The present invention relates to a textile material consisting of dyed fibers of aromatic polyamide (aramid fibers), or mixtures dyed aramid fibers with undyed cellulose fibers, and also to use such material for the manufacture of camouflage products.

To textiles for military use, especially the uniforms and field form, various army agencies comply with requirements of fire resistance and low Flammability. However, due to the printing pattern/coloring should not deteriorate properties such as fastness, characteristics of reflectivity in the infrared range, camouflage effect and durability, so far not been achieved with conventional textile materials.

Aramid fibers are the obvious choice for the manufacture of textiles with reduced Flammability. However, traditional methods of printing and dyeing not provide products with sufficient fastness. Also not achieved and the ability of reflection in the infrared (IR) rays, similar to the curve of the reflection of chlorophyll.

The object of the present invention is a method for the production of camouflage products on the basis of aramid fibers or mixtures of aramid and cellulose fibers, which will done the tion requirements, requirements of the military departments.

Patent EP 1111124 A1 discloses a method for the production of camouflage textile products, which includes the gasket camouflage pattern on dyed fibrous material consisting of synthetic fibers or a mixture of synthetic and cellulose fibers. In the dyed fibrous material even when using mixed fibers only a fraction of synthetic fibers dyed by a dye having similar chlorophyll reflection spectrum in the infrared region.

Further, in the second stage, painted only a fraction of the pulp fibers. Specified in the cited document synthetic fibers, in particular, are konoplevodami and (aliphatic) polyamide fibers.

Unexpectedly, it was found that textiles on the basis of aramid fibers or mixtures of aramid and cellulose fibers can be, respectively, painted by a method similar to that described in EP 1111124 A1. This was unexpected because the dyes used in the prior art for dyeing yarn, do not satisfy the requirements of aramid yarn, for example, by resistance heating or by the action of solvents.

Next, the military requirements limited to obtaining a fibrous material in which the fraction of aramid fibers is krashen in the mass of a specific dye, having reflectivity in the infrared range, then it is a drawing or paint, although in the case of a substrate consisting of cellulose mixture in the second stage becomes only the cellulose fraction.

This method has the additional advantage that it is no longer necessary to use two types of dyes and divide operations on consolidation, as is the case when the gasket or dyeing mixed fabrics, since the fraction of aramid fiber already dyed by the dye, which, in turn, contains an additive, which reflects in the infrared range, as chlorophyll.

Thus, the present invention relates to a textile material consisting of dyed aramid fibers or mixtures dyed aramid fibers with nekrashennymi cellulose fibers, and intended for the manufacture of camouflage products for military purposes, and the fraction of aramid fibers dyed with a dye having reflectivity, similar to chlorophyll in the infrared region.

The present invention also provides the use of a textile material containing dyed aramid fibers for the manufacture of products for military purposes coated with a camouflage pattern, which is that camouflage figure stuffed the usual way the M.

Further, the present invention also provides the use of a textile material containing a mixture of dyed aramid fibers with undyed cellulose fibres, for the manufacture of camouflage products for military purposes, in which the fraction of cellulose fibers is painted or covered with a camouflage pattern.

Textile materials, in accordance with the present invention are, in particular, woven or knitted materials, and can only consist of aramid fibers. However, preferably they consist of mixtures of aramid fibers with cellulose. Special preference is given to mixtures of aramid and non-combustible artificial cellulose fibers such as, for example, Lenzing FR is a commercial product of the firm Lenzing AG.

In relation to end-use fraction of aramid fibers in the textile material of the present invention, usually colored in the mass in a neutral gray, green, brown or olive color. Appropriate coloring agents, i.e. drugs pigments and dyes include all dyes are suitable for dyeing in the mass, which meet the requirements of staining in the weight of aramid fibers, and which have the necessary reflective in the IR range.

These dyes can b shall be used either individually and in mixture with each other. To obtain the desired primary colors they can be mixed with other dyes used for dyeing in the mass. However, you should always pay attention to the ability of the final product to reflect the infrared rays has not been accompanied by an explosive or abnormal effect on the curve of chlorophyll. The ratio of the individual dyes used are not critical to ensure compliance with this condition and are determined only by the desired key tone.

