SUBSTANCE: invention is related to blocks intended for straightening of casing during automatic stuffing of meat products. Block for straightening of casing during automatic stuffing of meat products contains ring (9), which has external surface. The casing slides, along the said external surface ring stimulating expansion of the casing. Block contains a pair of straightening wheels (8), which contact with external surface of crimped casing and pull the casing during rotation. Block is synchronised with stuffing device and binding device and/or device for clamps overlaying. During operation of block, control of functioning and speed of straightening operation is carried out. Preliminarily crimped casing is straightened in the process of meat product stuffing, straightening being carried out without casing resistance.

The present invention, in General, relates to a unit intended for straightening shell for automatic stuffing of meat products.
The present invention is that the unit is designed for straightening, contained a mechanism that when the procedure of stuffing meat product contributed to the pre-straightening of the shirred casing, and the straightening occurs without resistance this shell.

The present invention concerns a unit intended for straightening shell for automatic stuffing of meat products, and this unit satisfactorily resolved the aforementioned problems.

Upper film is released only after container evacuation and sealing along with cutting-out film area between part of lower and upper films adjoining the good and sealed edge. After evacuation and sealing operation termination heat is applied to total package for package shrinking. Device for described method realization is also disclosed.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installation for automatic putting of separate cylindrical or spherical articles, particularly, sausages or other food products, into trays. Installation has first conveyor for sequential delivery of row of separate articles in first direction, second interrupted-motion conveyor to feed separate trays in second direction, practically, perpendicular to first direction. Provision is made for first pickup to determine passing of separate articles, second pickup to determine passing of separate trays, and electronic control device receiving signals from said pickups and providing adjustment of step of second conveyor with preset delay within the value at least equal to width of articles. Rocking plate arranged at outlet of first conveyor provides aligning of separate articles delivered to tray.

Forming unit converts film adapted for wrapping around food products and supplied in the form of bobbin into tubular member which may be put onto charging tube on which another tube is positioned, said another tube carrying outer casing attached to base formed by tubular netted casing. Invention is characterized in that tubes of small diameter are used, said diameter being much smaller than diameter of ready product, so that film is adapted to tube after multiple longitudinal creases are formed on said film. Method involves providing multiple laying of tubular creased netted member using pressure applied by pumping system of apparatus for providing radial expansion of film and tubular netted member for obtaining final diameter of ready product, which may be altered in accordance with speed at which product is separated from machine for applying of double clips.

Sodium nitrate, ascorbic acid and ammonium succinate are used in the ratio of 0.006:0.2:0.03 wt% by weight of prescribed elements. Colorant is introduced into farce at the rate of 0.7-0.9 kg per 100 kg of unsalted raw material. Sodium nitrate is introduced into farce at the rate of 3.5 g per 100 kg of unsalted raw material.
