FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to construction engineering and can be used for binding of reinforcement cages of concrete products. Reinforcement hook contains shaft on one end of which handle is installed which can be rotated, and the second end of the shaft is tapered and bended as hook. Lever is hinged on the handle. The lever is capable to change position relative to handle. Two more levers are installed on shaft of reinforcement hook which levers can travel along hook and relative to each other and they are interconnected by elastic element. As a result due to simple fastening elements using, binding with wire pieces without loop is provided and production is cheapened.

The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for tying rebar reinforced concrete frames products.

There is a method of tying rebar pieces of wire with a slightly blunt cutters. The piece of wire is slid around the overlapping rods, tails crossed, grab the pliers and fold in the harness. However, quickly rotate the pliers, not releasing the wire tails quite difficult.

The described method of tying rebar wire twisting with rebar hook: folded in half and rolled to a turn and a half pass under the wire overlapping rebar, take it hook over the loop, bring the tail through the hook and turn the handle, fold in the harness [1].

Known rebar hook consists of a metal rod, one end is pointed, cone-shaped and bent a hook to catch the loop and the other end is bent, so that the auger, which can be rotated with one hand and arm, rotating on the last shoulder rotation. Rebar hook is taken as a prototype of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of this hook is that it can be used only for mating fastening elements, with the end of the ear or loop. The task of the invention is the equipment and the known hook clip, which will allow a mating pieces of wire without loops.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the cost of production through the use of simple fasteners. The technical result is ensured by the fact that the handle is attached to the lever with position change in relation to it, and on the shaft are two lever can move along and relative to each other and interconnected by the elastic element.

We offer rebar hook consists of a shaft 1, one end is pointed and bent in the form of a hook, and the second set arm 2, the rotating relative to the shaft, 1, 2. Shaft mounted two levers 3, 4 can move along the shaft and relative to each other. The levers 3, 4 are attached to the elastic member such as the spring 5 and the shaft 1 and the lever 4 - spring 6. On the shaft between the handle 2 and the lever 4 is installed washer 7 to rotate and move along the shaft. On the handle pivoted lever 8 can be moved relative to the handle.

The device runs the trail the way. The lever 8 is pressed against the arm 2, and the lever pushes the washer 7, which in turn pushes the lever 4. The lever 3 moves together with the lever 4 and its end jams first wire tail 9. Then the lever 8 is pressed stronger, the lever 4 is shifted and his butt jams of the second wire tail 10. The shaft 1 turn several times and thus weave two wire tail in tow. Then the lever 8 is released and the springs 5, 6 return the device to its original position.
