The invention relates to woodworking industry and can be used in the production of wood-based panels of oriented chips (OSB).

The invention solves the problem of increasing the reliability of the device.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device by performing a flexible body of several parts, each of which has a small length, low resistance to movement, as around no more than 6 casters (4 swivel and 2 fixed), this eliminates breakages flexible body and increase the reliability of the device.

The technical result is achieved in that the device for orientation of wood particles, including a system of slats connected by a hinge, placed on them guiding rollers, stationary rollers made with the possibility of rotation from the drive roller, a flexible body, enveloping all send the s and stationary rollers, neighboring branches which are mounted for movement in opposite directions, according to the invention the flexible body is made of separate parts, each of which includes two branches and bends around no more than four guides and two stationary roller, which are arranged symmetrically relative to the Central axis that is perpendicular to the direction of orientation.

The proposed device for the orientation of the wood particles is flexible implementation of the authority of the individual parts, bending around these parts for a small number of rollers and symmetrical placement of stationary rollers.

Improving the reliability of device operation is achieved by reducing the length of the flexible body, reducing around them rollers, reducing the resistance to movement of the flexible body and avoid thrashing and cliffs.

SUBSTANCE: device for orientation of wood particles comprises detector of chip mattress thickness, detector of wood particles weight, detector, three blocks of setting, distraction block, rooting block, two division blocks, non-linearity block, multiplication block, switch and amplifier, at that blocks are interrelated with each other.
