SUBSTANCE: fertiliser and chemical solutions applicator comprises a pressure line mounted on a water pipe of a sprinkling machine with the hydraulic drive of supporting carts and a synchronisation system, a sectional spraying boom with sprinklers that is vertically adjustable between the supporting carts and connected to the pressure line. Liquid feed regulators are mounted at each cart and are connected to the pressure line and the spraying boom. They are made as diversion valves in which a valve stem interacts with a radius rod of the supporting carts hydraulic drive with the help of a spring-loaded rocker arm and stops fixed on the radius rod. The applicator is equipped by a synchronisation system for the sprinkling machine supporting carts with the system being fitted with rods and bars and by regulating valves, one of them being set between the pressure line and the applicator diversion valve, the other one is connected to the water pipe. Regulating valves are kinematically connected to the motion synchronisation system for the sprinkling machine supporting carts.
EFFECT: even distribution of fertilisers and chemicals on the irrigated surface by the correlation of the sprinkled solution volume to the motion speed of separate sprinkling machine supporting carts.
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in installations for soil liquid chemicals and fertilizer simultaneously with irrigation water when the sprinkler.
Known installation for spraying containing the reservoir, the pump and discharge pipe with nozzles and controls the fluid, mounted on a rotating console installed on the truck, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, communicating via the push rod with pokozachene wheels (French patent No. 2299918, MKI A01G 25/00).
The disadvantage of this design is poor spray liquid chemicals due to changes in pressure in the nozzle due to the correction performance of the pump depending on the traversed path.
Known device for making solutions of chemicals and fertilizers containing discharge pipe, mounted on a water conveyance pipeline sprinkler hydraulic anchor trolleys and synchronization system, the spray bar with nozzles made sectional, with the possibility of height adjustment between the support trucks and attached to the pressure pipe, regulators fluid supply mounted on each trolley and connected to the pressure pipe and the spray bar, and made in the form of the distribution valve, the stem of which is about cooperates with the push rod of the hydraulic anchor trolleys by means of spring-loaded rocker arm and pinned it stops (see A.S. No. 715077, MKI AM 7/00).
The disadvantage of this construction that it does not slip anchor trucks and different path, different anchor trolleys DM when making solutions of fertilizers and chemicals, i.e. on a different path reference carts poured the same amount of solution.
The invention aims to remedy these disadvantages.
The technical result is an increase in uniformity of making solutions of liquid chemicals and fertilizers by linking the amount of spray solution with the speed of individual anchor trolleys.
This is achieved by the fact that the installation is equipped with a system synchronization reference trucks sprinkling machines, which has the rod and rods, control valves, one of which is located between the pressure pipe and valve installation, the second is connected with the water conveyance pipeline, with control valves kinematically associated with the synchronization of the movement of the support trucks sprinkling machines.

Installation for making solutions of fertilizers and chemicals consists of the discharge pipe 1, is fixed on a water conveyance pipeline 2 DM, the spray bar with 3 nozzles 4. Opressive the General bar 3 are sectional between the support trucks and communicates with the pressure pipe 1 through distribution 5 and 6 regulatory valves. The device operates as follows. Water from the water supply pipe 2 through the control valve 19 of the sprinkler system hydraulic machine, connecting armature 18 is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder 12. At the end of the stroke of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 12 of the push rod 11 will occupy the leftmost position, the stop 10 will exert pressure on the roller 17 of the rocker arm 15, and it is under the action of kurkovas spring 16 will sharply turn around and push his shoulder at suplicio stock, will open it.

SUBSTANCE: method of dispersion of liquid is performed at regulation of supply of an air stream, and its eddy formation with simultaneous interaction with liquid is performed in the input channel In the device for realisation of the method the input channel is executed with the adjustable aperture supplied with sprays, established on an internal trajectory of an adjustable aperture and directed spraying of liquid towards a rotation plane of the ventilatory working element for maintenance of interaction of liquid with an air stream at its turbulisation.

