A soft drink on the basis of herbs consists of the concentrated vegetative extract obtained from an admixture of herbs, chosen of Sida sps., Boerhaavia diffusa, Vitis vinifera, Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera, along with green palm sugar, the agent causing a fermentation, and carbonised water, in which proportion Sida sps.: Boerhaavia diffusa: Vitis vinifera: Tinospora cordifolia: Withania somnifera in a powdery admixture makes (15-20 : (5-10 : (15-20 : (5-10 : (5-10); Proportion of wt/wt: green palm sugar: the concentrated vegetative extract makes from 1 : 3 to 1 : 4; wt/wt, a proportion of carbonised water: the admixture of the concentrated vegetative extract, green palm sugar and the agent causing a fermentation, makes from 1 : 3 to 1 : 5. Perform: (a) obtaining of parts of Sida sps., Boerhaavia diffusa, Vitis vinifera, Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera; (b) crushing of parts of plants and their mixing with obtaining of a powdery admixture; (c) water addition to a powdery admixture from a stage (b) for obtaining of a water extract; (d) concentration of a water extract from the stage (c); (e) filtration of the concentrated extract from the stage (d); (f) admixture of green palm sugar to the filtered extract from the stage (e); (g) addition of Sacromyces strain and the agent causing fermentation, to the admixture from the stage (f); (h) fermentation of the admixture from the stage (g) during the period of time from 3 till 6 days; (i) filtration of the fermented admixture from the stage (h); (j) concentration of the fermented filtrate from the stage (i) with obtaining of the basic solution and (k) mixing of the basic solution (j) with the carbonised water in wt/wt proportion from 1 : 3 to 1 : 5 with obtaining of a soft drink on the basis of herbs.

The technical field

The present invention relates to the food industry and, in particular, to develop the healing of soft drink based on medicinal plants.

Prior art

Diet therapy has emerged as a novel direction of the health program. Currently, it has been suggested that in this century the number of doctors-nutritionists will exceed the number of therapists, because many diseases can be prevented by injunction the correct type of diet. Expanding the use of in our lives medicinal plants: easier to change old habits than to buy new. A diet based on the consumption of properly selected types of food and drinks, taking into account climatic conditions, age, physique and nature of the individual is the subject of scientific support and attention. In India traditionally consumed more than 1000 different types of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, simple and medicinal drinks. Classic is the textbook of Ayurveda "Charak Samhita", "Sutrasthan, Chapter 4, describes that "Sida sps." used to give Vrinhaneeya and Balya property, i.e. it nourishes the tissues of the body, increases the weight of the body and acts as a tonic.

In the book Dhanvantari Nighantoo described the use of "Sida sps." Varishyam, Balyam, Raktapittam Kshayam Hanti, Bala ojavardhyatiyapi, which means that it stimulates sexual feelings, tones, stops bleeding, increases vitality and immunity.

In the book Bhav Prakash Nighantoo "Sida sps." is considered as Bal-Kantikarit, i.e., as increases vitality and sensuality.

In U.S. patent No. 6375992 described composition for moisturizing mammals, containing an extract from red grapes.

In the classical text of Ayurveda is given recipe - Bhaishjya Ratanavali / Murchcha Rogadhikar, which States that "Withania somnifera", which is the main ingredient "Aswagandharishta" together with twenty-eight other ingredients including unrefined palm sugar as the basis for fermentation, Elettaria ardamomum, Cinnamomum, Glycyrrhiza glabra and Woodfordia fruticosa, is indicated for use in General weakness and loss of strength, to relieve stress and pathological anxiety.

On the website http://www.globalnutrients.net/herbal_powders_information.htm stated that "Withania somnifera" is one of the most common in India sedatives (tranquilizers) and its importance is the same situation, what ginseng in China. In the link Bhaishjya Ratnavali / Jwaradhikar stated that "Tinospora cordifolia is used as snowmaggedon in "Amritarishta" together with thirteen other ingredients including crude palm sugar as the basis for fermentation, Elettaria cardamomum, Cinnamomum and Woodfordia fruticosa, is indicated for use in the treatment of fever and peripheral neuritis.

On the website http://www.herbpatch.com/herbs&7.htm stated that "Tinospora cordifolia" along with some other herbs used in the formulation of Ayurvedic composition SKN - AV to restore the body to a normal state, in particular the skin.

In U.S. patent No. 5886029 described pharmaceutical composition for treating diabetes containing "Tinospora cordifolia and Cinnamomum tamala, together with some other ingredients.

