In the radial direction the supporting element is directed by the inner wall of the female cone against the tapered journal.

The technical field

The present invention relates to a kitchen appliance for processing food with a bowl, which laid the processed product, a tool that is in the bowl or installed therein, and the bearing unit, which is based on rotating in the Cup tool.

The level of technology

Many kitchen appliances for grinding or mixing products used tools, rotating in their respective bowls. Tools, such as knives or Suwannee disks, often rotate in bearing assemblies on the bottom of the bowl.

These kitchen appliances are the so-called choppers (choppers), through which the coarser components of foods can be reduced and, in appropriate cases, be processed into puree. Choppers can also be used for mixing liquid, and more specifically, pasty products, for whipping cream, etc.

The typical design of the chopper consists of a bowl-shaped vessel and rotating at high speed functional site (working tool), which is usually installed in the bottom of the bowl. Drive this functional site, or tool, may be located above or below the bowl. The Cup is normally closed by a cover to protect from splashing out.

Disclosure of inventions

The task of the invention is to provide a kitchen appliance, in which the tool is installed in the bowl with minimal cost.

According to the invention this problem is solved kitchen appliance for processing food with a bowl, which laid the processed product, a tool that is in the bowl or installed therein, and bearing the node, which is based on rotating in the Cup tool, and bearing unit consists of a conical pin and the support element with the essentially conical recess in the center of which is held in the axial direction of the protrusion, so that the supporting element is point based on a tapered pin in the axial direction, and the inner wall of the conical recess shall conical trunnion its movement in the radial direction.

The advantage of this solution is that the bearing unit does not require any additional parts, so you get the most cheap design. In addition, thanks to the simple design of the bearing unit kitchen appliance easy to clean.

In a preferred structural embodiment of the proposed invention the kitchen appliance ledge has a hemispherical shape. This ensures the bearing point of the tool in the bowl with the corresponding small resistance to rotation. A similar effect can be achieved if the protrusion is conical and bearing carried by the end of the cone.

Disclosure of inventions

Described below structural variants are examples of the preferred implementation of the invention.

The movement of the tool on the axle 10 in the radial direction is directed recess 51. In this case, due to the presence of the gap around the circumference between the inner wall of the recess 51 and the outer wall of the axle 10 and provided some backlash in the radial direction.
