SUBSTANCE: susceptibility of pathogenic organism to antiprotozoan drugs is determined. At the preliminary stage sporobacterin, sulodexide, methadoxil, and vobenzyme are injected; the prostate is affected by ultrasound exposure. After that at the etiotropic treatment stage, the blood is taken and separated in plasma, erythrocyte suspension, and leukocyte suspension fractions by sequential centrifuging at 800 rpm and 1800 rpm speed and temperature +4°C. The plasma is eliminated and replaced by crystalloid solution. The erythrocyte suspension is injected intravenously to the patient.
