The present invention relates to medicine, namely, pharmacy, and for the establishment of collection of medicinal plants for prevention and complex treatment of gastric ulcer.

Peptic ulcer prevalence, severity, complications is one of the first places among the chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. In the treatment of peptic ulcer widely used synthetic means that, when expressed therapeutic effect is not devoid of side effects, are contra-indications and restrictions apply, does not prevent the development of recurrent disease after their removal [Belousov A.S., Mamedov L.D., Zeldin V.E. and other Clinically. medicine, 67 (9). - 1989. - P.123-129]. The above medicinal plants and charges are not effective enough, as the use of individual species of medicinal plant materials is not possible to affect all parts of the pathological process, and the collection, which is an analog, includes the herb centaury containing bitter, which increase the secretion, which is unacceptable in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Thus, the actual creation of new medicinal herbal remedies for prevention and complex treatment of gastric ulcer.

The objective of the invention is to expand the Arsenal of medicinal herbal remedies for prevention and complex treatment of gastric ulcer.

The technical result - getting a new medicinal herbal remedies in the form of a collection to restore the balance between the factors of "aggression" and "protection", activate protective mechanisms in gastric ulcer.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the collection for the prevention and complex treatment of gastric ulcer, containing grass cudweed herb, chamomile flowers, additionally contains grass knotweed, rhizome with roots of elecampane, licorice roots, plantain leaves, fruits ripple is s, the herb motherwort, nettle leaves and fruits of fennel in a ratio of components respectively 2:2:2:2:2:2:1:1:1:1.

Technology of preparation of the collection is that each species of medicinal plants that meet the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia XI edition, crushed separately to the particle size of no more than 5-7 mm. Then vegetable raw materials are weighed and thoroughly mixed in the appropriate ratios to a uniform mixture, dust sieved through a sieve with the hole diameter of 0.18 mm Infusion of a collection prepared according GF-XI [State Pharmacopoeia, issue 2. - XI ed., extra - M.: Medicine, 1989. - c.147-148] as follows: 10.0 g of material is poured 100 ml of purified water (FS 42-2619-97) at room temperature, insist in infundere apparatus in a boiling water bath for 15 min, then cooled at room temperature for at least 45 minutes, filtered, pressing plant material and add water to the desired volume retrieval.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for producing of preparation, possessing anti-inflammatory activity, by extraction of herbal blend, composed as follows (by weight): black leaves of leather bergenia - 3 parts, flowers of officinal camomile - 2.8 parts, herb of yarrow (milfoil) - 2.4 parts, leaves of peppermint - 1.8 parts. The herbal blend, cut to the particles size 0.5-2.0 mm, is extracted twice in 80% ethanol, at room temperature, with raw material to extracting agent rate 1:(10-12) during 2 hours, and then extracted twice in 40% ethanol, at temperature 90±5°C during 1 hour. The spirit extracts are filtered, evaporated, combined, concentrated, and dried in vacuum desiccator to obtain dry extract.

EFFECT: preparation produced exhibit evident anti-inflammatory activity.
