SUBSTANCE: hair transplantation method implies stretching of substrate made of elastic material, taking of middle part of hair piece by needles imposed to make reciprocal movement to form curve of the said middle part. The curve is left on one side of the substrate and than affixed to this side using the first binding layer. A couple of long sections of hair from the opposite curve ends are passed through the holes formed in the result of needling when they were elevated, to the other side of the substrate. After transplantation of given amount of hair sections, stretching of the substrate is stopped or released to ensure substrate shrinkage due to its elasticity and thus, reduction of holes' diameter. Then the second binding layer is applied on the entire first side of the substrate to affix it to skin integument of human body. There is a device to implement the said method and a product with transplanted hair.

The use of the invention

The present invention relates, in General, to the manufacture of wigs, and more specifically to a method of hair transplantation and device for its implementation. The present invention relates also to the resulting product, or product containing a thin substrate, in which transplanted and fixed a number of strands of hair, and the product may be disposable. This product can be considered as a wig, a hairpiece, a piece of artificial hair, etc. But the product according to the present invention can be worn on any part of the skin of the human body, including head, hand, leg, etc. the Term "wig" in this description of the invention sometimes covers any product that contains a number of strands of hair, transplanted and attached to socks or sticking to any part skin of the body.

We made another attempt, which used a very thin substrate with a thickness equivalent to the thickness of human skin. However, it was often possible to detect that a thin substrate between two adjacent holes formed in the perforation by a pair of needles, could be easily broken with the formation of a continuous hole that made the hair transplantation.

It was because of the thin substrate required excessively stretched during the transplant process in the OS, resulting in a thin substrate could be broken through the "root" folded in half artificial hair when it is pulling in the direction from the substrate.

Another problem was that due to the uneven thickness of the layer of the binder folds in the substrate at the attachment of the wig to the skin surface of a human body, therefore it was easy to notice that the man wears a wig.

The device according to claim 1, in which the aforementioned second feed mechanism includes means for feeding a continuous endless material of the hair parallel to the above-mentioned substrate, and a cutter for cutting the aforementioned continuous endless material of the hair when applying it in a pre-specified amount, thereby obtaining the aforementioned cut hair pre-specified length.

4. The device according to claim 1, in which the aforementioned second feed mechanism includes a trap hair, comprising a pair of opposing inverted bases up triangular framework, through which pass the mentioned segment of hair essentially in the horizontal direction, and the frame is located at a distance from one another to allow the introduction of the mentioned hooks on the ends of the needles.

5. The device according to claim 4 in which the said trap is made to rotate and swing about a vertical axis in coordination with the reciprocating movement of the above-mentioned needles.

6. The device according to claim 1 in which the said mechanism of bending of the hair contains a heater made with the possibility of actions between the cut hair is referred to the first side of the said substrate, moreover, the above-mentioned heater is introduced into contact with the said middle part referred to cut hair when referred to a section of hair, captured mentioned hooks on the ends of the above-mentioned needles, move down, and referred to the middle part of the mentioned segment of the hair is heated to its partial melting or softening for the formation of the above-mentioned bending of a given shape, remaining unchanged after curing.

7. The device according to claim 1, in which using the above-mentioned mechanism, the application of second binder is applied to the mentioned second binder by transfer binder.

The device according to claim 1, additionally containing an element for lifting the substrate, which operate in concert with those needles for lifting the said substrate supported in the stretched condition by using the above-mentioned mechanism, the stretching of the substrate to maintain the above-mentioned holes in unlocked condition, to ensure, therefore, the possibility of smooth entry and passage mentioned hooks on the ends of the needles through the said openings with the return movement of the mentioned hooks on the ends of the needles mentioned in their original position after the capture of the mentioned cut hair.

