SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas production industry and is intended for overlapping of intertubular space and performance of isolating works in case of wells overhaul. Drillable packer contains shaft with notches on external surface, the following components installed on shaft - combined sealing element, extrusion washers, upper and lower rupture screw-thread dies, movable upper and fixed lower supports, fixator in the form of split spring rings in annular bore of movable support. Packer shaft is equipped by left sub with calibrated annular bore and nipple in axial channel, which is rigidly connected to left sub and equipped with fitting valve in axial channel in the form of sleeve with dead bottom and radial holes covered with bushing equipped with throttle. Bushing is connected to sleeve by calibrated shear element. Bottom support is equipped with spring-loaded check valve in the form of body with plug in middle part and radial holes, elastic sealing collar at the lower end, installed with the possibility of interaction with seat in axial channel of lower support.

EFFECT: increase of intertubular space sealing reliability, and also increase of fitting tool functional resources by its multiple usage.

The invention relates to the mining industry and is designed to overlap the annulus of oil and gas wells and works insulation works in workover.

Known drillable packer (see Μl. 5 EV 33/12, Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2011792, publ. 30.04.94, Bul)containing hollow stem with a sealing element on the outer surface of the retainer, plugged at the bottom, inlet pipe with radial holes, the cylinder with the piston sleeve. The barrel is connected to the inlet side with left-hand threads. The latch made in the form of spring-loaded pawls in the radial holes of the barrel under the inlet pipe and the sleeve with the inner tapered surface that is installed with the possibility of interaction with Cams.

The operation of the packer

On the column tubing packer lowered into the borehole to a predetermined depth, creates excessive pressure effect on the piston of the cylinder moves down relative to the cylinder tube and the barrel, with the compression of the sealing element to contact with a pipe wall of the casing. The device consists of a hollow cylindrical body with the screw thread on the outer surface of the sealing element, extrusion washers, top clipshow in the form of circular sectors with radial grooves and hooks. The operation of the packer

Packer using shear rings attached to the landing tool and the tubing string lowered into the well. The disadvantages of the design of the packer should include:

- carrying out of insulation work involves the supply of a definite volume of the insulating composition in podarennuyu zone. But in some cases part of the composition is not accepted by the reservoir and must be removed from the tubing string of pipe and the annulus bore direct or backwashing that when using this arrangement, the packer could not be implemented because the column tubing is rigidly connected with the packer;

- the design of the packer shown in the drawing, does not correspond to its technical description, reflected in the materials of the invention. It can be seen that the shank to which is connected using shear rings boarding tool of known construction, is connected to a tubing string of pipe and subsequently removed from the well. But this cannot be done, because the design drawings of the packer rotated 180°that is confusing when considering the design of the packer and how it works.

The technical result that can be obtained when implementing the present invention, is as follows:

- possibility hydraulic landing with the landing of the tool with the protection of the packer from excess pressure, which is made of a material possessing the th relatively low strength properties, for example, grey cast iron;

- removable boarding device from the packer retaining the tightness of the tubing string of pipe and the possibility of filing an insulating composition in podarennuyu area;

- possibility of cut-off podvecerni zone from the axial bore of the packer after the end of the process;

- the possibility of direct or backwashing axial channel tubing string of pipe from excess insulating composition by formation of a hydrodynamic connection between the axial channel of the tubing string and the annular space of the well.

Analysis of inventive step were as follows:

known packer (see A.S. No. 1112114, Ál. EV 33/12, publ. 07.09.84, bull. No. 33), in which in the axial bore of the packer installed tube, which after the landing of the packer is retrieved by the device;

- known packer (see U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2162137, Ál EV 33/12), which applied a dividing element, for example shear ring, which connects the manifold with the landing tool. - known to be drilled mechanical packer (see U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2.236.556 Μl. In the axial bore of the packer is installed check valve sleeve type, which ensures the free passage of the insulating composition in podarennuyu area, and the overlap of the hydraulic connection of the latter with the axial bore of the packer from podvecerni zone after the termination of the supply under pressure of the insulating part in lifting the string of pipe.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that drillable packer contains the trunk, on the outer side of which is threaded notch, a combined sealing element covered extrusion washers, the upper and lower frangible plate with upper and lower supports with expander cones, a retainer in the form of a split spring ring mounted in the annular bore of the upper rolling bearing and the lower bearing is equipped with a spring-loaded non-return valve in the form of a casing with a plug in the middle part and the radial holes above its location, and an elastic sealing lip. The left sub is connected with the packer and the nipple, which is equipped with a seat valve in the form of a Cup with a chap who their bottom and radial channels, covered in the initial position of the sleeve with the throttle, which is associated with the body of glass, calibrated shear element, and the left sub is connected with the barrel calibrated jumper ring in the annular groove, and a nipple mounted in the axial bore of the packer with the possibility of formation with him rolling connection after the destruction of the ring jumper.

When conducting patent research on scientific, technical and patent literature is not detected designs drillable packers, in which hydraulic landing is carried out by boarding device connected mechanically through a special left the sub with the annular groove, with the nipple within the axial bore of the packer, the annular gap between them is blocked by the sealing elements. In the axial channel of the nipple is mounted on the threaded landing valve in the form of a Cup, in the axial channel which has a sleeve with throttle channel associated with the casing landing valve, calibrated shear element. The axial bore of the packer is blocked by a Shoe, which is the lower arm, is equipped with a spring-loaded non-return valve with elastic cuff.

Drillable packer consists of a barrel 1 with 2 notches on its outer side, linked through the left sub 3 with a hollow plunger hydraulic landing device of known construction, for example (see figure 1).

The left sub 3 is connected with the nipple 4, which is omitted in the axial channel 5 of the barrel 1 of the packer with the possibility of formation with him rolling connection.