SUBSTANCE: method includes applying work liquid, which contains herbicidal composition on weeds. In work liquid 0.2% solution of urea monoperoxyhydrate in amount of 20-40 grammes of urea monoperoxyhydrate per 1 hectare is added. Application on weeds is carried out once during whole vegetation period.
EFFECT: ensures increase of weed elimination efficiency with reduction of soil treatment by means of strengthening of herbicidal activity of the composition by 15-20%.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-sized portable devices for processing fruit trees, berry bushes, vegetables from wreckers and an optimum dosed out irrigation with application of fertilizers. The sprayer is fitted on a floating device in the tank for working liquid and contains a vertically-arranged electrically-driven submerged pump for pumping over a liquid solution upwards including hose devices of discharging liquid solution from the pressure chamber of the said pump, devices of dispersion and electrical control of the sprayer. The electrically-driven pump for pumping over the liquid is a vibration type above the tension spring mounted on the shaft of the basic device which contains a bottom tubular part, a central basic part laying on the top surface of the demountable cover hollow, and two basic racks with holes for installation of the axles located in the top part of the basic device. The floating device has a central adjusting hole into which the basic device is inserted by its bottom tubular part accommodating the vibration-type electrically-driven pump. The axle is arranged in holes of lateral basic racks to adjust the position of the said vibration pump in height relative to bottom deepening. The liquid comes under pressure from a delivery tube of the vibration pump through the union fitted on a delivery tube of the said pump, to the liquid pressure regulator connected by means of demountable hose devices with snap-up connections with the sprayer demountable devices and electrically-driven pump control device. The demountable device of dispersion and electrical control consists from a rod of a certain length, mainly wooden, the hose with inlet and outlet unions with connections for feeding liquid solution to spraying head fixed on the outlet union being attached thereto. The demountable device of cut in/cut out the electrically-driven pump, fixed on the said rod, consists of a sealed interrupter switch and sealed plug.

SUBSTANCE: combined injection wheel consisting of airbrush fixed on a tube, into which the working fluid may be fed through a pipe. The airbrushes have lids with output ports for fluid spraying and a dabber airbrush with a spherical inlet and a screw-type channel at the outlet. The combined injection wheel contains stream separator, which is connected with a distributor of the stream separators. The distributors are constricted by a wire nail and a presser and form a general pressure distribution chamber, which is isolated by weatherstrips. The stream separator is screwed to a tubular nipple fixed on a rack-and-pinion gear. The airbrushes are fixed on the sides opposite to the separator and may be rotated about the transversal axes of the holes of fluid passing from the upper part of the separator to the lower part of the airbrushes for increasing the spray cone. The dabber airbrush is installed inside of the outlet port of the lid.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises hose connection designed to supply working fluid under pressure, pipe line with a handle and control system regulating working fluid supply into a sprinkler head. The hose connection, the pipe line with a handle and the control system regulating working fluid supply into a sprinkler head are made split. The pipeline handle consists of a measurement rod made of wood or a metal pipe, a hose with inlet and outlet branches is secured onto the rod, the branches have connections to supply a fluid to the sprinkler head; the head is screwed on the outlet branch. The control system consists of device to switch on and off an electric pump; this device is secured on the rod and comprises discontinuous sealed switch turning the electrical pump on and off and sealed plug connecting the electrical system for switching the electrical pump on and off through a sealed socket to power supply.

SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator is set to a specified fluid pressure so that if a fluid pressure exceeds the specified, the fluid pours out into a tank. The pressure regulator comprises case with a lower input vertical threaded aperture to hold an input sleeve; the said sleeve is screwed into an output branch of a force pipe of the electrical pump. Inside the case the input aperture is connected to a crosscut reach-through horizontal hole which relative to the input aperture is divided into an inlet hole on one side, and to a shut- off hole on another side; a regulated discharge valve is installed in the horizontal hole; at sprinkler clogging pressure exceeds the specified and the fluid is discharged into a tank; the fluid flows into the output lower aperture, located behind the discharge valve where a support with a gasket and a thrust screw are installed; a shock absorber is assembled between them; the shock absorber is adjusted to the electric pump fluid pressure. The inlet aperture is designed to feed fluid into a hose connection; the latter is secured to the pressure regulator case by means of the captive nut with gaskets.

