FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of construction. Device for reception and application of concrete mixture on surface of bases contains mobile facility with platform, arm with receiving section that is connected with concrete-delivery pipeline that passes through hollow support installed on platform, end section of concrete-delivery pipeline and turning mechanism. Besides, device is equipped with additional arm, which is installed under platform coaxially with arm of receiving section and connected with end section of concrete-delivery pipeline with the possibility of provision of its alternating turn to both sides from arm axis by at least 120 degrees by means of mechanism, which is made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders and star. Arm with receiving section of concrete-delivery pipeline is equipped with mechanism of circular turn that is arranged in the form of geared couple with drive from hydraulic motor that is fixed in platform. At that arm of receiving section of concrete-delivery pipeline is made as three-hinged, and arm of end section - as two-hinged.

EFFECT: increase of concrete application surface area and provision of safety of works performance.

The invention relates to construction machinery, namely to mobile devices for receiving and applying concrete over the surface of the bases of structures, roadways, waterworks and other structures and is intended for use freshly prepared mixture from stationary concrete pumps and truck-mounted concrete pumps.

A device for transporting concrete mixture from the description to ed. mon. No. 1497366, IPC 04G 21/04, publ. 30.07.1989, BI No. 28 containing the arrow, with the hinge-connected parts, receiving and end sections of betnovate and turning mechanism, made in the form of a rotary disk provided with a locking finger, the latch and rods, enabling rotation of the end sections, increase the supply of concrete and additional rigidity to the end (outlet) of this section betnovate.

However, the known device requires interrupting the cycle of works for its permutations, and the range and size of concrete application through the device is limited by the size of the hinged folding boom and its rotary disc. Applying concrete over a large area under buildings, roads and other surfaces with the use of such devices is inefficient.

It is also known a device for the distribution of concrete mixes from the description to ed. mon. No. 1057662 (prototype), IPC 04G 21/04, publ. 30.11.1983, BI No. 44, the holding movable means, platform (frame), the shaft receiving section connected with betonovoda passing through the hollow support, placed on the platform, the end section of betnovate and turning mechanism. The design of the rotation mechanism to rotate the tail section and the reception section of betnovate.

The main drawback of the device is that the control shaft is carried out manually and the area of the surface for application of a concrete mix is limited to a radius equal to the sum of the lengths of the concrete heap and end. This is often insufficient and you have manually or with the use of assistive devices to transfer the concrete to another site, because the device does not have a drive for self-movement, interrupting the supply of the concrete mix, resulting in a loss of quality concrete, delamination and the formation of pockets in the concrete.

All these drawbacks reduce the performance and security of operations.

The objective of the invention is the mechanization of work and the process of applying concrete mixture, increasing the surface area of concrete application without interrupting the cycle of submission, ensuring the safety of work. All of the above contributes to improvement of the quality of deposited concrete due to the uniform mode of solidification.

The problem is solved due to t the th, what device containing a mobile agent platform, the shaft receiving section connected with betonovoda passing through the hollow support, placed on the platform, the end section of betnovate and turning mechanism, is provided with an additional arrow, placed under the platform and installed coaxially with the bolt receiving section and connected to the end section of betnovate with the possibility of alternating turning it in both directions from the axis arrows not less than 120 degrees, through the mechanism made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders and a sprocket mounted on the end section of betnovate and around the chain, the ends of which are connected with the cylinders mounted on additional arrow, and the mechanism of circular rotation of the boom with the receiving section around the hollow supports are made in the form of a gear - pinion pair driven by a hydraulic motor mounted on the platform, and the bolt receiving section of betnovate made trigeminal, and the boom end section is double-hinged.

Device for receiving and applying concrete to the surface of the bases includes a mobile vehicle, such as truck 1 with the actuator, the platform 2 is connected to the trolley 1. Truck 1 has wheels to move around the track as one of the options.

On the trolley platform 1 fixed frame 3, which is placed through the hollow bearing 4 for the passage through it of the receiving section 5 of betnovate receiving concrete from a concrete pump. The concrete pump can be located at a specified distance from the object to be concrete, but may be in the immediate vicinity.

Reception section 5 of betnovate mounted on the bolt 6 with the possibility of circular rotation (360 degrees) in conjunction with the arrow 6 around the axis of the hollow bearing 4.

The mechanism of rotation of the boom 6 together with the selection section 5 of betnovate made in the form of a gear pair 7-8, driven by one or two hydraulic motors 9 (figure 2).

The device has an additional arrow 10, is placed under the platform 2 and fixed terminal section 11 of betnovate. Additional bolt 10 is installed parallel to the boom 6 and coaxially with it, i.e. installed on the same vertical axis. End section 11 of betnovate provided by oronym mechanism, providing alternate rotation (swinging effect) end of section 11 in both directions from the axis of the boom 6 to 120 degrees by the rotary mechanism, which is made in the form of a sprocket 12, surrounded by a chain 13. The ends of the chain 13 is connected to the hydraulic cylinders 14. The sprocket 12 and the hydraulic cylinders 14 are fixed on brackets connected to the boom 6.

In order to avoid tipping over from the weight of betnovate, filled with a concrete mix, the end section 11 and the receiving section 5 have stretch marks, is rigidly fixed to the shafts 10 and 6.

Arrow 6 of the receiving section 5 of betnovate made trigeminal (figure 4), and the arrow 10, the end section 11 of betnovate - double-hinged, which allows to provide the required range of concrete application when moving the cart 1.

The device operates as follows.