9. 10. The method of hair transplantation, comprising the following steps:

the stretching of the substrate from an elastic material;

return mentioned needles in their original position under the second side of the said substrate, during which the middle part cut hair seize the said hooks at the ends of the needles;

the formation of layers of the first binder of the first binder in the form of points on said first mentioned side of the substrate around preserving the shape of the curves for attaching retaining the shape of the curves referred to the first mentioned side of the substrate;

repeat the above step movement of the needles, the above-mentioned step of returning the needles, the above-mentioned conversion step and said step of attaching curve up until n is transplanted pre-determined quantity of the mentioned sections of the hair and attached to the said substrate so to mentioned a form-retaining mentioned curve at the middle part of the mentioned cut hair remained on said first mentioned side of the substrate between the holes, where the pair of elongated sections of hair extending from opposite ends of the mentioned retaining the shape of the curve that passes through the aforementioned holes referred to the second side of the said substrate;

the termination or relaxation of tension mentioned substrate for shrinkage mentioned substrate, due to its elasticity and reduce the diameter of the above-mentioned holes;

applying a second binder for forming the layer of the second binder, which completely cover the first mentioned side of the said substrate to attach the hairpiece to the skin surface of a human body.

11. The method according to claim 10, in which the said step of moving the needle includes a lifting process of the above-mentioned needles of them referred to the original position under the mentioned second party mentioned substrate and the above mentioned step back needle includes the process of moving the above-mentioned needles down from their upper dead points mentioned in their original position.

12. The method according to claim 10, in which the said step of moving the needle includes the process of moving the above-mentioned needle down from the mentioned initial position, finding what I mentioned above the second side of the said substrate, as mentioned, the phase of the return of the needles includes the lifting process mentioned needles from their extreme lower dead points mentioned in their original position.

15. Product with transplanted hair, containing:

a thin substrate made of an elastic material;

pre-specified number of strands of hair transplanted in the above-mentioned substrate in such a way that from the middle part of each of the mentioned cut hair form a form-retaining bend left and lying on the wrong one hundred and the one mentioned substrate between a pair of holes, where a pair of elongated sections of hair departs from opposite ends of the above-mentioned bend and passes through the said holes so that they were cut off from the outer surface of the said substrate;

layers of the first binder in the form of points, each of which covers the above mentioned bending segment of the hair and attached to mentioned the wrong side of the said substrate;

the second layer of binder, which is completely covered with mentioned the wrong side of the aforementioned substrate, including the aforementioned layers of the first binder, to provide a flat surface to be attached to a skin surface of a human body.

16. Product with transplanted hair indicated in paragraph 15, in which said substrate includes a flat sheet.

17. Product with transplanted hair indicated in paragraph 15, in which said substrate is colorless and transparent.

18. Product with transplanted hair indicated in paragraph 15, in which the main component of the binder used for the formation of the aforementioned layer of the first binder is preferably identical to the substrate material.

19. Product with transplanted hair indicated in paragraph 15, in which said substrate is made of a material based on urethane, and the aforementioned binder, forming the said layer of the first binder, sod is RIT binder-based urethane.

20. Product with transplanted hair indicated in paragraph 15, in which the main component mentioned binder used for the formation of the aforementioned layer of the second binder is different from the binder used for the formation of the layer of the first binder.

SUBSTANCE: hair transplantation method implies stretching of substrate made of elastic material, taking of middle part of hair piece by needles imposed to make reciprocal movement to form curve of the said middle part. The curve is left on one side of the substrate and than affixed to this side using the first binding layer. SUBSTANCE: method of work piece production from natural hair to be used in wig items includes operations associated with mixing of different colour hair, treatment, ripping at card and sorting out by length. Hair of different length is mixed simultaneously with hair of different colour forming hair bundle of no more than 160 g weight. For disinfection purposes hair bundle is treated simultaneously with rippling at card by means of kerosene and hair oil mixture. Rippled hair is taken into bundle allocating short hair into centre and leaving long hair from the outside. Bundle is tied up in the middle part, and by means of at least one card it is pulled out to produce one-side balanced tail. Then tail is laid and small tails with no more than 55 g weight and length difference of no more than 5 cm are produced by contracting.
