The technical FIELD TO WHICH the INVENTION RELATES.

The present invention relates to a wig, and more particularly to disposable wig.

BACKGROUND of INVENTION

The wig is handmade, and therefore is an expensive product. Previously, there was no conception of the wig you used one or more times, and then was thrown.

The wig is made by hand so that the implanted hair segment fold double and one implanted manually in a thick substrate, for example, in the form of three-dimensional form. After one folded hair implanted segment, it looks as if were implanted with two hairs. In another operation at once implanted beam composed of hair segments.

Disposable wig was first proposed by the present inventor, and one of the examples disclosed in the following patent document 1.

The PROBLEM solved by the INVENTION

This manual is a known implantation of hair is extremely inefficient because it takes about three weeks to make, for example, be implanted at least 20000 hair segments. If the basis, including the adhesive layer on the underside of the base, was not made as a thin skin, you can see a significant difference in levels when it is attached to human skin. It really will look like a wig, and it will be easy to be recognized as artificial hair.

In addition, if the surface of the adhesive layer is not uniform, then attach the surface of the wig will wrinkle, which will lead to an unnatural appearance.

The WAY to SOLVE PROBLEMS

To achieve the above the mentioned goals disposable wig according to the present invention includes a base, made of extremely thin sheet of hair segments, implanted in the base, and the adhesive layer deposited on the lower side of the substrate, and is characterized by the fact that the base thickness is of the order of microns (ΜM),moreover, the adhesive layer is applied with a uniform thickness on the entire bottom side of the base, with the protruding portion and the remaining portion, and the protruding portion is in contact with the root parts of the implanted hair segments protruding from a bottom side of the base, and the protruding portion is raised to the upper side of the base, when the wig is attached to the human skin.

Disposable wig according to claim 1, may additionally be characterized by the fact that the thickness of the adhesive layer is a thickness of up to 20 times greater than the thickness of the base.

Disposable wig according to claim 1, may additionally be characterized by the fact that the protruding portion of the adhesive layer have a height of 80 ΜM.

Advantages of the INVENTION

When the wig is attached essentially on a flat surface of human skin (such as the scalp), the protruding portion on the underside of the bases become essentially flat, as the entire bottom side of the warp is in flat contact with the flat surface of the scalp, so that the protruding parts will now appear on the upper side of the base. Accordingly, on the upper side of the bases of the speakers frequently is, which come into contact with the root parts of the implanted hair segments, will rise relative to the other (in-depth) parts.

Disposable wig according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, showing a variant of its implementation. Parts having the same function for convenience, are referred to the same positions, and their description will be omitted. Position 1 indicates the base, which is made of extremely thin sheet having a thickness essentially equal to the thickness of human skin (for example, 30 μm). This reinforces the attachment of the implanted hair segment 3 to the base 1 and supports the fixed position of the hair segment 3. The root portion 5 of the implanted hair segment 3 is from the lower side of the framework 1. Item 6 refers to the free ends of the implanted hair segme is the 3. Item 7 refers to the adhesive layer, which is deposited with the same thickness on the entire bottom side of the framework 1. The thickness of the adhesive layer 7 is made in such a way that it turns out uneven bottom side with protruding parts 9, which are in contact with the root portions 5 and the other parts (recessed parts 11).

The adhesive layer 7 is formed by transferring the adhesive, acrylic based. Respectively on the outer side of the framework 1 of the protrusions 9, which are in contact with the root portions 5 implanted hair segments 3, rise higher than the recessed part 11. This is called the phenomenon of reversal of non-uniformity (i.e. a phenomenon in which the protruding portion, initially aimed down, become part facing up). This is caused by the fact that the base 1 and the adhesive layer 7 are both made so that they had a very thin but uniform thickness. The protruding parts 9, which are raised up, indicated by the position 9A.

When the entire surface of the base 1 becomes, therefore, is uneven, with the speakers and other parts, light (shown by arrow), which falls on the base 1, is reflected irregularly, so that the base 1 will not Shine, and the wig will be difficult to distinguish from real hair.

Thanks to the above described phenomenon of reversal of the protruding parts, which you can see when the wig is attached to the body, as shown by arrows F, implanted hair segments 3 are presscontact with the skin of the head 13 through a thin adhesive layer 7 toward the outer side of the framework 1, increasing, thus, attaching the implanted hair segments 3 and preventing the withdrawal or removal of implanted hair segments 3 of the framework 1.

As shown in Figure 3, part (recessed part 11), on which the hair segments 3 are not implant is described, are very transparent, because the base 1 and the adhesive layer 7 are both extremely thin, so that the skin of the head 13 under these parts 11 is visible through them. It also contributes to the fact that the wig will be difficult to distinguish from real hair.

The adhesive layer is formed by a transfer process and has a constant ratio C/a, so that the adhesive layer having a uniform, but extremely thin thickness can be manufactured mechanical and industrial way.

The base 1 made of elastic material, is compressed after insertion of the wig on the human body, so there is the advantage that part of the hair implantation will not be visible.

After complete attachment to the skin of a man, any man, wearing a wig, is free to scratch your head, hair, wash your hair with shampoo while in the wig, swim and so forth, without having to remove the wig. Moreover, the wig can be tightly worn without a clearance or gap between the wig and the skin so that it was more similar to natural hair, and anyone who will touch the wig will not have any unusual sensations.
