FIELD: heating systems, ventilation systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire-fighting equipment and namely to devices of smoke removal from a room on the building floors through openings provided in a ventilation shaft wall. Smoke removal device consists of a circuit, a gate with a handle which is installed so that it can move along the opening on vertical guides, a driving electromagnet connected by means of an armature through a latch to the gate, a sealing belt, mounting fixtures and a shock absorber in the form of a flexible plate. Device consists of an additional circuit with thread bushes and retention screws which is installed diametrically relative to the main circuit thus forming together therewith the side vertical guides in the form of a blind slot and a circular groove. Sealing belt is located in the groove so that it can come in contact with the groove walls and gate. Driving electromagnet is equipped with a manual lever and attached to the circuit so that armature can directly and horizontally be engaged with the gate handle. In addition, shock absorber is provided with a brake plank.

EFFECT: improving operational performance of the device by means of producing considerable resistance to smoke penetration as well as simplifying the design of the device.

The invention relates to fire fighting equipment, in particular to devices for removal of smoke from the premises on the floors of the building through openings in the wall of the exhaust shafts.

You know the smoke removal device containing the circuit, the valve with handle mounted for movement along the opening on the vertical guides, the drive electromagnet connected through the armature through the toe with the flap, the sealing belt and mounting fasteners [..SU No. 1298494. IPC F24F 13/08, publ. 23.03.1987, bull. No. 11].

In this device as mounting fasteners used welding. Rigid welded fixing circuit for fixing parts leads to warping the attachment plane, which flap is adjacent to the path with gaps, which reduces the resistance demoralizing. In addition, the valves are not designed for two-sided perception of excessive pressure. When the excessive pressure from the inside flap moves away from the housing, the penetration of smoke remains. In the known device the vertical guides in the form of rods. Some rods are attached to the circuit, the other is the valve. Because the rods are not in the same plane and in different products, maintaining the parallelism is difficult. Clamping bracket covering the rods and in which the valve is connected with the circuit, set the console. Flap with his sharp drop in Flex them. This implementation guide leads to jamming of the valve on the circuit, which reduces the reliability of the device. The suspension mechanism of the valve has a complex structure, difficult to manufacture and difficult to maintain in operation. The closest in technical essence is the smoke removal device containing the circuit, the valve with handle mounted for movement along the opening on the vertical guides, the drive electromagnet connected through the armature through a hook with flap, sealing belt, the mounting fasteners and the shock absorber in the form of elastic plates [patent RU No. 2199062. IPC F24F 13/08, publ. 20.02.2003]. In this device, the mounting fasteners are made in the form of two locking rods with spacer nut. Screwing the nut with the screw con is and his rod tapered end and the tapered end of the nut sink respectively in the base and into the ceiling opening. Thus the circuit by means of the brackets is kept locking studs for opening. However, periodic opening of the valve hole under the cones are broken. Consequently, nuts and studs are relaxed, and the circuit may fall. Therefore, such a jammed requires constant supervision and permanent curl nuts, which complicates the operation.

As relaxation locking rods path moves away from the wall, the resistance demoralizing reduced.

In the specified device flap also not designed for two-sided perception of excessive pressure. Therefore, when the excess pressure inside a big part of the flap will be squeezed from the circuit. The occurrence of gaps between the circuit and the damper increases demoralizing that reduces operating characteristics of the device.

The use of two rods with a thickened upper end as vertical guides leads to jamming of the valve when it is closed, since the upper limit presses the valve with clamped on top and bottom springy plank interacting with the contour helps to jamming from the bottom. Considering that the actuator for opening the valve is its weight, it may not be sufficient to overcome the clamping force and open the valve. The suspension mechanism has words is cent design. The device does not provide access to the anchor magnet for fast attachment with hook flaps manually. Valve and actuator are outside of the aperture, which creates the risk of damage. The shock absorber in the form of an elastic plate is not enough to soften the blow, resulting in the loosening of the mounting fasteners.

The objective of the invention is to improve the operational characteristics of the device by creating significant resistance to demoralizing, as well as simplifying the design and improving reliability.

This task is solved in that the smoke removal device that includes the circuit, the valve with handle mounted for movement along the opening on the vertical guides, the drive electromagnet connected through the armature through a hook with flap, sealing belt, the mounting fasteners and the shock absorber in the form of an elastic plate according to the invention contains an additional circuit with threaded bushings and locking screws mounted diametrically main circuit with the formation of pair them with a lateral vertical guides in the form of a dull crack and the annular groove, while the sealing zone is placed in the trench with the possibility of contact with the walls of the chute and flap drive the electromagnet is supplied by a manual lever otkriven the I and mounted on the circuit with the opportunity to directly horizontal engagement of the anchor with the handle of the valve, moreover, the main circuit is mounted on the inner side of the opening.

In addition, the task is solved in that the shock absorber is equipped with advanced brake strap connected by a cross member and the contact with the absorber, and the bracket is installed obliquely, its upper end is suspended on the contour, and its lower end passed through the box on the shelf of the thrust area with the possibility of changing the inclination of the brake strap.

The difference is that each of the mounting of the fastening element is designed as a sleeve with a locking screw mounted on the main circuit, and the bolt passing through the sleeve and connected with the hole on the side wall exhaust shafts.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a General view of the device smoke; figure 2 - a view A-a in figure 1; figure 3 - a view B-B in figure 1.

The smoke removal device contains a circuit 1, the valve 2 with a handle 3 mounted for movement along the opening on the vertical guides, the drive electromagnet (4), connected through the armature 5 through a hook-handle 3 with the flap, the sealing zone 6, and mounting fasteners and the absorber 7.

The circuit is made in the form of a rectangular frame of angle steel, top-shelf corner shelves and side corners facing the inside of the frame. Shelf bottom corner facing outwards. Flap, respectively, takes the form of a rectangle with a width slightly smaller internal width of the outline. The smoke removal device works as follows.

Closed valve 2 is held on the armature 5 by means of the handle 3, the fixing electromagnet 4 in a horizontal position allows engagement of the anchor with the handle of the valve directly, which allows to simplify the design node of the suspension, reduce manufacturing costs, improve the reliability of operation of the drive magnet.
