FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to compositions of granulated synthetic detergents, meant for manual and machine washing (in any type of machine) and soaking all types of textiles, including coloured and other household needs. The detergent contains the following components in the given % mass: anionic surface active agent sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate 9-12; non-ionic surfactant 2-5; sodium tripolyphosphate 15-30; dispergator 0.3-1.2; carboxymethyl cellulose 0.3-0.7; sodium silicate 3-6; modified polyalkylene glycol 0.2-0.6; enzyme 0.3-0.8; sodium carbonate 6-12; photo-bleaching agent 0.003-0.020; optical brightener 0.05-0.20; fragrance component 0.1-0.3; sodium sulphate and water up to 100. The non-ionic surfactant preferably contains oxyethylated monoalkylphenols based on propylene trimers or oxyethylated fatty alcohols. The dispergator used is sodium polyacrylate or sodium salt of a copolymer of maleic or acrylic acid or a sodium salt of a copolymer of acrylic, methacrylic and maleic acid. Alternatives of the synthetic detergent are also described.

The invention relates to compositions of granules, increase the efficiency of synthetic detergents (CMC), with bleaching effect and is intended as a Supplement to the CMC for hand and machine washing (machines of any type) and soaking all kinds of textile products, including non-ferrous, and other household needs.

The trend of development of formulations of synthetic detergents is to develop compounds that combine high ability in relation to contamination of different nature with bleaching ability at low temperatures. It is also desirable beneficial effects of CMC on the fabric, which consists in the lack of inlays, sleek effect, strengthening the brightness of the dyed fabrics and the lack of education of the pellets, as well as reducing the harmful effects of composition on the metal parts washing machines (corrosion and scale formation).

The number of known compounds, to a certain extent to meet this requirement. For example, it is known detergent for washing containing Las sodium, as the nonionic surfactant is ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS (neonols), sodium tripolyphosphate, peroxide bleach, carboxymethylcellulose, polycarboxylate "it also", sodium silicate, optical bleach, polyvinylpyrrolidone, TED, the perfume, the product of the interaction oxyethylene the data of isononylphenol, triethanolamine and caustic soda, sodium sulphate and water (EN 2268293 C1, 20.01.2006, 11D 1/83).

The disadvantages of this detergent is the lack of cleaning ability, high foaming and off-white fabric after washing.

Known synthetic detergent containing Las sodium or ethoxylated monoalkylphenols-based propylene trimer, sodium tripolyphosphate, metasilicate sodium, soda ash, carboxymethylcellulose, prosolut, perfume, sodium sulfate (EN 2177986 C2, 10.01.2002, C11D 1/83). The disadvantage of this composition is low cleaning ability and insufficient bleaching of fabrics after washing.

The closest technical solution is a synthetic detergent for washing and bleaching at low temperatures, containing in wt.%:

However, this synthetic detergent has a high content of oxygen bleach and unstable during long-term storage - the powder is compressed, changing the color of the actual funds due to the instability of the composition to oxidation, is clumping, which reduces its quality and detergency of the funds. In addition, the tissues may re-deposition of dirt and off-white fabric after washing.

The present invention is the creation of granulated CMC, increasing the effectiveness of the detergent with bleaching effect.

The technical result of the present invention is to improve the efficiency detergent with bleaching effect, removing all kinds of dirt, decrease of temperature modes of washing, as well as reducing harmful effects on the metal part of tyranny machines.

This is achieved by the fact that preferably the additive according to the present invention in the form of granular synthetic detergent, improve the effectiveness of the detergent with bleaching effect, has the following composition, % wt.:

The combination of selected components in the selected ratio allows to obtain a granular product, which improves the properties of the CMC with a smaller total number of components that can significantly reduce the cost of detergent.

As the anionic surface-active substances are used Las sodium.

As nonionic surfactants (nonionic surfactants) use of ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS on the basis of propylene trimer (neonols), namely monoalkylphenol based on the trimmers propylene 9-12 ethoxylated groups, or ethoxylated higher fatty alcohols with 7 or 8 or 10 ethoxylated groups. The nonionic surfactants provide somastoresot salts and low foaming and increase detergent, dispersant and stabilizing effect.

In quality the ve of complexing agents is sodium tripolyphosphate. The high content of complexing agents prevents the formation of scale on metal parts washing machines (especially the heating elements) and greatly increases their lifespan.