On the track mounted trolley with 1 drive, which is mounted on the platform 2. On the platform 2 at the top and bottom are mounted the shafts 6 and 10, on which is mounted can be rotated accordingly 360 degrees - reception section 5 of betnovate and 120 degrees in both directions from the axis of the end section 11 with the rotation mechanism. Betonbet passed through the hollow bearing 4.

The concrete mix is fed from the pumps into the network, the length of which can be increased to the admissions section 5, then bent the knee and the vertical part b is tonewood to the end sections 11 and forth on the concrete pad Foundation structures. The vertical part of betnovate passes through the hollow support, are placed coaxially arrows 6 and 10, and the frame 4.

Platform 2 and the end section 11 of betnovate are controlled by hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors by the operator on the platform 2.

The operator, driving trigeminal boom 6 and the double-hinged shaft 10 mounted on it, the end section 11, shall submit the concrete mix from the public network to the end sections 11 and swinging movements of the boom 10 to the right and to the left causes the concrete mixture on the surface of the structure. Swinging movement of the boom 10 is provided with control by hydraulic cylinders 14, namely alternating flow of oil in the rod end of the cylinder 14. The chain 13, the envelope of the drive sprocket 12, and turns it to rotate the terminal section 11 of betnovate, from which during movement in one and the other side is applied to the concrete mixture on the surface.

With this cart with 1 drive and betonovoda has the ability to move as it allows the total length of betnovate (figure 3).

Then with the remote control using the hydraulic motors 9 and the gear pair 7-8 of the end section of betnovate deploy 180 degrees, truck 1 platform 2 moves on the track to a new place as much as she will allow the hinge bolt 6 and the mechanism of its rotation, and begins betonirka is their new site, which is the continuation of previously concreted area with some overlap along the line of junction of these sections.

Ready concreted area will be formed of a length of moving to the width of the platform and twice the area obtained from the area of coverage of additional bolt 10 with the terminal section 11 of betnovate.

The invention allows to increase the area of coverage we plot almost without interruption of the supply of concrete, increases the productivity and quality of coating the surface of the concrete mixture, increases the safety of operations.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a control unit and an angle measurement unit with the former calculating the lifting arm position coordinates based on the angle measurement data to have been collected and exercising control over varied drive mechanisms accordingly. The device is additionally equipped with a remote control unit that broadcasts wireless remote control commands to support control over translocations. The directional control command consists of X-axis component, Y-axis component and Z-axis component referenced to a rectangular coordinate system with the rectangular coordinate system plotted within a space where its X, Y and Z axes correspond to each of the axial components of the directional control command of the remote control unit. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transportation of thick masses by means of pipelines. Injection pipeline for transportation of thick masses, in particular liquid concrete for construction of a structure, is equipped with several pipes detachably split with each other in points of butt joints, serially arranged in longitudinal direction of pipeline. At the same time at least one of pipes is fixed in immovable support. Besides at least one subsequent pipe is pulled with the possibility of displacement along axis via guide element rigidly mounted on the structure. At the same time guide element forms floating support for basing of the according pipe. Device for fixation of injection pipeline for thick masses on the structure comprises at least one guide element fixed on the panel of floor slab or on the structure wall for alignment of one of the pipes, which is installed movably in direction of axis in guide element. At the same time guide element forms floating support for basing of the according pipe.

Proposed device comprises control board arranged on the machine or made self-contained, transducers of spatial position of boom and/or its sections, and/or machine rotary platform. It comprises also electronic control unit to receive and process signals from transducers and control board, set up and memorise system of coordinates and generate signals for operator and/or those to control machine drives, and display. Display serves to show data coming from electronic unit and/or control board. Electronic control unit decomposes instructions from control board into control signals for boom and/or its sections, and/or machine rotary platform so that control element displacement along one main direction corresponds to boom travel along one axis of set coordinate system. In compliance with 1st version, display, electronic control unit and/or control board can display coordinate system on display furnished with sensor screen, while electronic control unit and display can set up coordinate system using signals generated by sensor screen by operator actions. Vibration treatment of the concrete mixture in the process gap between the equipment stand and the foundation is carried out on the entire way of its movement from the accumulating tray to the vibration shell by means of rods placed along the entire area of pouring, ends of which are fixed in a rigid vibration shell, located at the equipment side opposite to the accumulating tray.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of works due to less time spent to fill a process gap with a concrete mix, provision of even distribution of density of a concrete mixture along entire area, higher strength of poured concrete, no limitations in dimensions and configuration of equipment in plan.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: placer mast of a truck-mounted concrete pump is designed to supply concrete to the place of its laying when performing construction works carried out preferably at height. The mast comprises folding sections that are hingedly coupled and joined to each other by means of hydraulic cylinders. The root section of the mast is hingedly installed on the stand of the rotary device. The last section of the placer mast and the end of the concrete line are arranged as telescopic. The telescopic section of the mast is mounted on the main mast as capable of rotation by an angle of 360° and with the possibility of lifting and lowering in the vertical plane by means of a hydraulic cylinder. The extreme link of the telescopic section of the concrete line of a smaller diameter is connected with the main concrete line as capable of rotation. Extreme links of telescopic sections of the mast and the concrete line are fixed to each other, besides, the section of the smaller diameter is fixed to the section of the larger diameter. Extension of the links of the telescopic section of the placer with extended links of the concrete line is carried out with the help of the hydraulic cylinder installed in the cavity of the specified mast section.

EFFECT: expanded working zone and control of concrete supply to a place of laying without displacement of a truck-mounted concrete pump.
