Protective bitumen-polymer mastic compound

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: mastic compound is designed for pipeline protection and can be applied in construction and maintenance of various pipelines including underground oil pipelines, oil-products pipelines during summer and winter. Protective bitumen-polymer mastic applied for anticorrosive protective coatings of underground pipelines contains mixture of bitumen BND-60/90 and BN-70/30, thermoelastolayer and petroleum polymer resin. Besides mastic is added with polybutadiene low-molecular rubber, and mastic has the following composition, mass %: bitumen BND-60/90 7-14, bitumen BN-70/30 60-85, thermoelastolayer 4-12, petroleum polymer resin 2-10, polybutadiene low-molecular rubber 5-10.

EFFECT: improved quality and lifetime of anticorrosive protective coatings of underground pipelines.

 

The invention relates to materials used for the insulation of pipes and pipe systems, and can be used in the construction and repair of pipelines for various purposes, including underground pipelines, oil pipelines and gas pipelines in the summer and winter periods of time.

Famous mastic bitumen-polymer for insulation anti-corrosion coating of the pipeline, including bitumen, thermoplastic elastomer, plasticizer and filler, thermoplastic elastomer used definiltely TPR, as the bitumen used in road viscous bitumen (see, for example, patent RU 2192579 C2, publ. 2002.11.10, IPC F16L 58/12).

However, this mastic is not high enough adhesion to polymeric materials, which is especially important in environments with large temperature changes and during operation in winter conditions at low temperatures.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is insulating bitumen-polymer resin for corrosion protective coatings for underground pipelines, comprising a mixture of bitumen BND-60/90 and bn-70/30, thermoplastic elastomer and petroleum resin (see patent RU 2241897 C2, publ. 2004.12.10, IPC F16L 58/12).

The disadvantages of the known bitumen-polymer mastics are high treb is for cleaning the pipe surface from the old coating, that famous mastic has poor adhesion to the material of the old insulation coating of the pipeline. In addition, the mastic does not provide high workability and heat capacity, allowing you to apply it mechanically in a wider range of ambient temperatures, for example from -30°C.

Task to be solved by the present invention is directed, is to improve the quality and lifetime of corrosion protection of underground pipelines.

This problem is solved due to the fact that in the insulating bitumen-polymer mastic for corrosion protective coatings for underground pipelines, comprising a mixture of bitumen BND-60/90 and bn-70/30, thermoplastic elastomer, and a petroleum resin, added low molecular weight polybutadiene rubber, and the resin has the following composition, wt.%: bitumen BND-60/90 7-14, bitumen bn-70/30 60-85, thermoplastic elastomer 4-12, petroleum resin 2-10, low molecular weight polybutadiene rubber 5-10.

Mastic bitumen-polymer for coating pipelines includes a bitumen modifier, a plasticizer and a filler, where the bitumen used a mixture of bitumen BND-60/90 according to GOST 22245-90 and bn 70/30 according to GOST 6617-76, as a modifier used definiltely TPR DST-SR-01 1 TU, 38.4032798 am.1.

As a plasticizer use of low molecular weight rubber, and as filler petroleum resin on THE 38.10916-79 amended. No. 1-12.

When this paste has the following composition, wt.%: bitumen BND-60/90 7-14, bitumen bn-70/30 60-85, thermoplastic elastomer 4-12, petroleum resin 2-10, rubber 5-10.

As studies have shown, the proposed insulation bitumen-polymer mastic, by introducing a low molecular weight butadiene rubber differs from traditionally used for forming coatings bituminous mastics, enhanced adhesion to steel and polymeric materials in the temperature range from + 40°C to minus 30°and this helped to maintain the required degree of plasticity of mastic at negative ambient temperatures and to withstand the mechanical shear, impact and other effects (deformation) at low temperatures (down to minus 30°).

Insulating bitumen-polymer resin used in the coating, performs a basic protective function. In this coating performs thick mastic layer (not less than 3 mm), applied on the primer, which has a high homogeneous compatible with mastic layer. Reinforcing material - fibreglass mesh with a cell 3,5×3,5 - retracts into the hot mastic layer, and a protective top coat is applied onmouserelease wrap with a thickness of 0.7 mm Due to good heat mastic is the shrink wrap, which thus creates a strong adhesive bond protective coating, providing an impenetrable barrier to the soil electrolyte.

The big advantage of the claimed mastic is less stringent requirements for cleaning the surface of the pipe from the old coating.

Described in the invention of insulating bitumen-polymer mastic can be used for applying a layer of mastic on polyethylene (PE) film or a polyethylene radiation-modified radiation cross-linked) film with the subsequent application of this design to isolate the outer surface of buried steel pipelines in summer and winter.

