SUBSTANCE: invention concerns production of herbal tea for prevention and complex treatment of intestinal disbacteriosis. The herbal tea includes cinquefoil rootstocks, salvia leaves, milfoil grass, St. John's wort grass, elecampane rootstock and roots, sticktight grass, mint leaves, fennel fruit and buckthorn bark in the ratio of 2:2:2:2:2:2:2:2:1 respectively.

EFFECT: extended medicine range for prevention and complex treatment of intestinal disbacteriosis by sanitation of opportunistic intestinal microflora.

The present invention relates to medicine, namely, pharmacy, and for the establishment of collection of medicinal plants for prevention and complex treatment of dysbiosis.

Herbal medicine today are increasingly being introduced into medical practice that is associated with the desire of an increasing number of people to be closer to nature, to avoid the negative effects of synthetic drugs, and improve patient awareness about the possibilities of using medicinal plants.

For treatment of a dysbacteriosis of widely used medicinal plants with antimicrobial, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and anthelmintic properties, and their combinations (charges) [Lesiovskaja E.E., Nazarenko PV, Pastushenkov " L.V. Phytoprotection and herbal medicine dysbiosis. //Log Fitore-medium. 2003. No. 1-2/4-5/, p.19 - 25].

It is known for the treatment of a dysbacteriosis, comprising an extract of at least one vegetable plants (soybean, beet, garlic, cabbage, carrots, parsley, mint, dill, alfalfa), obtained by grinding to obtain a homogeneous liquid biomass CO3in the ratio of 1:10, and then the suspension of one extract vegetable plants with an effective amount of one type of probiotic microorganism in the normal flora of the human intestine (from gr is PPI Escherichia coli, lacto-bacteria, bifidobacteria, veilonella, enterococci) [RF patent №2002103062/15 Gurevich KG "tool for the treatment of dysbacteriosis and method thereof". - Moscow, 2004]. This means, comprising an extract of at least one vegetable plants and probiotic microorganism that is not available in the hospital or clinic.

The closest analogue of the present invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a collection for the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis of the following composition: thyme herb 30,0, eucalyptus leaves 20,0, flowers, chamomile 20,0, the fruits of black currant 10,0, marigold flowers 20,0 in the form of infusion1/2Cup 3-4 times a day [Sokolov, SJ Herbal medicine and phytopharmacology: a Guide for physicians. - M: Medical information Agency, 2000. - S].

The above medicinal plants and charges for treatment of a dysbacteriosis have the following disadvantages: medicinal plants have a limited range of pharmacological actions, without affecting the recovery processes microecology of the intestine and activate the repair processes of the mucous membranes and mucus production. Treatment of dysbiosis should be aimed at eliminating the causes of the development of dysbioses, which is possible with the use of rationally selected writings of drug is astically fees [Baranovsky, A., Kondrashin E.A. The objective of the invention is to expand the Arsenal of herbal remedies for the prevention and comprehensive treatment of dysbiosis.

The technical result - getting a new medicinal herbal remedies in the form of collection for rehabilitation from conditionally pathogenic microflora of the intestine.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed fee for prevention and complex treatment of a dysbacteriosis of intestines contains rhizome tormentil, sage leaves, yarrow herb, herb, rhizome with the roots of Valerian, an herb, peppermint leaf, fennel fruit and the bark of buckthorn in a ratio of components respectively 2:2:2:2:2:2:2:2:1.

The efficiency of individual plants and various combinations were evaluated on the basis of zone of growth inhibition of pathogenic microorganisms in comparison with a standard phage (staphylococcal, koliproteiny, Pseudomonas aeruginosa). The results are presented in the table.

On the basis of the results produced by the sample of selected species of medicinal raw materials, demonstrated the most pronounced antimicrobial activity, which can be arranged in the following series of preference: rhizome cinquefoil > mint leaves > sage leaves > St. John's wort herb > rhizome the roots of elecampane > yarrow herb > herb > fennel fruit > buckthorn bark > birch leaves > cornsilk > blueberry. Evaluating the antimicrobial activity of different compositions, it was found that the best results are shown variant collection No. 5, which is offered for further use in the prevention and treatment of dysbiosis. The ratio of components in fees is justified theoretically, taking into account the importance of each of them to provide the final therapeutic effect.
