SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in food-processing industry. The device contains a cartridge connected to the bottle neck and incorporates the case with a seat to screw a die cone on the bottle neck with a clamp, a thread on the external side to screw for decorative cap and a filter from a coarse-filtration material, a sorbent and a fine-cleaning material. The device has a transfer valve incorporated a sealing element in the air feed channel outlet area, the said being made in the cartridge case.

The invention is intended for implementing the method of individual processing and cleaning every single servings pour from a bottle of liquid in a period of time before consumption personally by the consumer, and can be used in the liquor industry for processing and cleaning of bottles of vodka.

A device for processing and purification of liquid product (see U.S. patent No. 6193886 from 27.02.2001)containing the cartridge, consisting of connected with mouth providepulmonary bottles (case) and placed in it the filter channel with a bypass valve.

A disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of cleaning product, due to the unevenness of cleaning, since a different amount of fluid passes different amount of filter material, and an inefficient use of the cross-section of the neck of the bottle.

The technical result, which is aimed invention is to eliminate the above disadvantage.

This result is achieved in that the device for processing and purification of a liquid product containing the cartridge, consisting of connected with mouth providentially bottles (case) with a Central air channel inside the filter and the sealing element with an overflow valve, filter C is established on the inner surface of the housing, and a bypass valve mounted on the intake channel in the area of the outlet. The filter can be formed by successive filtration coarse material, sorbent or a mixture thereof and a filter material fine cleaning. In the output housing bore may be formed in the divider. The connection of the case with the neck of the bottle can be made with lock, preventing the removal of the cartridge from the bottle mouth. The device may be equipped with a screwed on the body of the decorative cap.

In figure 1 the device comprises a cartridge connected to the neck of the bottle. The cartridge includes a housing 1 having a seat for screwing on the bottle neck 2 with lock 3, preventing the removal of the cartridge, the divider 4, located in the exit hole, the threads on the outer side 5 for screwing the decorative cap 6 and a filter consisting of consecutive filter material 7 coarse, 8 sorbent and filter material 9 fine cleaning.

The mechanism for providing the necessary pressure of vodka in the inner cavity of the bottle consists of a body of the bottle, made of elastic material, and by-pass valve 10, which is integrated in the sealing element 11 in the area is the I of the outlet air channel 12, made in the body of the cartridge.

The operation of the device, individual processing and cleaning already bottled vodka directly to the consumer in a period of time before consumption, implementing the present invention is as follows.

Purchased corked bottle of vodka is taken in hand, opened by screwing decorative locking cap 6 and flips upside down on the drinking vessel. Vodka contained in the bottle flows through the holes in the sealing element 11 to the filter material coarse 7, part of it under the influence of gravitational forces passes through it and enters the cavity of the cartridge filled with activated charcoal and / or other sorbents 8, which provides the desired degree of processing of vodka in the bottle. Struggling through the sorbent 8, vodka in required quantities and at a comfortable speed will not be able to overcome the filter due to the reduction of the pressure force due to the rarefaction of the air in the internal volume of the bottle 2 and a large total resistance of the filtering material and the sorbent. In order to push the vodka through the filter, the user's hand squeezes the bottle, as a result, the internal volume of the container with the vodka is reduced, the pressure in it increases and then the Oia vodka flows from the bottle through the outlet nozzle divider stopper into the container for drinking. If that's not enough, the hand relaxes, the bottle under the action of elastic forces begins to deal to the original form, the pressure therein is reduced, the bypass valve 10 is opened and through vozduhoprovodyaschih channel 12 into the internal cavity absorbed the ambient air. The pressure in the internal volume of the bottle is aligned. The consumer again by hand squeezes the bottle 2, the pressure in it increases, the bypass valve 10 is closed, and vodka, being filtrated, obrabatyvati and again cleaned the filter, poured into a tank for drinking. This process continues until its content. After this bottle is flipped upside up, the pressure in it is justified and it is sealed by screwing the cap. If necessary, the operation is repeated.

Method of present invention makes it possible to increase wine stability from 3 to 6-7 months.

SUBSTANCE: claimed wine is obtained by blending of wine material or wine material and concentrated juice to provide necessary sugar content. Then blend is filtered through sterile membranes with pore size of 0.2-0.4 mum, cooled to -2 - -5°C, mixed with adsorbent and argol crystal in ratio of 99:0.5:0.5 and conditioned under agitation for 24-48 h. Then product is racked off, filtered through diatomite powder and heated up to 40-55°C for 1-10 min to increase colloidal stability. Wine is bottled in preheated up to 70-80°C bottles, oxygen from over-wine space is removed by filling with inert gas, and bottle is capped with preheated up to 70-80°C cork. Method of present invention makes it possible to increase wine stability from 3 to 6-7 months.

The invention discloses a material for filtering and stabilising drinks containing polyphenols and/or sensitive proteins, especially for stabilising beer. The material is a composite consisting of microcrystalline cellulose and one or more protein and/or polyphenol sorbents. Preferably, the protein sorbent is silica in form of silicic acid derivatives: sol, hydrogel (silica gel), xerogel and or mixture thereof. The polyphenol sorbent is preferably cross-linked polyvinyl pyrrolidone.
