Inside stop ring of juice collector descending rim of mentioned cap is installed. Cover for electric juicer contains polymer cap, in which opening is provided. In mentioned opening metal supply tube is installed and fixed.

EFFECT: creation of improved and more industrially acceptable alternative in relation to known household appliances.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to structures juicers, in particular to the juicer for fruits and vegetables.

The level of technology

Juicers for fruits and vegetables is widely known. Sometimes household electrical equipment of this kind has a tendency to leak juice outside juicer. It is also known that during operation of the extractor vibrate and therefore move along the surface, where they are delivered. As a rule, cover and feed tube existing juicers are cast as one piece of polymeric materials. The advantage of the polymer is that the polymer can be cast in the form of a transparent material that provides the ability to monitor the movement of the pulp of the fruit to prevent clogging. If the feed tube includes an inner knife, it is also part of a unitary molded parts. Steel is a stronger material than the cast polymer used for these purposes, but the question of forming a complex configurations required to manufacture the cover, the feed pipe and the knife has not been previously resolved.

Disclosure of inventions

The aim of the present invention is to eliminate some of the shortcomings of the prior art and the creation of a better or more than the industrial acceptable alternatives in relation to well-known household juicers.

The implementation of the invention

As shown in figure 1, the juicer 10 consists of a housing 11, CR is the loud and with feed pipe 12, collection of pulp 13 and jug to collect the juice 14. The motor inside the housing, causes the rotation of the disk grater, located under the feed pipe 12.

In addition, the housing 11 includes a lower compartment 15 and the upper branch or the collection of juice 16. The lower compartment 15 contains the motor of the juicer, the control unit 17 and the power supply. In addition, the lower compartment 15 includes a lower rim 19, which is extended from the outside. To ensure maximum stability, under the expanding rim 19 are attached the legs of the apparatus 18. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the legs have rubber bases that have corresponding recesses 18a, which will be explained next.

The collected juice

As shown in Fig.1-4, upper division, or the collection of the juice, is a removable part, preferably made of stainless steel. As shown in figure 3 internal compartment, or storage tank 16A of the collection of juice 16 includes a Central opening 21 surrounded by a rim 22, directed upwards. Storage tank collector juice 16 is formed by an outer wall 23. The upper edge of the inner compartment formed by a horizontal rim 24, which surrounds a Central opening 25. As better shown in figure 2, for the correct connection of the cover and of the collection of juice on the stop ring 26 juicer are two notches 30 located opposite each other, in which are inserted into the ears, the speakers on the bottom of the cover. It should be noted that the retaining ring 26 juicer is framed by a side wall 23 of the collection of juice completely. On the contrary, the retaining ring 26 juicer there is a gap 32. Such features provide a high efficiency flow waste of flesh in a collection of 13 or gutter.

Collection of pulp

As shown in figure 1-4 and 10, a collection of pulp 13 represents to Steiner, having, in General, the cross section shape of the letter "D" and corresponds in its configuration, the outside of the housing 11. Cover and feed tube

Cover apparatus 12 performs several important functions. It protects the juice from splashing, efficiently directs the pulp in the memory 13 or in the groove 150 (11), together with the shutter 31 ensures the safety of the device and holds it in the closed position, and this cover is a platform for the feed pipe 51. As shown in figure 1-5 and Fig-11, the cover 12 is a polymer cap 52 (made, for example, polycarbonate), is attached to the feed tube 51 made of metal, preferably stainless steel. In accordance with the foregoing, and as most clearly shown in figure 5, the cap 52 consists of two main lobes, which, if you look at them from above, form a figure "8". Considerable importance is also the fact that the transparent cover 52 and steel supply pipe ensure the preservation of all of the advantages of both of these parts, namely, a sufficiently high strength of the feed pipe and knife, as well as the opportunity to watch the process taking place under the hood.

As shown in figure 3, the cap 52 on the perimeter has an extension 55 at the point of contact of the cap with the inner side of the collector pulp 13 or chute 150. Such local extension 55 is intended to increase the surface of contact between the cap 52 and the groove 150 and the collector 13, while at the same time remains smooth continuous inner surface 56, which begins with a section on the collection of juice and continues to the zone output 57 of the cap 52. Subject to the availability of such a steady, unchanging continuous curved inner surface 56 of the cap 52 contributes to the direction of pulp in the collection of pulp 13 or into the chute 150 without the need for providing air turbulence or break the flow of the incoming pulp, which usually adheres to the inner surface of the cap. Enlargement or thickening of the rim 55 also ensures the impossibility of the appearance of a space or "pocket" above this surface, which could be accumulated juice, which, ultimately, may lead to the termination of the work.

As shown in figure 2, the cap also includes a downward rim 57 which cooperates with a locking ring 26 juicer and, in its form, mainly corresponds to the perimeter outline of the collection of juice, except for the portion of the gap 32. As shown in Fig.3-4 and Fig-11, the downward rim 57 of the cover 12 continues until the upper surface of the horizontal rim 24 of the collection of juice 16 and forms, thus, the stub. Due to the fact that rim 57 is in a position that is closer to vertical position than the ring 26, the angle between the outer surface of the downward rim and the inner surface of the stopper ring 26 provides education appropriate period of 70. A characteristic feature of the upper surface of the hood 52 is the presence of two Cams 59, located opposite each other. As is well known in devices of this type, the shutter 31 is mounted on the hinge 62, suited both for rotation and for vertical movement so that the lower part of the shutter 31, turning, moves in a vertical direction as the shutter 31 is on the inclined portion 60. With this motion of the hinge 62 alarm switch, preventing the possibility of obtaining an electric motor energy up until the shutter 31 is in the closed position.

In accordance with the above, the cover also serves as a platform and supports a supply pipe 51. In preferred embodiments, the implementation of the present invention, the cap 52 is made of a transparent polymer, such as polycarbonate or a copolymer of polystyrene or Acrylonitrile (copolymerizable with STI is I). As shown in Fig-10 and 12-13, the cap 52 has a Central opening 80 in which is located the feed tube 51 made of stainless steel. SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to juice extractor. Juice extractor intended, in particular, to citrus fruit juicing, contains a rotating around its axis squeezing cone and set above the juice container attached to the squeezing cone screen having an area for juice passing through with a variable cross section of throughput. Thereat screen has a working surface with the first throughput openings and the second working surface of the screen with the second throughput openings. Changing of mutual positions of the first and the second working surfaces of the screen changes throughput section of the latter. Thereat for limitation of the amount of possible relative fixed positions of the first and second working surfaces of the screen, on the first working surface there is a retention pin with a fixing cog interlocking with the counter stop in the shape of several tapered cogs on the second working surface of the screen. It improves positioning of the first surface of the screen against the second surface, prevents spontaneous modification of the adjustment selected by the user.
