The invention relates to fire fighting equipment, in particular to devices for removal of smoke from the premises on the floors of the building through openings in the wall of the exhaust shafts.

You know the smoke removal device containing the circuit posted gasket, rotary damper, installed vertically and connected with the circuit by means of the axis and the locking element in the form of a lever, one end of which communicates through the stop valve and the other end provided with a load and connected to an electric drive [as. SU # 1016625, IPC F24F 13/08, publ. 07.05.1983, bull. No. 17].

In this device the valve is connected at three points: at the lower belt at two points at the expense of the axis, on the upper belt at one point by means of the lever locking element. This kinematic relationship does not provide a reliable leak when exposed to the valve excess pressure on the outside will lead to a weakening of the contact lever with emphasis moment from the weight of the cargo. When this flap will be squeezed from the path that will lead to the emergence of gaps and contributes to increased penetration of smoke.

The objective of the invention is to improve the operational characteristics of the device by creating significant resistance to the penetration of smoke, and a noticeable simplification of the structure.

This task is solved in that the smoke removal device containing the circuit including the ring and the abutment ledges, swing shutter supported by a pin on the circuit, a chute secured to the flap along the perimeter of the gasket placed in the chute, the electromagnet and its associated lever knob according to the invention, it is further provided with a lock box placed walling in the aperture, thus the circuit is installed inside the box inclined to the base and turned to the last annular ledge, the support protrusions of the loop tightly coupled with the walls of the box, and a flap installed also inclined to the base of the chute, in return, the annular projection with the formation of the labyrinth seal shelves annular protrusion and the groove, and the groove is made trough-shaped, in addition, an electromagnet mounted on the outer surface of the boxes with the opportunity neposredno the aqueous contact of the armature with a closed flap.

The device may be provided with a decorative deviant grating, and placed in the groove of the seal is made in the form of asbestos-down rope.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 gives a General view of the smoke removal device; figure 2 is the same view As figure 1.

The smoke removal device contains a circuit that includes an annular protrusion 1 and the supporting protrusions 2, the rotary valve 3 is supported by a pin 4 on the circuit, the chute 5, secured to the flap along the perimeter of the gasket 6 is placed in the chute, the electromagnet 7 anchor 8, having a bevel at the lower end. The smoke removal device works as follows.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire-fighting equipment and namely to devices of smoke removal from a room on the building floors through openings provided in a ventilation shaft wall. Smoke removal device consists of a circuit, a gate with a handle which is installed so that it can move along the opening on vertical guides, a driving electromagnet connected by means of an armature through a latch to the gate, a sealing belt, mounting fixtures and a shock absorber in the form of a flexible plate. Device consists of an additional circuit with thread bushes and retention screws which is installed diametrically relative to the main circuit thus forming together therewith the side vertical guides in the form of a blind slot and a circular groove. Sealing belt is located in the groove so that it can come in contact with the groove walls and gate. Driving electromagnet is equipped with a manual lever and attached to the circuit so that armature can directly and horizontally be engaged with the gate handle. In addition, shock absorber is provided with a brake plank.

Excessive pressure valve is described by presence of barrel and pivotally connected to casing by rotary dish located in casing. Dish is connected to casing by steering control of dish.
