FIELD: technological processes; engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: two eccentric shafts are mounted on press frame on both sides in respect of slab course and parallel to it. The shafts are connected to a drive and linked by connecting rod to two slides positioned in frame guides. Two tables with strikers are mounted on slides by four screws of press height adjustment mechanism. Adjustment mechanism features closed height adjustment drive with transmission shaft. The screws are connected in pairs by cogwheels fixed at them. Helical curves of adjoining screws have different direction. Two opposite screws of opposite slides are connected by moving spline joint to the transmission shaft of closed height adjustment drive.

EFFECT: increased precision of process.

The invention relates to a press-forging equipment, in particular, to the design of mechanical presses for pulling slabs.

Known horizontal dvukolonny mechanical press, containing the actuator, a frame, guides on which is installed with the possibility of simultaneous opposite movement of the two forks. The actuator slide is a single motor, which is connected with the slide through the crank shafts mounted in the frame parallel to the direction of feed of the slab, and the connecting rods. Plate with strikers associated with floaters chassis screws serving to adjust the position relative to the front dead point of the slide. Drive screws are motors, from which the screw is transmitted torque through the gears and gear shafts [1].

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the low accuracy of the installation of a closed height due to the individual drive for each adjustment mechanism.

The invention is directed to increasing the accuracy of the press at the height of the settling of the slab.

This is achieved by the fact that the press contains installed on the frame on both sides relative to the direction of feed of the slab and two parallel connected to the eccentric drive shaft, connected through a connecting rod with two sliders located in the guide frame, two plates with the battle of the AMI, mounted on the slide by means of four screws and adjusting mechanism of a shut height of a press equipped with adjustment motor closed height, having a transmission shaft, these screws are located in the sliders with the possibility of rotation relative to them, the screws are pairwise connected through fixed on them gears, connecting screws are designed with different direction of the helix, and the two screws at opposite floaters opposite each other, are connected through rolling spline connection with the transmission shaft of the adjustment motor closed height, mounted on the frame.

The press contains located on the frame 1 actuator (not shown)associated with the established in the frame parallel to the direction of feed of the slab Cam shafts 2, each of which is established by means of rods 3 with the possibility of relative rotation located in the guide frame sliders 4. On the slide plate installed with strikers 5 by means of screws 6 adjustment mechanism closed height. The screws are installed in the slide with the possibility of relative rotation and pairwise interconnected gear wheels 7, thus connecting screws are designed with different direction of the helix. Two in the NTA, located in the opposite floaters opposite each other are coaxially movable splined connection with the transmission shaft 8 mounted on the frame of the actuator 9.

Simultaneous counter rotation shaft 2 is transmitted by the connecting rods 3 sliders 4 and the plates with 5 strikers that are progressively moved towards each other along the base guides, as well as by a splined connection relative to the transmission shaft 8 and rebuff the slab. The degree of feed is regulated by the screws 5 adjustment mechanism closed height, the rotation of which is transmitted from the actuator 9 of the transmission shaft 8 and the further toothed wheels 7.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of machining by pressure and may be used in presses for pressing powder-shaped masses, in particular, the metal powder-shaped masses. The press contains at least one connecting rod, a crankshaft and a connected with it and capable to rotate gear with an eccentric crankshaft drive for driving the unit of the upper plunger. The gear is set in rotation at least by one engine using at least one worm gearing. The press is equipped with electronic control, which is supplied with a function of a reversing mode of operation of the crankshaft. At the press operation a run of the unit of the upper plunger is reversed shortly before reaching of the upper and-or the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive. The second alternative of operation of the press offers to regulate a run of the unit of the upper plunger so, that the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive is passing a short way. In result the invention ensures an increase of accuracy of produced pressed items and an over-all performance, and also an increase of the performance index of efficiency of the press operation and expansion of its operational capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to machine building and can be used in making double action two-crank press, designed for stretching parent sheet items. The press has inner and outer sliding bars with hinged-lever actuators. The actuators have axes with gear wheels fixed onto a framework, on which cam gears are mounted. The cam gears freely overlap double arm levers. The arms of the indicated levers are hinged through a connecting rod to the inner slide bar and one of the second double arm levers. The second double arm levers are fixed on the end of shafts, fixed in the framework. The other arm the second double arm levers is hinged to the cam gears. Levers are rigidly fixed at the other end of the shafts. The indicated levers are hinged through connecting rods to the outer slide bar so as to provide for application of the indicated connecting rods on the levers with a dead centre position of the latter. As a result the press is more reliable and energy consumption is lowered with simplification of the structure at the same time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metalforming equipment, particularly to the mechanical press. The press contains the drive shaft with an eccentric and the ring gear assembled inside the body legs, the connecting rod conjugate with the drawing slider, and the hold-down slider. Inside the slider's big head, the eccentric boss is installed, which has the dentated rim and shoulders. The number of teeth of the ring gear of the drive shaft is twice as less than the number of teeth of the dentated rim of the said boss. The two-shouldered levers are installed at the body. The corresponding side sliding bar is attached to the each lever shoulder, via clevis. The side sliding bars are pivotally connected with the side connecting rod. Each of these connecting rods is pivotally connected with another shoulder of the two-shouldered lever. In the lower position of the hold-down slider, the clevises are placed perpendicularly to the sliding bar's movement. The eccentric consists of two parts. The eccentric boss is installed inside the big head of the connecting rod, which is conjugated with the drawing slider and clasps the part of the eccentric. The boss shoulders correspond to the eccentric parts and installed inside the big heads of the side connecting rod.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the design of the hot forging crank presses. The crank press contains: the stand made in the form of the lower and upper cross bars and two poles, in which guides there is the mounted slider connected by the connecting rod with the eccentric shaft and the press control and drive system. The press is supplied with the stop blocks mounted upright in the lower cross bar of the press. The stop blocks lower faces rest through their adjustment mechanism upon the plungers of the hydraulic cylinders.
