SUBSTANCE: invention is related to wind-power engineering and makes it possible to use both energy of wind rushes and permanent component of its velocity. Wind-driven device contains tower, rotary head installed on it with weather vane and hinge, mast with sail fixed in hinge axis, and mechanism of working machine motion transfer. Wind-driven device additionally contains accumulator of potential energy, sail is arranged with variable area and contains mechanism of its alteration and sensors of accelerations, at that mast is connected to mechanism of working machine movement transfer and accumulator in the plane of its swinging with provision of possibility of its swinging in the range from initial position to the right angle to this position. Accumulator of potential energy is arranged in the from of weight fixed in mast below axis of its swinging, or in the form of elastic element, one end of which is hingedly fixed to rotary head, and the second one is hingedly fixed to the mast in plane of swinging of the latter. Mechanism of working machine movement transfer may be arranged in the form of piston pump, the cylinder of which is hingedly fixed in rotary head, and stem is hingedly connected to the mast, or in the form of linear electric generator, casing of which is hingedly fixed in rotary head, and core is hingedly connected to the mast, or in the form of electric generator with rotating core, the drive of which is arranged as threaded rack, which is hingedly connected to mast and threaded wheel. Even though the design is quite simple, invention makes it possible to efficiently use energy of wind in case of any velocities and accelerations, up to the hurricane ones.

The invention relates to wind energy, namely sailing wind turbine, and can be used to convert wind energy at any speed, up to a hurricane.

Known wind power installation, comprising a wind turbine with a hydraulic pump, a discharge tube which has a valve dividing the flow, constant flow which feeds the hydraulic drive generator, and variable, depending on the speed of rotation of the turbine as a function of wind speed, feeds the heater (SU 969954 A1, F03D 9/00, 30.10.1982).

Known wind turbine enables more effective use of a wider range of wind speeds without additional regulators of speed, but does not work at low wind speeds, not take full advantage of the wind blowing and not protected from strong winds.

Famous sailing windmill comprising a tower, located on her swivel head with swinging sail in the form of rotary blades, the swing of which is carried out across the wind direction by changing the angle of attack and swing which is transmitted to the working machine by means of a crank mechanism (SU 1787212 A3, F03D 5/00, 07.01.1993).

The disadvantage of this technical solution is based on complexity of the design of the mechanism of rotation of the blades, the need to introduce in the design, the operation of mechanisms of protection against hurricane wind speeds, moreover, for large and small wind speeds and wind direction the wind turbine ineffective.

The technical result of the invention is to simplify the design and ensuring the effective operation of the wind turbine in almost any wind speed from the minimum to the hurricane, limited only by the strength of the tower, on which is mounted a mast with a sail without additional devices protect the sails from the mast from hurricane wind speeds, as well as the opportunity to more fully utilize the power of the wind.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that sail windmill comprising a tower, located on her swivel head with a weather vane and a hinge mounted on the axis of the hinge the mast with a sail and a mechanism for transmitting movement of the working machine further comprises a battery of potential energy, the sail is made variable space and contains the mechanism of change and acceleration sensors, and the mast is connected to the mechanism for transmitting movement of the working machine and the battery in the plane of its swing with capability swing it in the range from the initial position to a right angle to this position. The battery potential energy can be in the form of cargo mounted on the mast below the axis of its swing, or in the form of elastic ele is enta, one end of which is articulated to the rotary head, and the second hinged to the mast in the plane of swing of the latter. The mechanism for transmitting movement of the working machine can be made in the form of a linear generator, the housing of which is pivoted on the rotary head, and the core is hinged to the mast, and the core course provides the generator on a range of deviations of the mast from its original position. The mechanism for transmitting movement of the working machine can be made in the form of an electric generator with a rotating core, the drive of which is carried by the rack, which is pivotally connected to the mast and a toothed wheel which, through overrunning clutch transmits the rotation of the core shaft of the generator with a flywheel rigidly mounted on this shaft, and the housing of the generator is fixed on the rotary head. The battery potential energy can also be done is several ways: cargo, spring or diaphragm type gas, respectively where the mast is connected to the cargo or swivel with swivel head by a spring or rod aperture provided allow deflection of the mast from the original position to the value of direct fragile.

The turbine consists of a tower 1, on which is located a rotary head 2 with hinge 3, which is fixed to the mast with 4 sails 5. Sailing wind turbine according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission mechanism of the movement of the working machine is made in the form of a linear generator, the housing of which is pivoted on the rotary head, and the core is hinged to the mast, and the core course provides the generator on a range of deviations of the mast from its original position.

Sailing wind turbine according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission mechanism of the movement of the working machine in the form of electric generator with a rotating core, the drive of which is carried by the rack, which is pivotally connected to the mast and a toothed wheel which, through overrunning clutch transmits the rotation of the core shaft of the generator with a flywheel rigidly mounted on this shaft, and the housing of the generator is fixed on the rotary head.

SUBSTANCE: method of converting kinetic energy of wind which acts on fixed flying vehicle with transmission of mechanical power to working member located on the ground consists in the fact that there formed are two differently directed forces acting on flying vehicle, one of which pulls the vehicle up and is determined by the fact that the vehicle is lighter than air, and the other force is specified with its aerodynamic shape having the form of semi-sphere with lower spherical surface and upper flat surface. Proposed plant comprises fixed base, horizontal foundation arranged to run thereon, two blades, counterweights, balance beam and pump.
