SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production industry and can be used both for repair insulation work and for isolation of water inflows and absorption zone in injection and production wells. The polymer compound contains (% by weight): acetone-formaldehyde resin 60-93, amino-formaldehyde resin 1.86-30, alkaline hardener 0.4-2, water - residual, the acetone-formaldehyde resin/amino-formaldehyde resin ratio being 1:0.02÷0.5.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of isolation of the absorption zones and repair insulation work.

The proposal relates to the oil industry and can be used for repair and insulation works (RIRs), and carrying out the isolation of the water and absorption zones in the injection and production wells.

Known polymer cement composition comprising urea-formaldehyde resin and alumoxane (A.S. No. 1763638, EV 33/138, BI No. 35, 1992).

The disadvantages of the known polymer cement composition are: a narrow range of curing (up to 90 min), low mechanical properties and shrinkage of the resulting stone. Part of the urea-formaldehyde resin has a short shelf life (two months from the date of manufacture, GOST-88).

Known polymer cement composition comprising urea-formaldehyde resin, acetonitrile resin and alumoxane (Pat of the Russian Federation No. 2259469, EV 33/138, BI No. 24, 2005).

Known composition contains as a curing catalyst of alumoxane, which has corrosion activity. As practice shows, the use of polymer cement compositions with the alkaline catalyst is preferable.

Closest to the proposed composition is a polymer composition to isolate water production and absorption zones in the well containing acetonitrile resin, alkaline curing agent, urea, water (A.S. No. 1040121, EV 33/138, BI is the 33, 1983).

The disadvantages of the known composition are low strength formed in the polymer layer of stone and the impact of the size of preparing composition on the stability of its operating characteristics due to high ekzotermicheskie process of the curing composition. For small amounts of prepared polymer composition (up to 1 m3timetable for curing them longer and more volatile than for large volumes (>1 m3). In addition, in the preparation of the composition of the required heating acetonitriles resin to 50-60°that causes a number of difficulties in the preparation of the composition of the field.

The technical objective of the proposal is to increase the efficiency and quality of isolation zones absorption and repair and insulation works by eliminating the influence of the volume of preparing composition on the stability of its performance and improve the strength characteristics of polymer cement stone, as well as expanding Arsenal of tools used for repair and insulation works (RIRs), and carrying out the isolation of the water and absorption zones in the injection and production wells.

The task is solved by a known polymer composition comprising acetonitrile resin, an alkaline compound and water.

What's new is that the polymer composition of the Supplement is Ino contains urea-formaldehyde resin, in relation acetonitriles resin to urea-formaldehyde resin, respectively, 1:0,02÷0,5 at the following content, wt.%:

Analysis of patent and scientific literature has allowed to draw a conclusion about the absence of technical solutions that contain the essential features of the claimed composition, performing a similar task, therefore, we can conclude that the criterion of "inventive step".

Used oceanfarmasea resin brand ATF-75 is a homogeneous liquid from light to brown on THE other 2228-006-48090685-2002.

Urea-formaldehyde resin brand CFG is a homogeneous white suspension according to GOST 14231-88.

Alkaline curing agent is an aqueous solution of caustic soda or a mixture of caustic soda and soda ash.

The polymer composition is prepared as follows.

Prepare a mixture of acetonitriles and urea-formaldehyde resins. For this to acetonitriles resin type of carb is informalidad resin and stirred. Mixing time depends on the amount of prepared mix and is 5 to 15 minutes.

Then with stirring, add alkaline curing agent. The proposed composition with a ratio of acetonitriles resin to urea-formaldehyde resin, respectively, 1:0,02÷0.5 and alkaline curing agent at the following content, wt.%:

excludes the impact of the size of prepared composition on performance, but also increases the strength characteristics of polymer stone. The proposed polymer composition is simple when cooking and allows you to expand the Arsenal of tools used for the RIRs, and for conducting water influx isolation and absorption zones in the injection and production wells.

Using the fact that the curing process acetonitriles resin is accompanied by heat, measured the temperature of the polymer composition with an interval of 5 minutes.

When mixing acetonitriles and urea-formaldehyde resins, obrazu the camping complex with intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which then cures in the presence of an alkaline compound. Enter urea-formaldehyde resin forms with acetonitriles resin intermediate product due to the available reactive groups of the two resins. The temperature of heating is limited, and eliminates the dependence of the volume of prepared composition on performance.

The curing time of the polymer composition was determined from the time of mixing to the point of loss of mobility of the structure.

Strength characteristics of solidified samples was determined according to GOST 26798.1-96.

Below are examples that prove the possibility of the implementation of the proposals in the laboratory.

Example 1.

Prepared a mixture of resins in the ratio acetonitriles resin to urea-formaldehyde resin, respectively, 1:0,02 at the following content, wt.%:

To cooked mixture of resins added caustic soda to 1 wt.%, water 4,14 wt.% and mixed. The curing time was 50 minutes at 200 ml and 1000 ml of the prepared composition. The temperature of the composition after 5 minutes was 23°C. bending Strength with the Tawil - 5,2 MPa, compression - 13,59 MPa. Shrinkage does not occur.