SUBSTANCE: it is used in automatic control devices for regulating motion of a multitower front sprinkling machine. Control system comprises pipelines of the right and left machine wings with the pipelines being mounted on the carts with a hydraulic drive, a course stabilising system fitted with a guiding rope and fed from the sprinkling machine water pipe and a synchronisation system for the linear carts motion. Peripheral carts are fed from an additional pipeline which is hydraulically connected to the main sprinkling machine pipeline through respective regulating valves of the course stabilising system and further through the synchronisation systems for peripheral carts motion; feeding is made parallel that provides for fast adjustment in case of deviation from the rectilinear machine motion.
EFFECT: simplifying design of the machine actuator control system.
SUBSTANCE: trolley contains frame with wheels and spade bug interacting with brakes and tips placed on pushers, which are in hinge connection with hydraulic cylinder through T-shaped lever and with selector valve and synchronising system by means of traction system. T-shaped lever links lower lid of drive hydro cylinder with pushers and is provided with upper and lower fixing points displaced in one plane. Lower point is used for pusher fixing while moving in one direction, upper point is used pusher fixing while moving in the other direction. There are holes on pushers to displace tips during their mounting in upper position and at a distance divisible to pusher fixing axes height with regard to each other. If trolley movement direction is changed, tips position is changed to opposite.
EFFECT: simplified design, wide functional possibilities, increased level of unification and decreased operational and reduced costs for sprinkling machines upgrading and production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to self-propelled front sprinkling machine controller. Controller contains beam-fixed bars and control units. Sliding guide block travels along trench and is interlocked with beam using suspension bracket. Guide block is as designed as isosceles triangle vertex of which through flexible loop suspension bracket is connected to beam. Supports of machine control units are fixed on guide block in immediate proximity from slide. Slide is designed as hinged compound-chain mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: irrigation machine has an internal explosion engine, water intake, pump, delivering water into water-conducting pipe with a sprinkler and in supply canals of central and periphery bogies, and systems of directional and in-line control. An additional pump with an independent drive for the internal exposure engine is the second stage of the main pump with the opportunity to deliver water into the supply canals of central and periphery bogies separated from the water-conducting pipe. The systems of directional and in-line control are hydraulically connected with each other and mounted in the supply canals of central and periphery bogies.
EFFECT: decrease of power consumption during watering while using low-pressure pumping power equipment and enhancement reliability and movement steadiness of undercarriages.
SUBSTANCE: irrigation machine incorporates a fixed support, self-moving trolleys with a hydraulic driver and a pressure pipeline. The lower part of the latter contains irrigation facilities, which include a pipe with a corner, with water transmission lever being arranged therein. On the free end of the water transmission lever, an additional corner and a sprinkling machine are disposed. The water transmission lever and sprinkling machine can rotate about the corners and change their position with respect to the ground surface from 0.6 to 2.5 m. To fix the position of the water transmission lever and sprinkling machine, the corners are equipped with the supports connected by means of bolts with fixers furnished with several holes. The pipe accommodates a filter, with its upper end being in water flow of the pressure pipeline. Thread segments of the water transmission lever are made of stainless steel.
EFFECT: simplified design, smaller size and steel intensity, improved exploitation characteristics.
SUBSTANCE: wheel sprinkling pipeline contains the extended spigots installed on the pipeline in places of joining of basic wheels, and these spigots are fast connected to the pipeline and with basic wheels. On each extended spigot fitted on the rotary spigot with twirl possibility on which stabilizer blades and a counterweight serving for orientation of stabilizer blades concerning a ground surface are fixed. One end of the rotary spigot is gear for cogging with the spigot-slide block, fitted on the extended spigot with up-and-down motion possibility on it. The spigot-slide block by means of a spring is spring-loaded concerning the extended spigot. The spigot-slide block end turned towards the rotary spigot and it is executed in the form of the frustum of a cone which smaller basis has teeths for the clutch with the gear end of the rotary spigot. For the drive of stabilizer blades on the extended spigot two hydrocylinders which stocks are connected to the spigot-slide block are symmetrically fixed. Thus the rotary spigot is supplied by two arms on which the horizontal axes are fixed hinged and they fast connected to levers having spherical support, contacting to external walls of a cone part of the spigot-slide block. Horizontal axes are fast connected with stabilizer blades which are connected among themselves by means of the return spring fixed on bars, that are placed on the top part of stabilizer blades. And, as stabilizer blades are fast connected through horizontal axes with levers that due to the return spring pressing of the spherical support to external walls of a cone part of the spigot-slide block which have been placed on the ends of levers is also provided. The stabilizer blade is executed in the form of the lever in which bottom part the pointed core is fixed that is supplied with a basic disk which provides a load dispatching that outgo from the stabilizer blade on a ground and interferes with that to a stabilizer blade lowering in soil. Rods on which the counterweight is fast fixed are hinged connected to horizontal axes. Cavities of hydrocylinders by means of flexible conduits are connected with a main connected to a strut of the sprinkler. Invention use will allow preventing completely spontaneous overrolling of the wheel sprinkling pipeline at wetting. As the wheel sprinkling pipeline during all wetting process will be fixed in some position that will prevent its spontaneous overrolling in both directions at affecting on it of a wind load or at its use for irrigation of inclined sections.
EFFECT: raising the productivity due to time abbreviation on moving the wheel sprinkling pipeline on a new position.
FIELD: agriculture, in particular, process for irrigation of plots with long-term culture of perennial grasses.
SUBSTANCE: method for operating of multiple-tower circle sprinkler machine during five year cultivation time involves using machine with immovable support; connecting said machine to irrigation valve of closed irrigation system; feeding water via pipeline for irrigation and moving support on rigid small section wheels; after initial two-year operation of machine on rigid small section wheels, when agronomically permissible depth of track is reached, simultaneously moving said machine relative to immovable support by placing tubular insert between immovable support and pipeline and widening wheels by connecting metal rims to rigid small section wheels of machine.

