FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention allows to get the film-forming composition which could be used to prepare various paint materials: varnish, lacquer, paint and etc. The task is solved due to that the composition contains oxidised sunflower oil, synthetic resin - chlorisated "green oil", which is the co-product of hydrogenising phase of ethane-ethylenic fraction while receiving ethylene and propylene with iodine number varies from 84.4 to 115.2 g I2/100, organic solvent.

EFFECT: consumption decrease of vegetable oil and preparation of the film-forming composition in mild conditions.

In paint and varnish materials increasingly used as binders are synthetic substitutes of vegetable oils. Known film-forming, obtained by fusing oksipolimerizatsija semidrying vegetable oil (30%) and petroleum resin (70%), followed by cooling and the introduction of the solvent and drying agent [AC USSR №802343. M CL309F 7/06. Publ. 07.02.81, bull. No. 5]. The disadvantages of such film-forming are a dark color, as well as the need for a process at a high temperature (260°).

Film-forming composition can also be obtained by the combination of oxidized sunflower oil, desiccant NF-1 and a synthetic resin, such as petroleum resin [AC USSR №910709. M CL309D 3/733, 09D 3/28. Publ. 7.03.82, bull. No. 9]. The disadvantage of this composition could be attributed to the need for the use of the modifying additive comprising glycerol ester of rosin, resinate zinc and calcium, with the aim of solving the problem of combining a petroleum resin oil by cold blending.

Closest to the technical nature of it before agemay is a film-forming composition, including oxidized sunflower oil (PSO), heat-treated "green oil" (TLV) [RF Patent №2265635. IPC709D 191/00. Publ. 10.12.05. Bull. No. 34]. The disadvantage of this composition is high neopredelennosti thermally processed "green oil"that can cause changes in the properties of the composition during storage or operation.

The task of the invention is to reduce the consumption of edible oils, expanding the range of paint and varnish materials of improved quality, obtaining film-forming compositions in soft conditions.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the film-forming composition includes OPM, synthetic resin and the solvent. According to the present invention as a synthetic resin is used chlorinated "green oil" (HSM).

The obtained film-forming composition contains (wt.%):

oxidized sunflower oil - 25÷40;

chlorinated "green oil" - 10÷25;

the solvent (aromatic hydrocarbons, solvent, white spirit, petrol) - 50.

Implementation tasks allows you to:

1) reduce the consumption of vegetable oils in the composition of film-forming compositions for the preparation of drying oils, varnishes and paints;

2) recycle wastes of plant producing ethylene, propylene EP-300 -"green oil",

3) to carry out the process of combining the components of the composition at room temperature in one stage;

4) eliminate the use of driers increase the toxicity of the composition;

5) lower neopredelennosti components of the composition;

6) to give the resulting composition, the resistance due to the introduction of chlorine atoms.

In table 1 presents the properties of samples of the original and chlorinated "green oil".

Table 2 presents the properties of the obtained film-forming composition.

Oxidized sunflower oil is obtained by oxidation of sunflower oil in the presence of triethylamine at a temperature of 130°With up to a viscosity of 1600 VZ-4 at 20°WITH [RU 2229492 C1, 27.05.04. Bull. 15].

Chlorinated "green oil" is obtained on the basis of the "green oil", which is a by-product phase hydrogenation of ethane-ethylene fraction of the plant producing ethylene, propylene EP-300 and is characterized by iodine number equal to 220.1 g I2/100 g, and an acid number equal to 4.8 mg KOH/1 g [Bondaletov VG etc. // Plastic mass. 2004, No. 5. P.50-51]. Chlorination of "green oil" is carried out by passing a certain amount of chlorine in 150 cm340%-aqueous solution of the original "green oil" in carbon tetrachloride.

Obtaining film-forming composition is conducted according to the procedure described in the example.

