Binding material for road surface

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to binding material for road surfaces. It can be used in road and airfield construction, as well as in roofing, waterproofing and tight seams. The proposed binding material for road surfaces contains bitumen, caoutchouc and a solvent-plasticizer. It is unique in that, the solvent-plasticizer used is rape oil or a mixture of distilled tall oil and pentaerythritol, taken with mass ratio of 7:1. The caoutchouc used is a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate, with components in the following mass percentages: 95.00 - 99.50% bitumen; 0.41-4.10% solvent-plasticizer; 0.09-0.90% copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate.

EFFECT: the binding material can be used in road or airfield construction, as well as in roofing, waterproofing and tight seams.

The invention relates to a binder for pavement and can be used in road and airfield construction and in the construction of roofs, waterproofing and airtight joints.

Known binder for pavement, a mixture 85-98 wt.% bitumen, 15-2 wt.% branched or linear styrene block copolymer at 200°to 250°C for 15-40 minutes (EP No. 0458386, CL 08L 95/00, 1972). Binder has a sufficiently high strength, elasticity, however, is not achieved full homogeneity of the binder.

Closest to the proposed invention is a binder for pavement and method thereof (patent RF №2038360, CL 08L 95/00, 1995), containing bitumen, block copolymers of alkadienes and styrene and industrial oil in the following proportions, by weight.%:

Moreover, prior to the introduction of the bitumen copolymer is mixed with 80-160°With industrial oil, after which the resulting mixture under stirring injected at 110-160°in bitumen.

The invention allows to obtain a binder, the corresponding parameters for the requirements of Vya is painful to the road surface. However, complete uniformity of such a binder can not be reached, because the affinity of industrial oils, consisting mainly of naphthenic hydrocarbons, block-copolymers of alkadienes and styrene is low. Binder has a relatively low values of elongation and elasticity, as well as poor adhesion.

The objective of the invention is to achieve uniformity of binder, the increase in the values of elongation, elasticity, adhesion, achieving low temperature brittleness over the entire range of composition of the binder, while maintaining high values of the other parameters.

The problem is solved by developing a binder for pavement containing bitumen, rubber and solvent-plasticizer, characterized in that the solvent-plasticizer used rapeseed oil or a mixture of distilled taly oil and pentaerythritol, taken in a mass ratio of 7:1, and the rubber is a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate in the following ratio, wt.%:

Distillirovannoi taly oil on THE 13-400177-26-84 is the product of the Kraft pulp production (OAO Lakokraska").

The pentaerythritol according to GOST 9286-89 obtained by condensation of acetic acid and formaldehyde in aqueous solution in the presence of alkali.

Rapeseed oil GOST 8988-77 is produced by pressing and extraction of rape seed.

A copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate in THE 6-05-1636-97 get method similar to the method of production of low density polyethylene, high-pressure (JSC "Neftehimsevilen").

Binder is prepared in the following sequence: in a pre-heated up to 250°With the bitumen is injected solvent-plasticizer, a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate and stirred at the same temperature to obtain a homogeneous mass.

The compositions of the samples prepared binders are shown in table 1, and their characteristics in table 2. As can be seen, the proposed binder greatly exceeds the prototype for extensibility, elasticity, adhesion-brittle transition temperature for the entire range of composition of the binder; when this is complete homogeneity of the binder.

FIELD: petroleum product additives.

SUBSTANCE: additive comprises mixture of commercial synthetic rubber and special components. The former, linear-structure commercial synthetic rubber, is, in particular, granulated synthetic butadiene-nitrile rubber used in amount 17-22.5%. Special components are maleic anhydride, 7,5-10%, and liquid fraction of liptobiolite coal-tar resin having boiling temperature above 230°C, to 100%.

EFFECT: use of additive to prepare polymer-bitumen binder enables simultaneously increasing elasticity, temperature brittleness, and adhesion to metal and concrete.

FIELD: manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: object of invention is to protect various building structures preferably using proposed roofing and waterproofing material. Manufacture of the latter comprises preparation of a composition obtained by mixing petroleum bitumen melt at 120-180°C, plasticizer, and ground rubber extender. The latter is rubber crumb measured out into petroleum bitumens/plasticizer mix preliminarily prepared in specially designed electrical bitumen mixing machine. All ingredients are further mixed until homogenous mastic mass is obtained, which is suitable for use in subsequent creation of five-layer coating without additional heating at following order of operations: lubricating cover of metallic expandable table with soap emulsion, laying first lowest layer of mastic, second layer of fabric substrate, third middle layer of mastic, fourth layer of fine sand, after which total assembly is cooled and cut in the middle into two equal portions, and laying fifth layer of water emulsion paint followed by forming roll and coiling it on bobbins using polyethylene film as temporary separator. Two mastic layers have following composition: 10.0-14.0% rubber crumb, 0.0-7.0% plasticizer, and the rest petroleum bitumen melt.

FIELD: construction materials industry; methods of recuperation of the asphalt concretes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the repair works, in particular, to the repair of the asphalt covers and may be used at the reuse of the asphalt concrete. The technical result of the invention is optimization of the process of recuperation of the old asphalt concrete with reduction of the net cost of the manufactured asphalt concrete at the expense of usage of its components extracted at the reprocessing of the old asphalt concrete. The method of recuperation of the asphalt concrete provides for comminution of the crushed asphalt concrete and its mixing with the mineral component. At that in the capacity of the mineral component use the mineral powder in the amount from 30 up to 100 % of the mass of the asphalt concrete, and the comminution of the asphalt concrete is conducted in the electromagnetic crusher with usage of the working substances in the alternating magnetic field with the strength from 35 up to 65 kA/m and the frequency from 35 up to 100 Hz. The produced mixture of the products is separated into the fractions, which are mixed with addition of the bitumen.

EFFECT: the invention ensures optimization of the process of recuperation of the old asphalt concrete with reduction of the net cost of the manufactured asphalt concrete.

Proposed asphalt concrete mixture comprises the following components, wt.-%: crushed stone from pipe rolling plants, 43.0-57.0; roasted sands after extraction of petroleum, 15.0-20.0; carbonate waste after stone filing, 16.0-24.0, and bitumen, the balance. The road pavement made of the proposed asphalt concrete mixture shows strength 10-12 MPa at 200C and prolonged working life.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a binding agent for asphalt-concrete mixtures comprising a modifying agent as an organic binding agent and a filling agent.
