The invention relates to the production of textile filter materials that may find use in the purification of hot process gases and industrial air at elevated temperatures (up to 300°). In particular, the invention can find application in steel, asphalt and cement and other dusty industries, for example, for fabrication of the filter bags at the enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy and cement industry.

Known non-woven filter material for cleaning hot and chemically aggressive vaporous substances (patent Czechoslovakia, CS 89905629. publ. 14.08.1990). The material is a nonwoven layer of fibers on the basis of thermoplastic and neuroplastic polymer, for example mixtures of polypropylene and polyacrylonitrile or polyoxadiazole or other neuroplasty. The recorded material on one side of the film. The disadvantages of this material are not sufficiently high temperature - the operating temperature is in the range 120-140°and a relatively high surface density (350-800 g/m2).

Known multi-layer non-woven filter material for cleaning hot gases with a higher temperature of up to 220° (RF patent 2101074, publ. 10.01.1998). The material includes two fibrous layer of synthetic fibers or yarns, the benefits of the NGO polyester, the layer containing metal fibers, and framed canvas, made in the form of woven fabrics of polyester yarn. All 3 layers and framed canvas bonded together by hypoproteinemia. The total surface density of the material is in the range of 250-300 g/m2. The disadvantages of this material include the complexity of the process of its production is associated with multiple layers and high enough operating temperature.

Known single-layer fabric made by interweaving twill 2/2 using the basis vysokoplotnoy heat-resistant composite yarns of Exelon (polyoxadiazole fiber) or sulfon T or terlon (polyamide fibers), and duck in heat-resistant staple fiber yarn sulfon T or terlon (A.S. USSR 629255, publ. 25.10.1978). The material is heat-resistant (up to 300-350°).

The disadvantages of this material can be attributed to the relatively high permeability in the range from 109-200 DM3/m2C), probably related to its low density (number of yarns per 10 cm is: on the basis of 90-160, duck 87-158).

Closest to the technical nature of the claimed according to the invention the fabric is a fabric made of twill weave oxalone (polyoxadiazole (based on polyoxadiazole fiber) basic and weft threads of the same density (Tex 100&x000D7; 2) with a density of yarns per 10 cm in the warp 115-130 and duck 95-110. (Utility model RF 18274, publ. 10.06.2001). The disadvantages of this fabric can be attributed to its low permeability (80-125 DM3/m2C) and high surface density (460-570 g/m2).

The objective of the invention is to achieve a new technical result, namely, to expand the range of materials that can be used for filtration of hot gases. To do this, create a new filter cloth, which would have increased the operating temperature, while maintaining or improving the quality of cleaning that is associated with optimal values of permeability and density, and would have a low surface density and acceptable physical and mechanical properties: tensile strength and elongation at break.

The task is solved in that created a new filter cloth for cleaning hot gases, characterized in that it is made weave broken twill main and weft threads of Arselon yarn, has a surface density of from 250 to 350 g/m2the density of yarns per 10 cm in the warp from 310 to 330 and duck from 180 to 200, while the breathable fabric is from 40 to 200 DM3/m2C.

Filter fabric, in case the need is in the reduction of permeability in order to achieve a more subtle degree of purification in particular, can be further processed on marcovaldo car, at least on one side for additional effect of Napping. Also, the fabric may be, in particular, subjected to heat shrinkage, which would allow greater density and improved thermal stability. The fabric in particular is designed for sewing the filter bags.

In contrast to the known woven fabric according to the invention has a new structure and composition. She made weave broken twill main and weft threads of Arselon yarn (on the basis of modified polyoxadiazole fiber), has a smaller surface density (250 to 350 g/m2). Fabric can be produced at the enterprises of the textile industry, processing chemical and synthetic fibers without rebuilding process.

The invention can be illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1. Filter fabric made by interweaving broken twill main and weft threads made of 100% Arselon yarn density of yarns per 10 cm: on the basis of 310 and duck 180. The breathability of the fabric is 40 DM3/m2with, the surface density of 250 g/m2.

Example 2. The fabric is produced analogously to example 1, but in contrast, the density of yarns per 10 cm: on the basis is 330, and the duck 180. The breathability of the fabric 200 DM3/m2with, the surface density of 350 g/m2.

As seen from the above examples, a new fabric made according to the invention, in comparison with the known fabrics has improved surface density and air permeability, which allows to expand the range used for cleaning hot gas filter materials.
