the pipe, increasing its carrying capacity, forming ribs, and improves the reliability of the installed anchor.

The facility consists of a transporting column, of a packer unit in form of a mandrel, of a sealing element installed therein, of cone for the sealing element connected to the mandrel and of a puller interacting with the sealing element. The puller is arranged outside the mandrel and connected to it with at least one shear element; also the puller is connected to the transporting column with a detachable unit. Notably, the facility is equipped with an anchor in its lower part; the anchor serves for engagement with internal relief surface of the liner in its upper part.

SUBSTANCE: invention related for a tubing string disconnection and the following connection to bottomhole equipment. Proposed hydraulic installation device consists of a case, a connecting unit and a collet, a nut. The case executed borings for bores on the collet leafs, which depth is equal to bores height. In the connection unit, between top and bottom parts executed radial holes for washing and located in staggered order. The boring executed stepped with two bores, the boring of the smaller diametre is for sealing, boring of the bigger diametre for the piston with cylindrical step displacement. At that length of the bottom boring cylindrical part is greater than the top boring length, but smaller than distance from a base of external cylinder case to boring for bores on the collet leafs. In the piston top end part a ball located and an internal cant executed. The case connected with the connecting unit through the collet and the piston and fixed with a nut. The nut executed with boring for collet base bore.

EFFECT: reliability and efficiency of parker installation works increase, time consumption decrease.