Preferred dyes are suitable for dyeing in the mass fraction of aramid fibers include, for example, C.I. VAT blue 05, C.I. VAT blue 64, C.I. VAT blue 66, C.I. pigment blue 15, C.I. pigment blue 15.1, C.I. pigment blue 15.3, C.I. pigment blue 28, C.I. pigment green 7, C.I. pigment green 17, C.I. pigment green 36, C.I. pigment green 50, C.I. pigment black 7, C.I. pigment black 11, C.I. pigment black 32, C.I. pigment yellow 42, C.I. pigment yellow 53, C.I. pigment yellow 83, C.I. pigment yellow 110, C.I. pigment yellow 138, C.I. pigment yellow 139, C.I. pigment yellow 164, C.I. pigment yellow 183, C.I. pigment yellow 184, C.I. pigment brown 24, C.I. pigment brown 29, C.I. pigment brown 31, C.I. pigment white 6, C.I. pigment red 101, C.I. pigment red 144, C.I. pigment red 149, C.I. pigment red 178, and C.I. pigment red 179), which are all well Izv the STN, commercially available or can be synthesized by methods known to the expert from the prior art. Preference is given to commercially available products Sicomix® IR-black 00-6760 and Sicomix® black 00-8530 from the company BASF AG, as well as Bayferrox red 600, Bayferrox red 655 and Bayferrox 960 from the company Bayer AG.

Method of dyeing in the mass itself known. This spinning solution or melt blended with pigment dyes or soluble dyes that remain in the fiber at the stage of coagulation, and thus dyed fiber.

Preferred dyes are added in the form of masterbatches, which can contain any desired excipients. Details regarding dyeing in the mass, can be found in the book Rompp Chemielexikon, 9th ed., 1992, vol 5, s, and cited in the references.

Aramids are suitable for production of fibers, are known and are commercially available.

In accordance with the present invention, the textile material, which consists exclusively of dyed aramid fibers, also suitable for the production of camouflage products, when you need a colored background. In this case, the desired tone is generated only when dyeing in the mass when using the appropriate quantities of the coloring matter. However, as a rule, this usage is utilised in the production of military camouflage printed products. To this end, a second stage on top of the appropriate camouflage tones cause the desired camouflage pattern. At this stage can be of the same dyes as in dyeing in the mass, but usually for these purposes it is preferable to use compositions of dyes for printing on fabric. Thus, it is preferable to obtain the color of this color, which corresponds to the bright tone camouflage pattern, and print darker pictures. The light tone, usually, choose khaki, light green or light olive.

If the textile material, in accordance with the present invention, comprises a mixture of dyed aramid fibers and undyed cellulose fibers, it can be used for the production of camouflage products for military purposes by dyeing or printing cellulose fraction in the second stage. If you want to get a plain colored end product, after dyeing in the mass of material repainted dye suitable for cellulose fibers. Preferably, the tone acquired after dyeing in the mass, was closest to the final tone.

However, as a rule, on the textile materials of the present invention, which consist of a mixture of dyed aramid and undyed cellulose fibers, n is the bearing of the camouflage pattern is performed on the second stage of the process using dyes for cellulose.

In this case, preferably, the dyeing in the mass was carried out in temperate gray, green, brown or olive colours, and so that the gasket was conducted regular camouflage colours, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the army, such as brown, black and various shades of olive and green. When dyeing in the mass of a moderate tone painted over deeper shades and do not violate the picture of the final product.

For dyeing or printing cellulosic fraction suitable coloring matter, including all dyes for cellulose, but you should pay attention to the curve of their reflection in the infrared region was similar to the curve of the reflection of chlorophyll, or at least used to dye showed no abnormal effect on the curve of the reflection. Moreover, the dyes used must meet the requirements of fade resistance.

In accordance with one of the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible the application of a very weakly reflecting black dye, which completely suppresses "chloropropionyl" curve of reflection. In this case, the brightness of the reflections in the infrared range corresponds, for example, ordinary earth, so that the use of such a dye is preferred for the purposes of disguise. In particular, the combination of chlorophyll is about - similar" and labouriously abilities gives reliable camouflage effect. Used for dyeing and printing cellulose fraction dyes can be used singly or in mixture with each other in a wide range of ratios of components.

The preferred dyes for cellulose are, in particular, VAT and sulphur dyes. Particularly suitable dyes are C.I. VAT yellow 4, C.I. VAT yellow 33, C.I. VAT yellow 46, C.I. VAT orange 1, C.I. VAT orange 7, C.I. VAT orange 11, C.I. VAT orange 15, C.I. VAT blue 5, C.I. VAT blue 19, C.I. VAT blue 66, C.I. VAT green 1, C.I. VAT green 3, C.I. VAT green 9, C.I. VAT green 13, C.I. VAT brown 1, C.I. VAT brown 3, C.I. VAT brown 57, C.I. VAT black 7, C.I. VAT black 8, C.I. VAT black 9, C.I. VAT black 19, C.I. VAT black 25, C.I. VAT black 27, C.I.
