The present invention relates to the field of veterinary Microbiology and ichthyopathology, in particular to a drug for the treatment of infectious diseases carp fish bacterial etiology - Aeromonas, Pseudomonas.

The most common infectious diseases of carp fish are Aeromonas and Pseudomonas, which are characterized by the development of a common septic process, dropsy, inflammation of the skin, exophthalmos, erosene scales. Due to intoxication of an organism of the owner of the products of metabolism of pathogenic microflora occurring lipid, protein, enzyme and electrolyte exchanges, as well as a deep pathological changes in the organs of fish.

Currently, for the treatment of bacterial diseases of fish used organic dyes (methylene blue), in the form of baths in breeding from 50-200 mg/l exposure 12-2 PM in the medical form feed at a dose of 2-5 mg/kg of body weight of fish, antibiotics (chloramphenicol, tetracycline) in feed at a ratio of 1:2000 for 3 days, and nitrofuranovye drugs (furazolidone) of 6 g/10 kg of feed for 10 days [1].

The objective of our research was to obtain the product having a high antibacterial efficacy, bioavailability, and to develop a treatment method, ensure the maintenance and intensification of resistance of the organism of fish.

This was achieved thanks to the fact that the active substance is take the metal and iodine potassium iodide and optionally vitamins a, b, E and minerals in adequate quantities.

A method of treating bacterial diseases of fish, at which the proposed drug is administered with food at doses 1,00-1,50 mg/kg of body weight of the fish once a day, during 5-7 days.

Thus prepared, the drug was tested when Aeromonas is Pseudomonas carp fish in laboratory experiments and in industrial cultivation of fish in the rearing and feeding reservoirs, disadvantaged according to the disease during the outbreak of the epidemic. The method of treatment of infectious diseases of bacterial etiology is as follows: feed set daily, once daily, for seven days, in doses of from 1.00-1.50 mg/kg of body weight of the fish. Specific examples are given in tables 1-3.

A drug with fewer components iodine metal (less of 1.12 mg/kg fish) and potassium iodide (less 3,37 mg/kg fish) did not provide adequate efficiency of the method of treatment, and excess intake of iodine metal (1,87 mg/kg fish) and potassium iodide (5,62 mg/kg fish) does not give a better result.

The data show that the test drug on the proposed method of treatment is more effective in comparison with PLENTY.

Included in the drug substance as an antibacterial complex - metal and iodine potassium iodide with ethyl alcohol, solvent and prolongator (1,2-propylene glycol), as substances that increase the overall resistance of the body, vitamins, minerals, succinic acid, under appropriate ratios provided the effect of the drug (85-89%) compared to PUENTE (68-73%).

Proposed paragraph shall eparat:

- creates a high level of antioxidant protection of the body, thus preventing the accumulation of toxic fish peroxides of unsaturated fatty acids.

The proposed remedy has been tested by us with a positive result in 2004-2006 under laboratory conditions (VIEW) and fish farms of the Moscow region, Odintsovo district ("These Islands"), Kolomna district ("Asenka"), troubled by Aeromonas Karpov.

The proposed remedy and treatment method will find application in farms affected with infectious diseases of bacterial etiology, which will eliminate disease outbreaks and improve the economy.

Time of influence for one point is 1.5-2 minutes, general time of influence being 9-12 minutes, daily, in 10-12 procedures, with duration of treatment making up 21-24 days.

Stated medicinal agent is antiseptic ointment containing iodophor as reactant, and polyethylene glycol as ointment base. As iodophor stated ointment contains pharmaiodine, and as ointment base - mixed polyethylene oxide-1500, polyethylene oxide-400 and glycerine taken in proportions as follows, (mass.%): pharmaiodine 5.0-20.0 (0.5-2.0 by active iodine); polyethylene oxide -1500 35-40; glycerine 15-17; polyethylene oxide-400 and other components to 100.

EFFECT: ointment is characterised by antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and wound healing action.

FIELD: medicine; dental surgery.

SUBSTANCE: for this purpose first of all root canals are filled with paste based on eugenol, zinc oxide, dry iodoform and lincomycin hydrochloride taken in ratio 3:3:1:1. Then cortical plate trepanation and cyst membrane extraction are followed with ultrasonic treatment of bone cavity through 0.05% miramistine within 5 minutes using ultrasonic device US-102 at exposure intensity 0.05-0.4 Wt/cm in pulse mode. Treated bone cavity is introduced with filling-bandage "Collost" and with mixed osteoplastic gel "Collost" and lincomycin hydrochloride taken in ratio 2:1, and is covered with membrane "Collost". Wound is isolated from mouth cavity with film "Dyplene-denta" with lincomycin.

EFFECT: enables to accelerated wound healing process due to complete osteointegration and angioosteogenesis of implanted material.

SUBSTANCE: method implies administration of iodine-containing medicine, which contains organic iodine compound, into human or animal organism. And iodine is bound covalently with substance from the following groups: carbon acids, unsaturated lipid acids, lipids, terpens, terpenoids, isoprenes, peptides, polypeptides, amino acids, protein hydrolisates, polypeptide hydrolisates, proteins of plant and/or animal origin and/or microbiologic origin, mixture of lipids and unsaturated lipid acids, , mixture of isoprenes and terpens, mixture of isoprenes and protein hydrolisates, mixture of isoprenes and unsaturated lipid acids. At the same time, the proteins, peptides, polypeptides, amino acids, polypeptide and protein hydrolisates are taken so as iodine is bound covalently in 5 and 3 or 3 position of phenolic cycle, and amino acids and proteins don't show the hormonal thyroid activity. Single dose of medicine contains the sufficient iodine amount to provide its daily dose, which exceeds the physiologic requirement 10-1000 times.

EFFECT: method provides permanent prevention of lesions caused by radioactive iodine, by use of high dose of stable iodine isotope contained in medicine composition.

SUBSTANCE: mice should be infected intraplantarly by Shephard's model. Moreover, it is necessary to apply fodder-medicinal mixture consisting of combined feedstuff, at 300 mg horseradish root/kg combined feedstuff. Peroxidase activity in horseradish root corresponds to 100 U/g. The mixture should be introduced in combination with the solutions of potassium iodide at the dosage of 0.2-0.4 mg/kg and potassium bromide at the dosage of 0.1-0.2 mg/kg murine body weight. The intake should be fulfilled daily perorally. The innovation increases antimicrobial action.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting insufficient dosage of iodine in the body, preparing aqueous solution of starch iodide to introduce it into the body. The diet of cows should be balanced by the detailed standards of regional recipe of the premix.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing feed for pacific salmon young fishes involves mixing fish meal, opossum shrimps, algal meal, dry skim milk, crushed wheat grains, premix, hydrolytic yeast, fish oil in the following ratio of components in wt %: fish meal - 40.0-30.0, opossum shrimps - 30.0-50.0, algal meal - 1.0-1.0, dry skim milk 4.0-4.0, crushed wheat grains 15.5-6.5, premix 1.5-1.5, hydrolytic yeast 6.0-5.0, fish oil 2.0-2.0; the opossum shrimps are preliminary dried up to moisture content of raw material equal to 45-50%, after mixing the components are crushed and granulated by dry pressing method; the obtained granules are crushed with dispersion into grits with diameter from 0.4-0.6 mm to 1.5-2.0 mm and 2.5-3.0 mm.

EFFECT: increasing young fishes increase, increasing survival rate, preventing development of alimentary diseases, reducing percentage of precocious males, increasing percentage of spawners return.