SUBSTANCE: material is designed for protection against corrosion in case of major overhauling of gas- and oil-products pipelines insulating covering (recoating) in the field. Material of pipeline external surface protection contains layer of bitumen-polymer mastic compound, with reinforcing glass mesh immersed in it, and anti-adhesive layer, at that reinforcing glass mesh is made of glass threads with diameter from 0.2 to 0.25 mm by means of interlacing with cell size of 2.5x2.5 mm, and it is installed at the distance that is equal to 20-40% of bitumen-polymer mastic compound layer depth from the anti-adhesive layer, at that bitumen-polymer mastic compound has the following ingredients composition, percent by weight: bitumen "БНД"-60/90 7-14, bitumen "БН"-70/30 60-85, thermoelastolayer 4-12, petroleum polymer resin 2-10, polybutadiene low-molecular rubber 5-10.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the materials used for protection of the pipes and the pipe systems against corrosion, in particular, for protection against the underground and atmospheric corrosion of the external surface of the steel main pipelines transporting the natural gas, petroleum and the oil products. The inventions are realized as follows. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite building materials suitable as insulators in construction and maintenance of underground oil pipelines, petroleum product pipelines, and gas lines in summer and winter periods. Mastic according to invention contains, wt %: insulation bitumen (BNI-4) 51.0, building bitumen (BN-70/30) 40.7, divinylstyrene thermoplastic elastomer (DST-30R-01) 2.5, petroleum-origin plasticizing oil (PN-6Sh) 3.5, stearic acid (T-18) 0.8, and emulsifying surface active auxiliary substance (OP-10) 1.5. Mastic is characterized by being plastic to as low temperature as -28°C and can be used both for manufacturing insulating tape materials and to formation of insulation coating directly on pipelines.

EFFECT: increased plasticity and the same high degree of adhesion to steel, pain primer, and polymer tape.

SUBSTANCE: additive comprises mixture of commercial synthetic rubber and special components. The former, linear-structure commercial synthetic rubber, is, in particular, granulated synthetic butadiene-nitrile rubber used in amount 17-22.5%. Special components are maleic anhydride, 7,5-10%, and liquid fraction of liptobiolite coal-tar resin having boiling temperature above 230°C, to 100%.

EFFECT: use of additive to prepare polymer-bitumen binder enables simultaneously increasing elasticity, temperature brittleness, and adhesion to metal and concrete.

FIELD: manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: object of invention is to protect various building structures preferably using proposed roofing and waterproofing material. Manufacture of the latter comprises preparation of a composition obtained by mixing petroleum bitumen melt at 120-180°C, plasticizer, and ground rubber extender. The latter is rubber crumb measured out into petroleum bitumens/plasticizer mix preliminarily prepared in specially designed electrical bitumen mixing machine. All ingredients are further mixed until homogenous mastic mass is obtained, which is suitable for use in subsequent creation of five-layer coating without additional heating at following order of operations: lubricating cover of metallic expandable table with soap emulsion, laying first lowest layer of mastic, second layer of fabric substrate, third middle layer of mastic, fourth layer of fine sand, after which total assembly is cooled and cut in the middle into two equal portions, and laying fifth layer of water emulsion paint followed by forming roll and coiling it on bobbins using polyethylene film as temporary separator. Two mastic layers have following composition: 10.0-14.0% rubber crumb, 0.0-7.0% plasticizer, and the rest petroleum bitumen melt.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides bitumen composition comprising 0.1 to 25% elastomer, 0.1 to 40% solvent, 30 to 99% bitumen, 0.1 to 30% lithium salt of C10-C40-fatty acid or hydroxy-fatty acid, and optionally 0 to 69.70% filler, all concentrations being based on the total weight of bitumen composition and said solvent having general formula (I): (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom or C1-C6-hydrocarbon group and R2 C1-C6-hydrocarbon group, provided that sum of carbon atoms in R1 and R2 is between 5 and 7. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to bitumen-based stabilizing additives in asphaltic concrete mixes that can find use when manufacturing pavements using crushed rock/mastic asphaltic concretes in the form of granules. Additive comprises bitumen and structuring agent, which is pretreated flax straw, at bitumen-to-structuring agent weight ratio (1-3):(1-2). Stabilizing additive may further contain 1-5% of reagent Neozone D. In the preparation of additive involving mixing of bitumen and structuring agent followed by granulation, structuring agent is preliminarily prepared by soaking flax straw in a surfactant-containing alkali solution followed by thermo-mechano-chemical activation, washing, drying, and loosened.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the sound-absorbing material, especially for manufacture of the sound absorbing mats for the cars, which contain at least one binding substance containing the bitumen and, at least, one filler. At that the filler contains the straw, which, at least, partially is transformed into the fiber mass. At that the straw thus transformed into the fiber mass is formed out of the fibers, which have lost their natural connection in the stalks. Besides, the present invention is pertaining to the sound absorbing mats for the cars produced out of the sound-absorbing material and to the method of manufacture of the sound-absorbing material and application of the straw minced and transformed into the fiber mass and used in the capacity of the sound-absorbing material. The sound-absorbing material produced according to the invention allows to manufacture the power-saving, harmless, lightweight sound absorbing mats, which simultaneously ensure the high sound insulation.

Mineral material additionally contains cement 1.0-2.0; cation bitumen emulsion contains (mass %) bitumen 60/90 59.0-65.0; cation emulsifier 0.7-0.9; surfactant admixture 0.15-0.25; calcium chloride 0.07-0.13; hydrochloric acid 0.35-0.60; oxyethylated phenolic alcohol 0.65-0.80; and balance: water.
