The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the cable production.

The known method and device for splicing long items, which twisted the cable elements are twisting device with a constant predetermined linear speed, coiling to each other by rotation of the frame, comes in the form of a cable to the receiver unit (see, for example, Babitsky OS, Lehtman L.Y. Technology twisting cables. M., "Energy", 1978, s). This method and performing its device does not allow you to adjust the angular velocity of rotation of the twisting device, do not take into account the dimensions of the twisted wires and the settings of the cable, which reduces the functionality (for example, not possible to produce cables with a core, water cooled cables, etc.).

The closest in technical essence, adopted for the prototype, is a Method and apparatus for the manufacture consisting of cable elements (patent DE 631929, H01R 43/06, 1936.06.29), which produce the fastening end of the finished cable to the receiving device, drawing a constant linear velocity components of the cable elements (wires1) (1Power CORD (Cable) - cable product containing one or more twisted wires or one or more insulated conductors, on top of which is depending on the conditions of installation and operation can have a light non-metallic sheath, winding or braiding a fibrous material or wire, and is not intended as a rule for laying in the ground (GOST 15845-80 "Products cable (terms and definitions)")) with simultaneous twisting using a twisting device in the form of rotating and guide disks mounted on the pipe held within the cable core. The pipe connecting the disks twisting device, installed on a support, and the disks are on the periphery of the holes, through which pass the wires of the cable from the feeder. In this way, by means of the known device it is impossible to obtain a number of cables of finite length, different sizes of wires and the given parameters of satisfactory quality, as is not taken into account the required technological parameters (pitch, linear and angular velocity of twisting) when changing the parameters of the manufactured cable.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is expanding Arsenal of technical means of the method and device for the manufacture of cables of finite length taking into account the required parameters and with higher quality.

To achieve the technical result in the known method, including the fastening of the ends of the wires of the cable to the receiving device, and their subsequent withdrawal through holes disks odnovremennym twisting rotation of the disk around the core, what's new is that the fastening of the ends of the wires of the cable to the receiving device is performed using the handpiece, which are pressed together with the core of the cable and twist the wires around the core is produced by rotating with angular velocity determined from the formula:

ne=h*V*k1*k2*k3*k4*k5*k6,

where

ne- empirical angular velocity of rotation, Rev/min;

h is the pitch of the wires, cm;

V is the linear speed of movement of the core, cm/min;

k1- coefficient characterizing the diameter of the wire;

k2- coefficient characterizing the number of wires;

k3- coefficient characterizing the core diameter;

k4- coefficient taking into account the flexibility of the wires;

k5- coefficient taking into account the way of distancing wires from each other;

k6- coefficient taking into account the distance between the inner wall of the hollow core and the diameter of the wire.

After twisting the cable of a given length of the core and the wire is cut at the table, insert the core and wire the second tip and produce compression of the second tip with the help of the press.

The proposed method allows to produce high-quality twisted cable of finite length, taking into account all parameters of the required cable.

For real the organization of the proposed method of twisting the wires of water cooled cable to a device, which is in contrast to the known device for the manufacture consisting of cable elements (patent DE 631929, H01R 43/06, 1936.06.29 - prototype)containing traction receiving device, guide and twisting disks mounted on the support tube and having peripheral openings, and twisting the disk is mounted for rotation, it additionally contains a table and a press for crimping of cable lugs. In the peripheral apertures of the disks, it is advisable to insert a short pipe.

The proposed device allows to produce cables of finite length with the incorporation of wires in the tip, thus producing an effective twist of the wires with respect to the different parameters of the cable. Tube installed in drives, protect the wires from damage during transport.

Figure 1 schematically shows a device for twisting wires, water cooled cable, side view, figure 2 is a view of the twisting disc and cut the table in figure 3 - example of a table for determining the angular velocity.

The inventive device includes a pulling device 1 consisting of a motor 2 and a winch 3 cable 4. The structure of the device is press 5, which is used for crimping lugs. Between the traction device 1 and press 5 table 6, top 7 which has a cross section shape of the channel, the shelves of which are located in rikaline. For press stand 8 installed twisting disk 9 and at least one guide disk (not shown). Through the center of the disk passes the support pipe 10, which is rigidly connected with the guide disk and a rotating twisting disk 9. Twisting disk 9 rests on the rollers 11 mounted on a support 8, so it can rotate around its axis. The disks have holes 12 into which is inserted a tube 13, parallel to each other. Tubes 13 are used to eliminate scuffing of the wires 16 when the twisting of the cable.

Such a device allows for efficient and high-quality twist of the cable with respect to the different parameters of the manufactured cable.

An example of the method is given simultaneously with the description of the operation of the device.

Through the support tube 10 is passed a cable core 14 and fixed on the tip 15 of the cable. Through the tube 13, are installed in the holes 12, pass the wire 16, the ends of which are inserted into corresponding holes of the tip 15 and compresses the tip 15 through the press 5. The tip 15 attach the cable 4 a towing device 1. Using a traction device 1 starts the feeding of the cable core wires 14 and 16 at a constant linear velocity V. at the same time produce a twisting rotation of the disk 9 with the empirical angular velocity ne=h*V*k1*k2/sub> *k3*k4*k5*k6using a special actuator (not shown)that leads to the twisting of the wires 16 around the cable core 14 with a given step h. After twisting the cable of a given length L, the wire and the cable core is cut on the table 6, the tail end of cable core 14 is fixed on the second tip, insert the ends of the wires 16 in the holes of the second tip (not shown) and compresses the tip through the press 5.

Depending on the cable length L device for twisting can have one or more guide disks with holes, installed on the base pipe 10. The diameter of the tubes 13 and the support pipe 10 is selected depending on the diameter of the twisted wires 16 and the diameter of the cable core 14.

Determination of the correction coefficients kito establish the empirical angular velocity nemake as follows. To determine the coefficient kicharacterizing the diameter of the wire 16, in the process of twisting of the prototype cable length L consider the number of revolutions N of the wire 16 around the core 14, providing a given step of winding h. Then determine the empirical angular velocity neexpressing it through coefficient k1in relation to theoretically calculated angular velocity n:

ne=h*N/L=k1*n

Having made several cables of the same diameter and averaging the k 1for cables with wires of diameter, moving to the determination of the coefficient k1for cables with different values of the diameter of the wires. The obtained averaged values reduce in table 1. Similar tables are for cables with a different number of wires 16 (k2), with different core diameter 14 (k3), with the wires 16 different degrees of flexibility (k4), for cables with different ways of distancing wires from each other (k5), for cables with different distances from the inner wall of the hollow core 14 and the wires 16 (k6).

where ne- empirical angular velocity of rotation, Rev/min;
