FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hydropower engineering, namely to design of turbine impellers. Tubular impeller comprises blades and shaft with upper and lower bearing disks. Tubular blades bent in the shape of elbow are installed between disks. Outlets of tubular blades are oriented horizontally along tangents to circumference of lower disk. Blades are arranged in the form of pipe sections, inlet upper sections of which are installed vertically. All pressure flow passes only inside tubular blades, which excludes non-power flow of water passing through turbine, improves cavitation characteristic of turbine and flow laminarity. External surfaces of tubular blades and surfaces of other impeller parts remain dry, which reduces losses for friction.

The invention relates to hydropower, in particular, to the design of jet impellers hydropower installations.

There are various types of jet impellers, giving high efficiency.

However, working in conditions of full immersion into the discharge stream, all of the impellers known constructions have significant losses on friction surfaces of the wheels on the water.

Another disadvantage is that the possibilities to further improve the energy efficiency of water by improving the design known gidrokoles almost exhausted.

Closest to the invention is a tubular-blade impeller comprising blades and the shaft, on which is seated the upper and lower bearing disks, between which there is a tubular blades, curved in the form of knees, and outputs the tubular blade is oriented horizontally tangent to the circumference of the lower disk (EN 2019729 C1, 15.09.1994).

The objective of the invention is to develop a simplified design of the impeller turbines, giving increased efficiency by reducing friction losses of water on the surface of the wheel and by reducing the turbulence of the flow.

The required technical result is achieved by the fact that the tubular-blade the impeller containing love the tee and the shaft, on which is seated the upper and lower bearing disks, between which there is a tubular blades, curved in the form of knees, and outputs the tubular blade is oriented horizontally tangent to the circumference of the lower disk, according to the invention the blades are made in the form of pipe segments, the input upper sections which are arranged vertically.

All water pressure flow takes place exclusively inside the tubular blade, leaving the outer surfaces of the blades and other surfaces of the impeller dry.

Water is included in the vertical zone of the tubular blade at the top, almost vertically, and exits the nozzle belts blades horizontally tangent to the circumference of the lower disk, giving the wheel a reactive torque.

This impeller contains planted on the shaft 1, the upper bearing disk 2 and the lower bearing disk 3, between which are secured four tubular blade 4. The tubular blade 4 is curved in the form of knees and made in the form of pipe sections. The outputs of the tubular blade 4 is oriented horizontally tangent to the circumference of the lower bearing disk 3. Input the upper parts of the tubes are arranged vertically.

Pressure flow passing through the knee tubular blades , changes its direction from vertical to horizontal and escapes from the nozzle blades 4 on tangents to the circumference of the lower disk 3, telling the impeller maximum possible reactive torque.

Pressure flow exclusively inside the tubular blades 4, allows to exclude non-energy loss of water passing through the turbine, improves the cavitation characteristics of the impeller, provides laminarinase flow, which increases targetdata water, and the absence of contact with the external surfaces of the wheel with water eliminates friction losses of these surfaces on the water.

Therefore, we can assume that the simplicity of the design efficiency of the tubular-blade impeller is not lower than that of impellers known structures.

To adjust the water flow tubular-blade impeller shall be equipped with gate valves, overlying the inlet of the blades 4.

This impeller may contain only two symmetrically arranged blades 4, and a greater number of blades 4.

At a certain orientation of the jets of water supplied to the turbine, the upper zone of the tubular blade 4 will work as an active, increasing the moment of rotation of the impeller.

Tubular-blade impellers can Nai and used to work in specific conditions, in which the other wheel designs will work with less efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic power engineering and can be used at hydraulic turbine plants; namely, in orthogonal-type hydraulic turbines with low heads. Hydraulic turbine consists of a wheel, a shaft, blades having aerodynamic profile, and traverses providing blades-to-shaft attachment. Blades are sectional and consist of pressure and back elements equipped with connection plates arranged between them and rigidly connected on one side to pressure element, and on the other side - to the back element of the blade. Pressure and back elements of the blade are made in the form of curved surfaces from sheet material of the same thickness. SUBSTANCE: blade system of impeller of radial axial hydraulic turbine includes rim 1, hub 2 and blades 3, each of which is connected to rim 1 and hub 2 and provided with inlet and outlet edges 4 and 5 of bent shape and smoothly changing thickness in the direction from inlet edge to outlet edge and from hub 2 to rim 1.
