The invention relates to medicine and other fields of human activity associated with the danger of the spread of staphylococcal infections among vulnerable population groups (catering, children's hospitals, maternity hospitals, surgical hospitals, and others), and is intended for treatment of staphylococcal bacteria carrier in the nasopharynx in healthy people.

It is known that in the pathogenesis of septic diseases of the population plays a major role staphylococcal infection. Recently wide spread of antibiotic-virulent strains of staphylococci with high adaptive capacity, determines their distribution in the environment and humans [1]. In the structure of nosocomial infections staphylococci are the most common. Is Staphylococcus proved a massive growth on the environment and in the postoperative wound already at 2-3 days after surgery. The technical result is to increase the effectiveness of treatment by increasing the number of persons with absence of pathogenic bacteria in the microflora of the upper respiratory tract, increasing the period of sterility of the nasal cavity and oropharynx by improving the functioning of the cells of the mucous covers the flow of ions, and to reduce the development of complications in the treatment of staphylococcal carriage.

Modern environmental conditions dramatically worsened the condition of air ionization biosphere and changed microbial Association of soil, water, air, and consequently the population. To solve the first part of the task we used bacterial-enzyme probiotic with antibacterial effect Balance-Narine-f"containing waste products acidophilus lactobacilli with high bactericidal activity against a number of pathogenic microorganisms, including staphylococci [10]. Containing natural products of the metabolism of Lactobacillus acidophilus product is completely harmless, has no contraindications and is well tolerated. To solve the second task was used household appliance "Spherion, which produces a stream of ions of negative polarity in the amount of not less than 1000 ions in 1 ml of air. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying contact napkin to a skin region. The napkin is manufactured from metal gauze or metal strips connected to each other on flexible carrier and connected to high-voltage power supply with low-voltage cable. Porous dielectric fabric inlay is placed on the skin region in treatment zone. One or two kinds of procedures are given in turn during a medical session. Medical ionization with air ions is carried out with air ion therapy device being used. The device casing having n thin corona-producing electrodes is directed at distance of 3-10 cm and moved over treatment zone on skin covered in advance with curative layer like medical ointment or napkin impregnated with drugs. SUBSTANCE: device has two-staged ionizing element having bulk electrode of high-energy ionization stage connected to grounded positive lead of high voltage DC supply source via resistor and low-energy ionization stage composed of active needle electrode having sharp edges of different directions connected to negative lead of the high voltage DC supply source and dielectric screen. Input grid, passive electrode system and output three-dimensional grid are set in bulk electrode body cavity. Low-energy ionization stage is designed as active electrodes system composed of two or more sharp active electrodes equidistantly uniformly spaced on input grid with a step equal to or greater than active electrode length being electrically connected to its external surface. Each active electrode surface is electrically insulated from connection point to sharp end with electric insulation envelope. The sharp end is manufactured from metal having low linear expansion coefficient value and protected with galvanic coating. The input grid is electrically insulated from the bulk electrode body cavity and is connected to negative lead of the high voltage DC supply source via resistor. Sharp ends of the active electrodes are introduced into the bulk electrode body cavity through asset of openings in the input grid and are directed towards output grid along the air ions movement direction. Active electrodes connection points potentials are equalized between each other. Passive electrodes system is mounted on in bulk electrode body electrically insulated from it and in the output grid direction. It consists of two or more passive electrode units mounted on current-conducting base and electrically bound to each other. The passive electrode units has four or more passive electrodes, each passive electrode being manufactured from current-conducting plate shaped as isosceles triangle, electrode surface is protected with galvanic coating. The passive electrodes are electrically connected to each other with triangle bases forming equilateral tetragon or polygon. The tetragon or polygon side forming passive electrodes unit base is less than passive electrode altitude. Passive electrode apices are blunt and their electric potentials are equal to each other. The passive electrode apices directed towards output grid along air ions movement axis. Passive electrode units are uniformly spaced at a distance equal to or greater than passive electrode altitude. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical and sanitary equipment designed for air saturation with fast negative ions. Air ioniser contains dielectric body with built-in supply voltage to direct high-voltage transducer with positive pole that is galvanically connected to supply main. Interior body volume is filled with dielectric compound, and body itself is socketed to fix ionising electrode furnished with needle rim on end face and connected through resistor and socket with high-voltage negative pole. Resistor is variable, and there is solenoid provided between socket and needle rim designed so that air ion flow runs in the direction lined with solenoid axis. Invention enables to improve ioniser capacity due to higher air ion concentration within working zone.
