The invention relates to construction and is intended for use in the construction of wooden individual (family) bath type Finnish saunas mostly of logs (bars) on the territory of rural settlements, houses, garden plots.

The prototype of the invention is a traditional Russian bath log on continuous footing with concrete floor on the ground. (Evseev PCT How to build a Russian and Finnish baths. - M.: stroiizdat, 1982. - P.20).

The disadvantage of the prototype is the complete lack of a heat shield baths from the floor and from the ground the inner side faces of strip Foundation exterior walls. This task is solved in that in the known bath of individual wooden, including washing and steam room, a microwave, a relaxation room, posted on the respective foundations, according to the invention made the bottom in the form of insulation screen (lying wall) along the bottom, paired with insulating walls along the inner ground faces of the exterior Foundation walls in the area of the washing and steam rooms. The suggested method of pre-tension of glued wooden packages in the across-grain direction presupposes their compression with the help of steel rods. The element of novelty consists in applying to the wooden package being forced together a pressure of 0.5 MPa with the help of steel rods gummed down inside the pre-drilled holes arranged along the whole of the package length (the spacing being equal to 300-500 mm.). The length of the rods is equal to the package width with due allowance for its eventual reduction after application of force-together pressure.
