The invention relates to cold forging, also known as "the landing", a long metal rods, in particular cold forging deformed steel reinforcement bars used for fastening concrete structures.

It is known that steel rods with the machinability of mechanically not only because of its length and weight, but also because of the wide variety of shapes, sizes, chemical composition, tensile strength, density, and other relevant mechanical properties.

However, these rods require machining to ensure betterinet fasteners in concrete structures. This betterinet fasteners must be ensured without deteriorating the properties and characteristics of the rods in their places of compounds that are convenient and economical way.

The first method used to provide convenient and cost-effective connection, it is to make threads on the ends of the rod, as shown in figure 1, in order to connect them with another terminal through connector with internal thread. Such a solution has the disadvantage that is the reduction of the useful characteristics of the rod at the connection point due to reduction in cross-sectional area resulting from the cutting of threads.

This method was is improved by making the conical, instead of a cylindrical thread, as shown in figure 2. Taking advantage of the effect of mechanical grip tapered connection, the connector rod with a conical thread can achieve performance close to the properties of the rod, which allows this method to be a leader among the systems currently on the market.

However, providing tensile strength comparable to the characteristics of the rod, conical thread does not allow to achieve the plasticity inherent in the rod, due to the unsustainable nature of the fracture when the tensile loads.

To overcome this drawback of the technology of amplification of the end of the rod to direct the manufacture of thread on it, which helped to reduce the cross-sectional area of the used rods in their places of connections.

This strengthening in the form of thickening is best achieved by forging, but, unfortunately, the lack of equipment does not allow for its efficient and economical way. In reality, the existing forging machines have been developed for engineering, not for construction.

The materials used in mechanical engineering, have smooth and precise dimensions, and homogeneous characteristics of different batches of material. In contrast, producers who formirovanii rods for concrete fasteners are not accurate dimensions, and allowable deviations by weight to 5% of the tonnage produced. Moreover, regulations, and trends related to used steel grades, shapes, sizes, edges and surfaces vary greatly from country to country. These reasons make the use of the forging equipment for engineering impossible for these purposes.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a forging machine, able to prepare deformed steel rods for subsequent threading and has a versatility that will allow you to use any type of steel, and the shape and dimensions of the rods. And all this with saving convenience and economy of use.

According to the invention forging machine for steel reinforcing bars intended for connection to each other via a connector with internal thread, is characterized by the presence of devices for landing all deformed steel bars, and the shape and design features allow long items to be carried on at least one side of the machine. To ensure efforts on forging long the product in the car provides a mechanism for mounting the rod in a predetermined position. And, finally, offered a forged stamp, suitable for use with terminals having different characteristics./p>

Another important advantage of the invention lies in the possibility of using the front surface of the forging of the piston is shifted inward position as the locking mechanism for the material being forged. Thus, the claimed invention relates to the forging press for cold forging metal reinforcing bars intended for use in the mechanical connection of two coaxially arranged reinforcing rods threaded on the end connector with internal thread, characterized in that the press contains a device for cold upsetting of the ends of the deformed reinforcing bars with getting thickening intended for education on these threads.

In one embodiment, the device for cold heading contains housed in the same enclosure device for forging and device for clamping the rebar. It is also possible that the press comprises a frame made in the form of plates, bonded strain rods. In a preferred embodiment, the device for cold heading contains the forging cylinder shock piston and the guide to prevent rotation of the latter.

The following aspect of the claimed invention relates to forging the stamp referred to the forging press, characterized in that it is made with about the Aulnay channel along the entire length to ensure long reinforcement bars.

Forging the stamp, preferably, is made with a recess having an area of expansion. Further forging the stamp can be made with the possibility of a clamp rebar or with the possibility of forging rods having different sizes. Preferably, if the forging stamp is made with the advanced channel for the landing of the ends of the reinforcing rods, capable of holding the connector, the length of which is at least 1.6 times the diameter of the thread on the end of the rebar.

The invention also relates to a mechanical connection rebar containing reinforcing bars with thread ends and the connector with internal thread, into which the ends of the rebar is made thicker, the obtained cold landing in the above-mentioned forging the stamp, and the threads are located on the above-mentioned thickening with the continuation of at least one of the reinforcing rods in the region of ribs available on the web.

The operation of this invention is presented in detail through the following description, supplemented by drawings. This information shows only an example implementation of the invention and is not intended for a full demonstration of its capabilities.
