The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the design of hoisting-and-transport machines.

A device for providing horizontal support platform crane, containing a support platform, hydraulic equipment with a pump to create pressure, remote power cylinders, located at the corners of the perimeter of the support platform, and the spool valve control actuators [1].

This device does not automatically align in the horizontal plane of the supporting platform and requires considerable time to bring the crane into position.

Closest to the claimed device is the lift-equalizer. This device has a turning circle, four remote hydraulic cylinder (two on each side - front and back) and the control unit. Part of the turntable includes two mating rings of wedge-shaped cross-section, located between the swivel base of the chassis of the car. By turning the rings is provided a rotary angle of the upper rotary part relative to the horizontal plane, that is, the correction angle. The control unit simultaneously with the correction of inclination provides extended outrigger (remote Hydra is vicheskij cylinders) and after putting the machine, measuring the angular position of the sensors, re-adjusts it by outriggers [2].

The above device is not effective because of the need for adjustments to the horizontal plane of the supporting platform.

The technical result achieved by the proposed device is the automatic alignment in the horizontal plane of the supporting platform, reducing the time and improving the accuracy of alignment.

Offer krenova-pitch vertical automatic alignment reference platform lifting devices includes a mobile chassis, a support platform, krenova-steep pitch sensor, the control panel by lifting and lowering the extension rods of the hydraulic cylinders.

A common feature of the prototype and the claimed device is supporting platform, turning the cabin, mobile chassis, remote support hydraulic cylinders, the control device for raising and lowering the extension rods of the hydraulic cylinders.

Figure 1 shows krenova-pitch vertical automatic alignment reference platform lifting mechanisms, including the following elements: rotary cabin 1, the movable chassis 2, the control unit 3, krenova-steep pitch sensors 4, oriented in the longitudinal and transverse planes of the platform, swivel bearing 5, the control panel 6, the extension of the hydraulic cylinders 7 with the sensors of the contact rods of the hydraulic cylinders with the supporting surface 8.

Figure 2 is a vertical sensor, comprising the following elements: ball hanger 9, plumb 10, a contact node (e.g., brush, roller, etc.) 11, rheostat line 12.

Figure 3 shows a schematic hydraulic diagram krenova-pitch vertical automatic alignment reference platform lifting mechanisms, including the following elements: the extension of the hydraulic cylinders 7, hydraulic tank 13, a pump 14, a filter 15, t is expositional solenoid valve 16 and a two-position electromagnetic valve 17.

The device operates as follows. Before starting work, the operator at the control unit 6 switches the toggle switch in the position of the lowering of the extension rods of the hydraulic cylinders 7, which occurs prior to their contact with the supporting surface. After activation of the contact sensors 8 with the bearing surface of the signal fed into the control unit 3 to switch on the auto-leveling platform. Implementation alignment is external hydraulic cylinders signals sheer sensors, oriented in the longitudinal and transverse planes of the platform due to a change in current in the circuit of the rheostat winding, which affects the change of position of the rod.
