The vulcanizates obtained from this rubber compound, have a fairly low temperature limit of fragility (-65° (C), however, do not satisfy the requirements gaskets-shock absorbers on a specific volume resistance.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to develop ode rubber compound for podrelsovoe and nachalnik gaskets-absorbers with improved physical-mechanical properties.

The technical result achieved by the invention is to increase the ratio of the specific volume resistance while maintaining the achieved temperature limit of fragility (-55°C to -60°).

The problem is solved and a technical result on the achievement of the aims of the invention, provided that the rubber mixture for the manufacture of podrelsovoe and nachalnik gaskets-absorbers, including rubber is the best choice styrene content 22-25 wt.% and rubber divinely containing parts of CIS - 1,487-95%, vulcanizing the group consisting of sulfur, 2-mercaptobenzthiazole, melt w,w'-hexachloroacetone in protective wax, N,N'-dithiodimorpholine, stearic acid and zinc oxide; N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-n-phenylenediamine, polymerized 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroxide, kaolin, carbon black, further comprises inden-coumarone resin, zinc diethyldithiocarbamate, petroleum paraffin wax and chalk, as well as carbon black carbon black with a specific geometric surface 33-36 m2/g in the following ratio of components, rubber compounds, parts by weight:

This maintains the level values of the vulcanizates made similar decisions. SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the field of obtaining bitumen component mixtures, used in any type of road construction, for putting road surfaces, patching repair, obtaining cold asphalt and for other types of road repair and construction works. A bituminous additive is obtained for modification of road bitumen through synthesis, at a high temperature, of polyethylenepolyamine and a fatty component. The fatty component used is an organic substance or a mixture of organic substances, with an acid number not less than 40 mg KOH/1 g. The content of the fatty component in the raw material has a percentage mass ratio of 60±5%. The synthesis product is diluted by the primary fatty component of the additive with percentage mass ratio of 20-40%, with obtaining of a cationic additive. To obtain a dual action bituminous additive, the synthesis product is diluted in the primary fatty component with percentage mass ratio of 45-50%. To obtain an anionic additive, the synthesis product is diluted in the fatty component with percentage mass ratio of 50-90%.

EFFECT: wider range of primary products, suitable for production of bituminous additives without loss of quality; lower production costs with simultaneous improvement of safety during production and use.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to binding material for road surfaces. It can be used in road and airfield construction, as well as in roofing, waterproofing and tight seams. The proposed binding material for road surfaces contains bitumen, caoutchouc and a solvent-plasticizer. It is unique in that, the solvent-plasticizer used is rape oil or a mixture of distilled tall oil and pentaerythritol, taken with mass ratio of 7:1. The vibration noise-attenuating sheet material is described. It is made from a mixture based on bitumen with chalk filler. It is unique in that, the material has micro-spheres made from a water suspension of ashes from a thermal electric power plant. Proposed elastomeric composition comprises the following components, mas. p. p.: butadiene-nitrile rubber, 5-70; partially hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber with the residual content of double bonds from 1.0 to 5.5%, 30-95; bis-(tert.-butyl-peroxyisopropyl)-benzene as a vulcanizing agent, 4-8; triallyl isocyanurate as a coagent of peroxide vulcanization, 0.5-2.0; technical carbon, 40-60; stearic acid, 1-3, and antioxidant, 1-3. Composition is prepared by conventional methods. Invention provides enhancing resistance to oil and gasoline, resistance to atmosphere and resistance against accumulation of relative residual deformation at increased temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to rubber mixtures based on fluoroprene, used for making rubber goods, which can work in conditions affected by fuel and used in the motor-car industry. The rubber mixture consists of a vinylidene fluoride terpolymer and tetrafluoroethylene, magnesium oxide, calcium hydroxide, technical carbon T-900, di-(4hydroxyphenyl)dimethylmethane, pentaerythritol tetrastearate, dibutyl sebacate and a catalyst. The catalyst used is in the form of guanidine quaternary salts, and more specifically, guanidine bromide or chloride. The catalyst is a compound obtained from interaction of phenyl-bi-guanidine hydrochloride or hydrobromide with lower bromide or ethyl chloride, with molar ratio of 1:7 in the presence of a base. The catalyst is taken in percentage mass ratios of 0.5-0.7% at 100% mass of terpolymer.
