The invention relates to a method of establishing a connection in a telecommunication system, in particular in the mobile radio system.

Prior art

In radio systems, the radio terminal and radio stations communicate with the base stations through the so-called-the-air or terrestrial interface. Such wireless terminals are mobile or stationary user terminals (UE-user equipment); base station (NB - node) are stations access that are associated with terrestrial radio network. New feature in modern communications systems, such as GSM/GERAN (the Edge radio access network to the GSM system) and UMTS/UTRAN (Terrestrial radio access network to the UMTS system), is to ensure Uchenie so-called multimedia broadcast/multicast services (MBMS). Because the user devices are supported in the standby mode for saving radioresource, the radio does not know neither the number nor the position of the user devices in the cell that currently use the connection type from point to many points. If the user's device in such a state wishes to establish a new point-to-point radiomedicine network for transmission, for example, user data or data level without access (NAS data), it should access network random access channel, such as channel RACH (random access channel) or PRACH (physical channel RACH). To access channel RACH or PRACH channel, the user device must switch to the channel frequency (P)BCCH (physical broadcast control channel) and continuously read channel (P)AGCH (channel access)to get their destination channel. This can lead to prolonged interruptions in the reception of the MBMS services that can be delivered on a different frequency, or if the bearer of MBMS appointed on the same frequency channel (P)BCCH, lead to incompatibility with the characteristics of the user device.

In order to solve the problem, it was proposed to use a specific MBMS channel RACH (channel MRACH), which uses the channel(s) ascending line tie is, the appropriate channel(s) of MBMS downlink. The invention

The present invention provides a new control channel direct communication line associated with the MBMS service (channel MACCH)that combines the functionality of a broadcast channel and associated control channel type from point to multiple points, thereby eliminating any interruption of the reception of the MBMS service to user devices in the process of establishing additional connections. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above example.

A detailed description of the invention

Figure 1 presents the basic structure of the mobile communication system of the GSM standard. The system consists of a switching center mobile communications (MSC)connected to the public switched telephone network (PTSN) and other centres MSC. Center MSC is connected to the multiple base station controllers (BSC), which, among other things, coordinate resource sharing Radiocommunication provided by base transceiver stations (BTS). The base station BTS transfer in a straight line (DL) and reception on the return line connection (UL) signals, respectively, to the user device (UE) or from user devices UE located within the coverage area of the base station BTS. The parameter "Cell ID (cell ID) indicates which cell is referenced by the element IE information about the frequency setting. When installing the transmission of the MBMS service is used by the channel hopping frequency between the user device UE and the base station. Advantages of the method corresponding to the invention are as follows.

The establishment of parallel point-to-point connection without interrupting the reception of the MBMS service according to the connection type from point to many points.

Any transfer operation on point-to-point channel-the media can run like the transmission in point-to-point channel is the media channel PACCH.

These advantages are optimized in connection with the use of channel MRACH, however, the functionality of the channel MRACH are not a precondition for channel MACCH.

The invention consists in the combination of a General broadcast channel and point-to-point associated control channel, and the fact that the user device informs the network about the establishment of the channel carrier type from point to many points in the early phase of the access to ensure optimal use of limited radio resources. 1. The method of establishing a connection in a cellular communication system between at least one user device (UE) and base station (BTS), comprising stages:

transmission from the base station (BTS) channel-media multimedia broadcast/multicast services with the personnel structure;

assigning, by the base station (BTS), specific information, at least one frame of the above-mentioned channel-media multimedia broadcast/multicast service, and mentioned specific information contains a combination of broadcast and/or associated control information;

taking the above-mentioned channel-media multimedia broadcast/multicast services, at least one user device (UE);

in response to receiving the aforementioned specific information in the above-mentioned channel-carrier multimedia broadcast/ multicast service connection of said at least one user device (UE) to a base station (BTS) without interrupting the reception of the above-mentioned channel-media multimedia broadcast/multicast services.

2. The method according to claim 1 in which the said connection may be a point-to-point connection or a connection from a point to the set of points".

means (40) establishment used for establishing, in response to reception of the said tool receiving mentioned specific information in the channel-carrier multimedia broadcast/multicast service connection with a base station (BTS) without interrupting the reception of the channel-media multimedia broadcast/multicast services.

10. The system according to claim 9, in which the said means (40) setting in the user device (UE) is intended to establish a point-to-point connection or connection type "from the point to the set the next".

11. The system according to claim 9, in which the said means (30) of the receiving user device (UE) is intended for advanced recognition between broadcast information and/or information management.

The system of claim 10, in which, when the system is used to establish point-to-point connection, the said means (20) of the destination base station (BTS) is intended for advanced ID assignment for addressing a particular user device, and the aforementioned means (30) of the receiving user device (UE) is additionally intended to recognize the mentioned ID.

The system of claim 10, in which, when the system is used to establish a connection type "from point to many points referred to the tool (20) of the destination base station (BTS) is additionally intended to assign a global ID of the user device and/or the frequency adjacent cells, and the aforementioned means (30) of the receiving user device (UE) is additionally intended for recognition referred to the global ID of the user device and/or the frequency adjacent cells.

Wireless communication terminal scans pilot signals transmitted by sectors in wireless communication system, measures scanned pilot signals, selects serving sector (e.g. sector providing the strongest reception) and identifies nonservicing sectors which can receive strong noise from this terminal. Servicing sector allocates terminal sub-band (sub-bands) which can be used by servicing sector and cannot be used by nonservicing sectors. Terminal transmits data symbols to allocated sub-bands to servicing and nonservicing sectors. These sectors process return communication line transmission from terminal and receive symbols of relaxed solution which represent transmitted data estimations. Symbols of relaxed solution can be combined from common sectors and then decoded to receive decoded packages. Sectors can decode symbols of relaxed solution independently, and decoded packages of these sectors can be combined to receive resultant decoded packages for terminal.