Reducing the mass content in the polymer composition acetonitriles resin below 60% and the increase in the content of urea-formaldehyde resin is greater than 30% leads to deterioration of the strength characteristics of polymer stone, deterioration of performance. To increase the mass content acetonitriles resin over 93% leads to curing of the composition is not in full.

The table shows that the proposed polymer composition excludes the impact of the size of prepared composition on performance, but also increases the strength characteristics of the IKI polymer stone. The proposed polymer composition is simple when cooking and allows you to expand the Arsenal of tools used for the RIRs, and for conducting water influx isolation and absorption zones in the injection and production wells.

Method of productive formation insulation during cementation of a casing pipe involves downtake of a casing pipe equipped with reverse valves at the pipe bottom into a well, subsequent inflating of cement grout with a by-pass plug, working substance of density equal to the cement grout, with a by-pass plug, followed by displacement fluid until the reverse valves are blocked by the by-pass plug inserted over the working substance. The working substance is a cement grout with hollows filled with water or oil and sand mixture solidified by freezing. After the solidification is complete the cement grout is matured until the mentioned water or oil and sand mixture melts under the external influence, and then the formation is penetrated and depression cleaning is implemented.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to a petroleum industry and can be applied at repair of holes from water inflow by abandonment of leakage of production strings and annulus room. Technical result - reception of high and durable insulating effect during repairing works of holes from water inflow. In a method of isolation of a water influx in a hole at the leakage of production strings including an injection in a leakage zone grouting mixture, containing formaldehyde resin and a hardener-acid with a preliminary purification of this zone by an injection of the pointed acid. The grouting mixture contains complementary hydrolytic gypsum. And an injection of the pointed acid and grouting mixtures hold in a continuum mode at stress, above breakdown pressure of this formation, with the subsequent hardening of grouting mixtures without a decompression. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in cementation of deep oil, gas, and gas condensate boreholes under complicated geologic conditions and on deposits in late development stage, in whose geologic profiles there are intake formations and formations in risk or rupture. Lightened grouting cement containing clinker, natural gypsum-dihydrate, and lightening additive contains, as said lightening additive, tripoly powder or diatomite, or gliezh (fired clay), said lightened grouting cement further containing silica gel and having specific surface 700-900 m2/g and granulometric composition characterized by following sieve residues: 0.315 - 0.1%, 0.25 - 0.1%, 0.16 - 0.2%, 0.1 - 1.5%, 0.08 - 2.1%, and passage through sieve 0.08 - the rest. Finally, lightened grouting cement is composed of, wt %: clinker 55-63, gypsum 5.5, lightening additive 30-38. and silica gel 1-1.5. Method of preparing lightened grouting cement comprises jointly grinding at 300-350°C clinker, gypsum-dihydrate with moisture content 10-12%, lightening additive with moisture content 15-18%, and silica gel until target specific surface is obtained.

EFFECT: reduced setting and structurization period of cement at moderate temperatures, increased strength of stone at early setting period, and reduced power consumption on preliminary drying of lightening additives.

EFFECT: increased oil recovery from reservoir and decreased water influx due to improved filtration resistance of flushed zones due to creation of residual flow resistance factor with the use of gelling compositions, extended technological capabilities of the method and reduced power inputs.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the oil and gas industry, in particular, to chemical processing of boring solutions used for opening permeable beds under absorption conditions, and kill fluids used for repairing cracks under conditions of abnormal low pressure. The technical outcome is the improved quality of the reagent, which has higher hydrogen index, water absorption, high gel-forming capacity, improved technological parameters of the boring solutions and kill fluids containing the reagent. In the method of making polydisperse peat reagent for boring solutions and kill fluids, the peat is sieved to a fraction of 01.-10.0 mm, dried to constant residue moisture of 18-25%. The peat is heated at a rate of 2°C per minute to 75-85°C, thermostated at that temperature for 1 hour and cooled to 50°C. Then the peat is reated with calcinated soda in mass ratio of 1:0.15-0.20, respectively, and later, with acry amide polymer, with molar fraction of carboxylate groups of 10-30 in mass ratio of peat-alkaline mixture - the indicated polymer of 1:0.03-0.04, respectively. The composition for preparing process liquids of oil and gas wells contains a source of salts in form of a flux of calcium nitrate, and at least, one component from the group: potassium chloride flux, carnallite flux, concentrate of mineral halite, with ratio of components, adding up to the following content of salt, in mass %: potassium chloride 25.0-60.0, magnesium chloride 1.0-28.0, calcium nitrate 1.0-50.0, sodium nitrate 5.0-75.0, and target additive 0.01-1.5 % of the mass of the given mixture salts. The invention is developed in subclaims.

EFFECT: wide assortment of resources due to use of wastes of inorganic production with simultaneous increase of collector properties of the bottom-hole formation zone.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil production industry. The solid base of the compound for acid treatment of the terrigenous reservoir contains (% by weight): the product of interaction of the nitric acid with carbamide 40-45, oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid 40-45, ammonium fluoride or bifluoride 7.5-12.5, powder-like surface active substance "ГФ-1С" 2.5-5, the weight ratio of the said product and acid being 1:1. The base may additionally contain aluminum chloride and working solutions are prepared with a concentration of 13-35%.

EFFECT: increased producibility of oil recovery.
