Method of strengthening of leather fabric of fur half-finished product

FIELD: items of personal use, clothes.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the fur industry and can be used in furriery-tailoring manufacture at manufacturing and repair of fur products. The method of strengthening of fur fabric leathers of a half-finished product is carried out by application and drying of a collagen-containing composition containing moist collagenic aggregation, a softener and a hardening agent. Thus the collagen-containing composition additionally contains cod-liver oil and castor oil. The composition is applied in two stages. The first stage of treatment is performed with a compound, in recalculation on a solid: collagenic aggregation 2%, glycerin 2.6-4%, oak extract 0.1%, cod-liver oil 0.2%, castor oil 0.2%, water - the rest. The second stage of treatment is performed with a compound, in recalculation on a solid: collagenic weight 6%, glycerin 7.8-12%, oak extract 0.3%, cod-liver oil 0.6%, castor oil of 0.6%, water - the rest. Drying of a fur half-finished product is performed after the first and the second application. The way allows to raise adhesion strength of body hair coat with a leather fabric, to increase useful area of a fur half-finished product due restoration of defective sites of leather fabrics and simultaneously to receive a detail with the zones differing by properties.

EFFECT: increase of adhesion strength of body hair coat with leather fabric, increase in useful area of a fur half-finished product.

The invention relates to the fur industry and can be used in furrier-sewing production in the manufacture and repair of fur.

There is a method of finishing leather fur products from risksafety skins, in which the joints obtained by stitching detail and osuke defective places the leather, pressed, and then paste them strips of fabric and pressed the seams again, and then the leather is applied film-forming substance, such as polyvinyl chloride film (Patent of the USSR 147290, SW 15/04).

The disadvantages of the method are the reduction of the useful area of fur semi-finished product and the use of chemical materials, deteriorating hygienic properties of fur.

A known method of manufacturing a three-dimensional decorative elements in the fur products applying collagen composition on the leather and fur, followed by drying (Patent RF №2283350 from 18 September 2006).

The disadvantage of this method is that when applying collagen composition on the leather fur not provided with the adhesive bonding strength between layers of the received complex material necessary to correct defects in the leather, which leads to narrowing of the field of application of the collagen composition.

The closest analogue of the proposed method (Putin the Russian Federation No. 2151534, AS 1/00) is a method of manufacturing molded by applying a fibrous material on formosanus surface and drying. As the fibrous material used collagen composition comprising collagen mass in terms of dry substance 3-8%, plasticizer 2,4-12%, oak extract, 0.1 to 0.33 percent and water.

The disadvantages of this method are as follows:

insufficient bond strength hair with Koshevoy cloth;

- inability to provide multiple zones of different desired properties in a single semi-finished product or part.

The technical result of the claimed invention is to improve the bond strength of hair with Koshevoy tissue, increasing the usable space of the fur semi-finished product due to the recovery of defective areas the leather and the ability to simultaneously receive details with zones with different properties.

This result is achieved as follows. Strengthening the leather fur semi-finished product by applying and drying the collagen (CC) of the composition containing watered collagen mass, softener, tanning agent, characterized in that the collagen composition additionally contains fish oil and castor oil, which is applied in two stages, the first stage of processing and perform the composition, in terms of dry substance: collagen mass to 2%, glycerin 2,6-4%, oak extract of 0.1%, fish oil 0,2%, castor oil 0.2%, the water - the rest; the second stage processing is realized by the composition, calculated on the dry matter: collagen weight of 6%, glycerin 7,8-12%, oak extract of 0.3%, fish oil, or 0.6%, castor oil, or 0.6%, water - else, and drying is carried out after the first and second application.

The second stage of processing leather fur semi-finished product perform a fragmentary applying the composition to obtain a semi-rigid and rigid zones in the product (see the drawing).

The method is as follows.

Example 1. The leather fur semi-finished product muskrat moisturize with a mixture of water with glycerol in a ratio of 5:1. After moistening prefabricated put Koshevoy fabric inside for aging for 30 minutes. Next, moist cake mix or part scroe rule and fixed on wooden frames. At the first stage of processing on the leather put collagen composition composition, calculated on the dry matter:

Put the composition evenly over the entire area of a given land with the help of a special device the doctor type. By applying the composition with a low content of collagen mass provides better wetting and penetration of the substrate. The first stage of processing fur semi-finished product is performed with the purpose of hardening the leather fur and ensuring the adhesion strength of the obtained material. The amount of the applied composition is equal to 0.14 g/cm2. After application of the composition fur semi-finished product is subjected to drying. Drying is done in kilns at a temperature of 50-55°or at normal temperature. In the second stage of the processing composition is applied to provide greater thickness and strength of the received complex material with the following composition, calculated on the dry matter:

To ensure the same amount of collagen per unit area of the composition with a quantity of dry OS is Atka collagen 6% is applied in the amount of 0.12 g/cm 2. Next, carry out secondary drying to remove the dispersion medium. The second stage of processing carried out to give the fur semi-finished products required physical and mechanical properties. The test results showed that when applying collagen composition of the proposed method observed increase in the bond strength of hair with Koshevoy cloth two times relative to the sample before applying the composition.

Example 2. The second stage of processing Koshevoy cloth is fur semi-finished product is performed by applying the composition in fragments to obtain zones with different properties, in accordance with the requirements of the product, for example headdress type "cap" (see drawing). For the production of rigid zones using the composition, calculated on the dry matter: collagen weight of 6%, glycerin 7.8%, and oak extract of 0.3%, fish oil, or 0.6%, castor oil, or 0.6%, water - the rest, and for semi-rigid zones using the composition, calculated on the dry matter: collagen weight of 6%, glycerin 9.6 per cent, oak extract 0,06%, fish oil, or 0.6%, castor oil, or 0.6%, water - the rest, the number of the applied composition ranges from 0.16 g/cm2to 0.24 g/cm2.

The treatment is conducted at the oscillator frequency of 13.56 MHz, with the current strength on the anode of the oscillation valve of 0.65-0.8 A within plasma action time of 3-5 minutes and at the rate of argon consumption of 0.03-0.05 g/s. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the fur abradability, the increased strength of bonding of the fur side with the skin tissue and strength of a hair at stretching.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method is related to formation and form fixation of fur product items and to light industry, in particular to furriery, and may be also used to recover properties of fur products that have already been in operation. Method includes application of polymer compound onto fur skin, drying and giving proper shape to product. For application polymer compound is used, which contains plasticised polyvinyl acetate dispersion, as plasticiser - diamyl phthalate, and water. Versions of this method use the following substances as plasticiser - di(2-methoxyethyl)phthalate or tri(2-butoxyethyl)phosphate, or tri(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate. Product is dried after it has been properly shaped.

EFFECT: improved quality and service life of fur products by increase of shape stability of product items and strength of hair adhesion to skin tissue due to direct stabilisation of liquid composition in wide range of climatic conditions of its application.
