Cylinder equipped with mechanism of its sliding moves in guides. Device is provided with hold-down connected to upper movable plate and polyurethane component. Semi-matrices have cavity, where pusher is installed. Working opening of semi-matrices is provided along extruded bar within the limits of the upper allowance for its manufacture. Upper hold-down and semi-matrices have cone to arrange stock hold-down together polyurethane component, whenever upper plate moves down.

The invention relates to the field of metal forming and can be used for thickening different configuration, thickness and diameter on the ends of rod blanks.

The claimed device is intended for the landing on the media thickening on rod blanks in the form of a rod.

The known device for the landing of bulges on the rod blanks, containing, as a rule, mounted on the top plate pancontinental with preliminary and final punches, and at least two volumetric, each of which has a surface for clamping a core part of stamping products and forming heads (SU 311693, SU 626871, SU 814544, SU 715197, SU 640810, EN 2082533).

The disadvantages of the known devices is the inability to landing for one transition and the dependence on the tolerance on the diameter.

The technical result of the invention is as follows:

- independence from the tolerance on the diameter;

- automatic workpiece clamping before planting thickening;

- automatic ejection of the part.

This technical result is achieved in that in a device for planting bulges on the rod blanks, comprising a fixed plate, designed for installation on the press table, the glass is placed in it pilomatricoma made with a working hole, and the upper movable plate mounted on it forming a plug intended for connection of the shaft with a press slide, is further provided with rigidly mounted on the fixed plate gasket with an inclined surface and guides, which can move installed the glass, the extension mechanism of the glass, and connected to the upper movable plate clamp and detail the C polyurethane, polimetrica made with a cavity in which there is an ejector, a working hole volumetric performed planted on the rod within the upper tolerance for its production, and the upper clamp and volumetric performed with a cone to provide together with the item of polyurethane grip when moving the top plate down.

A device for planting bulges on the rod blanks contains the lower stationary plate 1, to which is rigidly attached special hardened strip 2, and is rigidly fixed guides 3 and 4, which moves the Cup 5. Cut billet is subjected to setting and calibration with leveling of butt ends and formation of conical marks. By means of further billet setting head is created. Then opening is pressed out in the billet and its external diameter is reduced with formation of step. Reduction of diameter is carried out in motionless matrix with insert, which has reduction step. For that purpose billet is displaced until it thrusts stripper with spring-loaded puncheon with its butt-end. Puncheon is installed in billet pressed out opening. Later billet is displaced together with puncheon and stripper via reduction step of matrix. After that billet opening is interweaved.

SUBSTANCE: creation of ultrafine-grained structure in metal stock by means of its strain treatment with upthrust includes staged compression of stock with vertically compressing puncheon in die mold that contains matrix limited down with flat bottom, with cavity for stock installation in it and intended for treatment of stock in three orthogonal directions with provision of plastic flow of stock material along directions that do not coincide with direction of compression force. At every stage of strain treatment the stock is placed in matrix cavity, compressed, and deformed stock is taken out from matrix cavity. Prior to installation of stock in matrix cavity the bottom part of matrix cavity is filled with charge of refractory powder for 0.1-0.5 of compressed height of stock, then stock is placed for filling, charge is filled into free space created between two pairs of sliders and stock to the level that exceeds top point of stock by 0.1-0.5 of its compressed height, matrix is inserted into puncheon, displaced to provide stock compression of 10-60% from its height. Stages of deformation treatment of stock are repeated, changing directions of its strain, until ultrafine-grained structure is formed in the whole volume of stock.
