The invention relates to the printing industry, in particular to aqueous dye compositions used for inkjet printing on paper, including personal inkjet printers.

The simplest ink for inkjet printing can be obtained by dissolving the dye in distilled water, but the paint has some significant drawbacks, such as slow drying of the ink on the paper and clogging of nozzles of the printhead from drying paint on them.

Known paint composition for inkjet printing, described in the author's certificate of the USSR No. 1825807 Ink for inkjet printing" class 09D 11/16 declared 08.01.1991, published 07.07.1993,

This paint consists of a water-soluble dye, water, amerosport and an organic solvent, which is taken datetoday alcohol.

This paint contains hazardous components and rare, such as datetoday alcohol, so the paint is environmentally unfriendly and inaccessible.

Closest to the claimed composition is an ink for inkjet printing, the composition of which is given in the patent of Russian Federation №2190001 "Composition for printing inks for inkjet printers" class 09D 11/02 declared 13.04.1999, and published 27.09.2002,

Known paint for jets the second printing contains a water-soluble dye, as a dye aniline black, distilled water, glycerin, heteropolyanions as an agent that improves the light fastness of printing, and at least two surfactants selected from the group comprising alkyl sulphates, OP - 20 and Stearic - 40, taken in equal quantities, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Dye aniline black2-16
Glycerin26-34
Heteropolyanions0,05-1
Two of these surfactants, taken in equal quantities2-4
Distilled waterrest

This paint gives only black print color and is not suitable for color printing, as it is composed of only black ink. In addition, it contains quite expensive and scarce components in the form of heteropolyanions and surfactants, which are also not sufficiently environmentally friendly. The absence in the known paint components, allowing it to adjust the acidity that leads to destruction under the influence of paint in contacting elements of the printing device. Use this Krastev expensive imported printers undesirable. A fairly high content of glycerol in the composition of the dye leads to slower drying it on the paper.

The task of the invention is to improve the efficiency and availability of ecological purity inks for inkjet printing, expanding the scope of its application, the improvement of print quality and increase the service life of the printing device.

The technical result that allows to solve the problem, is the use of a paint composition for inkjet printing of clean, affordable and cheap components that provide full color printing with fast drying ink on paper, ensuring compatibility with all printing devices and the elimination of failure in contact with paint parts of printing machines.

This task is achieved by the fact that the ink for ink-jet printing containing the water-soluble dye, glycerin, surfactant, preservative and distilled water, ACCORDING to the INVENTION it is additionally introduced ammonia and isopropyl alcohol as a water-soluble dye it contains a synthetic food dye, as surfactant - dodecylsulfonate sodium and preservative - sorbic acid in the following ratio, wt.%:

The synthetic food dye3,5-7
Glycerin16-25
Ammonia0,5-1
Isopropyl alcohol10
Dodecylsulfonate sodium0,5-1
Sorbic acid0,5-1
Distilled waterrest

Introduction to paint ammonia in the specified proportions allows you to adjust the acidity of the ink and thereby increase the resource of the printing device, the introduction in its composition of isopropyl alcohol and the reduction of the amount of glycerin in the specified proportions gives an opportunity to optimize the speed of paint drying on paper, without causing acceleration of drying it on fileref printing device.

Use as water-soluble food dye synthetic dyes allows to achieve full-color printing, the use of sorbic acid improves the fastness, dodecylsulfonate sodium improves the Miscibility of the components of the paint and prevents the clogging of channels of the printing device, thereby improving the print quality, eliminating the need for frequent cleansing of the printing device and high paint consumption, increasing the lifetime of icatalogobject.

All used in the inventive paint components are cheap, affordable and clean and their composition in the specified proportions may be used in any used printers.

The inventive ink for inkjet printing has novelty in comparison with the prototype, differing from it in that it additionally introduced ammonia and isopropyl alcohol as a water-soluble dye it contains a synthetic food dye, as surfactant - dodecylsulfonate sodium and preservative - sorbic acid in the following ratio, wt.%:

The synthetic food dye3,5-7
Glycerin16-25
Ammonia0,5-1
Isopropyl alcohol10
Dodecylsulfonate sodium0,5-1
Sorbic acid0,5-1
Distilled waterrest

The applicant is not known ink for inkjet printing, having the above-mentioned distinguishing the essential features that allow explicitly to achieve the same technical result, it is not clear what C studied the prior art, therefore, the applicant believes that the claimed invention meets the criterion of "inventive step".

The inventive ink for inkjet printing can be widely used in the printing industry, in particular in the quality of the ink used for inkjet printing on paper, including personal inkjet printers, so the claimed invention meet the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The invention is as follows.

When getting ink for ink-jet printing use the following components:

- sorbic acid E 200 - ISO 9001:2000, THE 2463-004-47929464-98;

- distilled water - GOST 6709-72.

In the vessel placed in a water bath, heat the water to a temperature of 90°With stirring, injected dye to dissolve. The rest of the components are thoroughly mixed in a separate container and poured into pre-cooled to 60°With the dye solution, after which the resulting mixture was filtered way reverse the th osmosis.

For experimental verification of the claimed paints were made three of its composition, data on experimental test are given in the table. The ingredients of these compositions are taken at the minimum and maximum limits, as well as in the middle of the interval.

Comparative review of the properties of the proposed paint and original inks for inkjet printers Canon was made using printer Canon PIXMA 1000, the resource of which is 4000 sheets at 5% coverage. The dye is prepared according to the prototype, is not compatible with these printers, it is in the printer has not been filled in order to avoid its failure. The results are shown in the attached table.

The shelf life of the paint on the prototype more as a colored dye in its properties may not have the same long shelf life, like black.

We offer ink for inkjet printing in comparison with the prototype is more economical and affordable, environmentally friendly, compatible with any and all applicable printing devices, its use leads to improved quality full color printing products, as well as to increase the service life of the printing device.

In addition, the use of the inventive paint allows you to achieve purity of tone, balance of colors full color printing is th product and increase the warranty period of storage of the paint due to mitigation requirements storage conditions compared to the same original imported paints.
