It is known a device for converting energy of the current environment, such as water flow, made in the form of a motor for energy recovery current environment, immersed in the past against the current flow and having a working body in the form of endless chains flexible elements working with branches covering the pulleys and provided with blades arranged at an angle to the direction of flow of the current environment (RU # 2166664, 19.06.2000).