FIELD: irrigation of farm crops in furrows, preferably cut along stand pipelines of irrigation network on fields divided into plots for simultaneous irrigation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves uniting simultaneous irrigation plots into daily irrigation groups and separating from one another by means of water-retention webs; performing irrigation of each simultaneous irrigation plot with additional moistening without changing of flow rate by continuing irrigation from each superposed plot with multiple norms for running-up of water along moistened furrows to the end of underlying plot, with superposed plot being irrigated at night; irrigating terminating daily-irrigation plot with soil moisture content not less than critical value and area of said plot being equal to or multiple the area of daily output by tractor after performing of post-irrigation cultivation processes.
EFFECT: provision for irrigation with norms exceeding norms of running-up of water along dry furrows, increased length of irrigation furrows, uniform distribution of water along irrigation furrows, and increased area of daily irrigation.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler unit has frame made in the form of three-dimensional construction comprising pipes mounted on vehicle equipped with pumping station and intake hose. Flexible water supply pipeline with sprinkler apparatuses is fixed on frame by means of cables. Water supply pipeline is made sectioned. Each section has segment and flanges connected with one another by means of carrier member made in the form of bent C-shaped profile or rolled part. Sections are connected with one another through adapter member made in the form of hollow spherical shell with disk arranged in meridian plane and with the help of fastening means. Adapter member is arranged in cavities at inlet end and at outlet end of adjacent segments of flexible water supply pipeline. Fastening means are made in the form of pins inserted into axially aligned openings of flanges and disks. Adapter member disk is connected through cable with frame of three-dimensional construction.
EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced metal usage, increased efficiency and improved distribution of artificial precipitation along flexible water supply pipeline.
