The technical field

The invention relates to a device with a spit for roasting intended for frying food products such as carcasses of chickens, and the like. The device may be used in conjunction with in-house furnaces or devices for frying long of any conventional type or frying outdoors.

Background of the invention

The spit is a well-known device for rotation of food products such as carcasses of chickens, near a heat source to provide cooking a food product at essentially the same temperature. The outer surface of the food product is exposed to high temperature conventional furnace, for example, 250°and the heat is distributed from the outer surface of the food product relative to its internal colder parts. The invention

The present invention offers a device with a spit for roasting, which contains the node trochanter with a fixed part and a rotating part, at least one side wall for supporting the fixed part and at least one element of the case for support of the side wall, the housing, in which is enclosed the rotating part driven mechanical drive mechanism, such as a spring motor located inside the housing.

A detailed description of the preferred embodiments

This invention is a new device with spit for roasting, in which the drive mechanism is located inside the node trochanter so that the same mechanism may be exposed to the smallest possible amount of heat which increases its durability. Figure 1 shows one embodiment of a device with a spit for roasting in this invention, indicated in General position 10.
