The invention relates to medicine, namely prosthetic dentistry, and can be used in prosthetics patients for the correction of removable dentures in the adaptation period, and in the course of their constant use.

Despite the fact that in recent years has significantly improved the quality of manufacture of dentures and new effective compounds for their fixation, the problem of adaptation to dentures and complete fixation remains relevant.

Ingredients: propolis - Tizol (for reviews of patients) has good adhesive properties, is easily applied to the prosthesis, stable, has a delicate aroma. The advantages also include the ease of preparation by mixing only two components, each of which performs a number of functions.

Closest to the proposed invention entity (prototype) is a means for fixation of removable dentures made using propolis (5,0-15,0%), on the basis of silicone glycerokinase composition Si(C3H7About3)4·CH3H8About3·u of n2On 6≤x≤10, 24≤y≤40, and including Supplement chitosan (0.5 to 1.0%) (U.S. Pat. Chitosan is a unique dietary Supplement that improves the adhesion properties of the composition with bacteriostatic action, which have a beneficial effect on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity (Chitin and chitosan. Currently in the patent and scientific literature is not known remedy for fixing dentures, containing in its composition creditinsurance glycerokinase.

Part of the proposed drug is propolis and chitosan, possessing valuable pharmacological properties and perform the function of film-forming substance with adhesive properties.

Research conducted by the authors showed that used in the inventive tool as the basis creditinsurance glycerokinase has adhesive properties, superior to those for silicone glycomolecules and title, resulting in increased adhesive ability of the proposed drug and increases the time it was fixed.

The method of preparation of the proposed drug

Means for fixation of removable dentures is prepared by mixing propolis and creditmanagement of glycomolecules with chitosan and subsequent heating. The claimed composition is stable, has a soft texture, well maintained for a long time at room temperature; it requires no special training.