Example (PL., sample 1)

25 g of a 50%aqueous solution of oxidized sunflower oil in mineral spirit and 25 g of a 50%aqueous solution of chlorinated "green oil" in white-spirit mix. Evaluate the color of the resulting solution, and then water the film and determine the drying time of the coating, bending strength and resistance to shock. Optionally, the drying agent in the composition is not administered.

Color - 1200 mg I2/100 cm3. The drying time up to 3 coverage equal to 72 hours; bending strength - 1 mm; tensile impact - 10 cm; the adhesion is estimated at 1 point.

Properties of film-forming compositions of different composition are presented in table 2.

Thus, under mild conditions obtained film-forming composition containing oxidized sunflower oil and chlorinated "green oil".

Thermally treated "green oil" is obtained by heating (3 h at 50-150°C) by-product of ethane-ethylene fraction hydrogenation stage on ethylene-propylene production plant. Composition forms elastic films on substrate, which films are characterized by good adhesion and are capable of drying with no dryer added.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of edible vegetable oils, enlarged resource of raw materials and assortment of improved-quality lacquer materials, and enabled formation of films under mild conditions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modifying additives for varnish and paint materials and can be used in production of organic-diluted water-emulsion paints based on alkyd lacquers appropriate for outdoor and indoor operations. Method according to invention is accomplished via condensation of diethanolamine/boric acid reaction product (40.0-45.0 wt %) with vegetable oil.

EFFECT: enlarged assortment of domestic modifying additives exhibiting simultaneously dispersing, emulsifying, and plasticizing effects.

FIELD: corrosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for oil production and can also be used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering, and other branches. Composition contains 6-10% low-grade lignosulfonates, 2-5% industrial oil (spindle oil, tall oil, or MS-20 oil), 60-65% production waste, and 24-28% additive, namely primary C8-C11-amines. Production waste is, in particular, vat residues from production of synthetic fatty C10-C-acids or solid petroleum hydrocarbons: asphaltene-tar-paraffin deposits formed during production and transportation of petroleum. Use of composition increases degree of protection of metallic objects against corrosion under atmospheric precipitate conditions owing to retained high adhesion of coating formed from composition to metal, reduced porosity of coating, and prolonged period of time before appearance of the first center of corrosion attack at lower thickness of coating.

EFFECT: improved anticorrosion characteristics, simplified composition preparation technology, reduced coating formation time, and reduced expenses due to utilized waste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wax composition for protecting surfaces of vehicles from atmospheric effects and is also a car care product, particularly for filling various defects on surfaces of vehicles. The composition contains a substance with a wax structure, a pigment and liquid silicon polymer material. The wax material used is carnauba wax or ceresin wax. The liquid polymer material used is polymethylsiloxane. The composition also contains mica and abietic acid.

EFFECT: obtaining a composition which has a long storage period and has high plasticity and adhesion, as well as water-repellent and anticorrosion properties.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of preparing a paraffin wax emulsion involves preparation of a pre-emulsion by mixing a molten mixture of paraffin wax, mineral oil in concentration of 2.0-6.0 wt % of the emulsified mixture, an emulsifying agent in concentration of 3.0-8.0 wt % of the emulsified mixture and water. The mixture is stirred at 70-75°C for 15-25 minutes. Subsequent dispersion of the pre-emulsion is carried out in a hydrodynamic disperser at 70-75°C until an emulsion with average size of paraffin wax particles less than 1 mcm is obtained. The obtained emulsion is then cooled to temperature not over 25°C, held for 1 day and filtered. The paraffin wax mixture contains petroleum wax C18-C35 of the methane family with melting point of 45-65°C and C36-C55 isomeric structure with dropping point of 55-66°C with weight ratio of 90:10-10:90. The emulsifying agent used is non-ionic, anionic surfactants, a composition based on a mixture of stearin and/or stillage bottoms from production of fatty acids, esters of polyoxyethylated fatty alcohols and acids and an amine in weight ratio 1:1.0-1.5:1.0-1.5:0.5-1.0.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain paraffin was emulsion with high content (more than 60 wt %) of paraffin wax, which is stable for a long period of storage.
