Method of basement strengthening

FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building, in particular, to strengthening of the bases under the basements. The way of strengthening of the basement erected on waterlogged priming coats and near to the located constructions includes supply of early strength concrete in the metal tubing established in driven wells, drilled through a basic part of the basement and a ground. Pipes are made with the welded boots, in pipes lower explosive charges and fill with early strength concrete, then the explosive charges are detonated, remaining hollownesses of driven wells and pipes are filled with early strength concrete.

EFFECT: provision of reliable strengthening of the basements erected in waterlogged priming coats and near to located constructions; increase of load-carrying capacity.

The invention relates to the construction, in particular to strengthen the foundations under the foundations.

There is a method of compaction, including immersion in the soil injector, feed solution under pressure, the measurement and recording of pressure solution, the formation area of the compacted soil and the subsequent immersion of the injector with the formation of adjacent zones of compacted soil, with the seal of the dispersion of the soil produced by the injection of sealing and penetrating solution that destroys the structure of the soil in areas of attenuation with pre-compaction of the soil around the edge of the seal area [1].

The disadvantage of this method is that it is designed for sealing only dispersive soils with generally low permeability.

There is a method of strengthening the soil by complete replacement of the concrete mixture with drilled and ground-cement piles using casing [2].

The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility to use it to strengthen the foundations of buildings and structures subject to uneven settling.

There is a method of strengthening strip foundations, which provides for a broadening of the foundational footings and, if necessary, transplant them on bored piles through the device Osire the different cavities in pre-drilled in line with the Foundation wells [3].

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of its use in the production of works in cramped conditions, when there are buildings and structures.

There is a method of strengthening the foundations of nearby structures located closest to the technical essence of the present invention and taken as a prototype, in which the strengthening of the Foundation is carried out by injection of quick-setting cement mortar through the perforated pipe installed in a borehole drilled through part of the Foundation and the soil [4].

The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty of its use to strengthen the Foundation being built on water-saturated soils because of the inevitable leaching of cement.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate this drawback.

The technical problem solved by the invention, is that in the known method, including injection of quick-setting cement in the pipe installed in a borehole drilled through the base of the Foundation and the soil pipe perform brewed with shoes, they lowered the charges of the explosive and filled with quick-setting cement mortar, after which the explosive substances undermine.

Brewed shoes prevent the penetration of groundwater into the pipe and wymiany the cement, and the resulting explosion and associated with the Foundation broadened cavity allows expanding its sole or rely on layers of soil with high load capacity.

The contrast of the prototype is closing the lower ends of the pipes boots, no pipes perforated sections and the energy of the explosion of an explosive charge under a layer of cement mortar for the formation of extended cavities associated with the Foundation. The presence of distinctive features allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed method of strengthening the Foundation of the criterion of "novelty".

The proposed method is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a diagram of the installation of pipes with explosive substances and they fill up quick-setting cement mortar, as in figure 2 - scheme of education widened cavities after demolition explosive substances.

Method of strengthening the Foundation is as follows (figure 1). Through the base slab (1) the construction of drilled wells (2) to the desired depth. After drilling each hole is placed a metal pipe (3) with welded Shoe (4). In the pipe is lowered charges explosives (5) and filled with quick-setting cement mortar (6). Then the charges of explosives undermined, resulting in an image which is enlarged cavity (7), which immediately filled with cement mortar. The remaining cavity of the bore (8) and pipe (9) under pressure fill quick-setting cement mortar (see figure 2).

This method provides the underpinning constructed in water-saturated soils and near structures, by creating related reference concrete piles based on soil layers with high load capacity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to methods for repairing, strengthening and protection from environmental harmful impacts of in-service reinforced concrete foundations, stands and piles used for equipment of switching stations and for intermediate or angle-tension towers of power lines, or building structures of buildings. Method for strengthening and protection of old reinforced concrete foundations, piles and stands of electrical installations form environmental impact consists in that steel protective casing including two semicylinders is created around existing disrupted reinforced concrete structure for the rest lifetime. Semicylinders have designed protection length in overground and underground zones and wall thickness providing intended lifetime for reinforced concrete structure with regard to galvanic influence thereon of reinforcement in concrete. Semicylinders are sealed together by welding. Side inner cavity formed between protective casing and old reinforced concrete structure is filled with old structural concrete or other compound. In upper overground part, waterproof plug with atmospheric covering is installed, underground part of protective casing being used as natural earth lead for electric installation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily forming orifices in foundations; installing hollow cylindrical anchoring means in the orifices; securing each anchoring means inside foundation orifices; serially impressing anchoring means freely passing through cavities up to predetermined depth with the use of support structure including hydraulic jack and providing engagement of anchoring device section projecting over upper foundation surface; securing head member of each pile. The hollow cylindrical anchoring means is anchoring pipe having constant outer diameter along pipe length. Anchoring means are fixed inside foundation orifices by hole annuity cementing. Anchoring device section projecting over upper foundation surface is engaged by means of hinged clip shaped as cylinder split into two parts in vertical direction. The cylinder parts are connected with each other through bolts. Hinged clip is supported by ring fastened to upper plate of support structure through tension bars. Radially bent dies are inserted in depressions created from inner clip side and blind from ends thereof. The dies have corrugated or serrated concave surfaces mating that of anchoring pipe. Dies are secured to anchoring pipe by die pressing with bolts, which connect hinged clip parts. Composite pile components are serially impressed by hydraulic jack shaft installation on pile component top and by hydraulic jack cylinder supporting by lower surface of upper plate. After that head pile member is secured by cementing space between pile and inner anchoring pipe surface.