In U.S. patent No. 6136316 described hepatoprotective composition for the treatment of acute hepatitis b and viral infections, containing Phillanthus amarus, Tinospora cordifolia and Boerhaavia diffusa.

In U.S. patent No. 5693327 described composition on the basis of medicinal herbs for the treatment of diseases of the skin, containing at least one plant from Tinospora cordifolia, Glycyrrhiza glabra and Phillanthus emblica, along with a few other listed plants.

Ayurvedic composition for the prevention and treatment of AIDS, flu, tuberculosis, hepatitis and other diseases associated with immunodeficiency, contains up to at least one plant from Tinospora cordifolia, Phillanthus nirurii, Phillanthus emblica, along with some other vegetable ingredients.

In U.S. patent No. 5683698 described SOS is AV partial pain relief for arthritis, containing Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera, along with some other ingredients.

In U.S. patent No. 6153198 described alcoholic extract of Withania somnifera improves cognitive abilities.

In U.S. patent No. 5494668 described composition for the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, containing extracts of Aswagandha - Withania somnifera, along with some other herbal extracts.

On the website http://www.holistichealthplus.com/HT/hepatitis.htm listed medicinal plants with strongly pronounced hepatoprotective properties and is used to detoxify the liver, stimulate the formation of bile and its outflow, and also to nourish and restore the liver tissue.

Brief description of the invention

The main purpose of the invention is to provide a soft drink based on medicinal plants with immunoliposomes, antioxidant, hepatoprotective, relieves fatigue and stress action.

Another aim of the invention is the fact that specified health beverage based on medicinal plants immediately after its use gives strength and relieves stress in the fighting.

Another objective of the present invention is the preparation of a medicinal drink of medicinal plants using some sh is widely prevalent in India medicinal plants.

The next aim of the invention is that the health beverage based on medicinal plants has all the advantages of soft drink and has none of their disadvantages.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a soft drink based on medicinal plants with the addition of unrefined palm sugar, which has pronounced antioxidant, immunomodulatory, hepatoprotective and diuretic properties.

The invention provides a new soft drink based on medicinal plants containing broth (decoct) medicinal plants selected from Sida sps., Vitis vinifera, Withania somnifera, Boerhaavia diffusa and Tinospora cordifolia, to protect and maintain the health and possessing, in particular (but not only following the action), antioxidant, immunoliposomes, hepatoprotective, tonic activity of the heart, diuretic, stimulates digestion, relieves irritability and nervous tension effect.

Detailed description of the invention

The present invention provides a soft drink based on medicinal plants containing concentrated herbal extract obtained from a mixture of medicinal plants selected from Sida sps; Boerhaavia diffusa, Vitis vinifera, Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera, along with the crude palm trees is the first sugar, agent causing fermentation, and carbonated water.

(a) receiving parts of the plant Phyllanthus sps., Glycyrrhiza glabra, Boerhaavia diffusa, Vitis vinifera, Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera;

(b) crushing of parts of plants and mixing them to obtain a powder mixture;

(C) adding water to the powder mixture from step (b) to obtain an aqueous extract;

(g) concentrating the aqueous extract from step (b);

(d) filtering the concentrated extract from step (g);

(e) mixing the crude palm sugar to the filtered extract from step (d);

(g) adding strain Sacromyces and agent that causes fermentation, to the mixture from step (e);

(C) fermenting the mixture from step (g) during the period of time from 3 to 6 days;

(I) filtering the fermented mixture from step (C);

(j) concentrating the fermented filtrate from step (I) to obtain a basic solution and

In another embodiment of the present invention, both the paid non-alcoholic drink based on medicinal plants, which also includes Phyllanthus sps., Glycyrrhiza glabra to give hepatoprotective activity.

In yet another embodiment, the present invention provides a soft drink based on medicinal plants, which includes Glycyrrhiza glabra to improve the activity of the gastrointestinal tract under conditions of stress.

In yet another embodiment, the present invention provides a soft drink based on medicinal plants, which includes Cinnamomum sps. to enhance the flavor.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention used plants possess antioxidant property.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention used plants possess hepatoprotective property.

In one embodiment of the present invention used plants have neuroleptic (sedative) effects.

In another embodiment of the present invention used plants do not possess cardiovascular toxicity.

Conclusions

The preparation of medicinal plants showed mimicries SOD activity in vitro and the ability to suppress radicals that can see the absence of changes in the level of MDA in the presence of this drug. Found that this drug in vitro also had antioxidant potential.
