FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: system of engine fuel supply consists of fuel tank wherein the following is installed: a level meter connected to the inlet of a "fuel-water" level regulator, and a control valve to flow out commodity water; the said valve is connected to a control outlet of the regulator. The level meter is made as two sensors of the fuel level, located in a portion of the lowest allowable fuel level mainly at opposite sides of the tank and one water level sensor located at the flow out level. The control valve is assembled so as to provide a positive feedback with the regulator upon receiving a signal on water presence and a negative feedback when there is no signal entry. At the moment of a positive feedback and water flow out the regulator is programmed to let out not more than 100 kg of fuel.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of the design and economy of fuel due to avoiding excessive overflow of fuel at a regular flow out of commodity water.

The invention relates to systems toprioritize motors vehicles, the fuel tank which may accumulate waste water supplied with fuel or condensing out of the air, in particular to systems providing discharge produced water, preventing water flow together with the fuel into the engine and prevent the unauthorized discharge of fuel instead of produced water.

A device for regulating the process of separating oil-water mixtures containing sensor interface "oil-water", placed at the top of the measuring chamber installed in an inclined separator-sump, the upper and lower parts of which are equipped with pipes placed in the zone of sludge and oil in the zone of sludge water. The sensor interface "oil-water" connected to the input of the controller, to the second input of which the signal of the set value of the interface between oil and water in the measuring chamber. The controller output is connected to the control valve on line divert water from the separator tank (see patent RU No. 2275414, from 2004.10.25, C10G 33/08 - prototype).

The disadvantages of the known device are as follows. Level sensor, placed at the top of the measuring chamber, complicates the design. The presence of one level sensor reduces the accuracy of the measurement because it does not allow yet to consider changing the angle of the plane of the section "fuel-water relative to the horizon, when the fuel sensor out of range of measurement and gives a wrong signal to the controller. In addition, the separation of oil-water mixture is not so acute the problem of saving, as when draining fuel with water from the fuel tank system topriority, since some loss of crude oil along with the drained water is nothing compared to the loss or unauthorized discharge of fuel. Another drawback of the prior art is that the device will not be able to prevent the ingress of water into the engine due to the approximation plane of the section to the edge of the separator, resulting in the flow of oil captures and some water.

The invention aims to remedy these disadvantages, which results in a simplified design, fuel economy due to prevent excess overflow of fuel during normal discharge of produced water and to prevent the unauthorized discharge of fuel instead of water, improvement of engine performance due to the receipt in the fuel supply system of internal clean fuel that does not contain water.

The objective of the invention is solved in that in the known technical solution containing the fuel tank, installed sensor associated with the input level control section "fuel-water regulating valve for discharge of produced water, wired the th with the control output of the controller, according to the invention the sensor is made in the form of two fuel level sensors placed in the zone of the lower limits of fuel, mainly at opposite sides of the tank, one water level sensor installed at the level of the drain, and the control valve is installed with the possibility of a positive feedback with a controller according to a signal of the presence of water and negative - in the absence of the above-mentioned signal, and the controller during the period of positive feedback and discharge of water supplied software configured to discharge no more than 100 kg of fuel.

The fuel supply system of internal as additional signs may have a controller with the Registrar fuel level with Desk-level positive feedback regulating valve with the regulator.

The introduction of two fuel level sensors placed in the zone of the lower limits of fuel, mainly at opposite sides of the tank makes it possible, firstly, to monitor the normalized volume of fuel in the tank, and secondly, provides a back-channel signal about the change in the level of fuel in the regulator when the angle of inclination of the plane of section, if one of the sensors went out of the zone of measurement.

Separate the water level sensor installed at the level of the drain, provides a signal only when draining water and reagir is no signal loss when in contact with fuel by lowering the plane of the section "fuel-water to drain. This gives you an opportunity along with signals fuel gauges to judge the approximation plane of the section to the cross-section of the drain valve.

Positive feedback regulating valve with the controller to signal the presence of water provides normalized drain, and negative feedback - in the absence of the above-mentioned signal - eliminates unauthorized draining of the fuel tank of any faction.

Introduction to controller software configuration on the drain no more than 100 kg of fuel during the positive feedback and discharge of water takes into account the accuracy of the measurement of the levels of fuel and water, daily and seasonal temperature fluctuations in the volume of fluids, hydrostatic pressure, pressure and inertia of the fluid flow, possible failures due to unauthorized actions, etc.

Check the fuel level in the period of positive feedback regulating valve with controller provides monitoring and control of fuel consumption.

The invention is illustrated a schematic diagram.

The fuel supply system of internal engine includes a fuel tank 1, the installed sensor 2 connected to the input of the controller 3 level section "fuel-water regulating valve 4 for discharge of produced water associated with the control output of the controller 3. The transmitter 2 mounted on the two sensors 5 fuel level, RA is displaced in the zone of the lower limits of fuel, mainly at opposite sides of the tank, one sensor 6 water level, set at the level of the drain, and the control valve 4 is installed with the possibility of positive feedback to the controller 3 by a signal of the presence of water and negative - in the absence of the above-mentioned signal, and the controller 3 in the period of positive feedback and discharge of water supplied software configured to discharge no more than 100 kg of fuel.

The controller 3 may be provided with a Registrar 7 fuel level with Desk-level positive feedback regulating valve 4 with knob 3.

The fuel supply system of internal engine works as follows.

When the supply of the fuel tank 1 fuel into the engine installed in it level 2, made in the form of two sensors 5 level of fuel placed in the zone of the lower limits of fuel, mainly at opposite sides of the tank, one sensor 6 water level, set at the level drain, monitors changes in the level of the plane of the section "fuel-water", and if the level exceeds the preset value, associated with the controller input 3 control valve 4 for discharge of produced water associated with the control output of the controller 3, opens his section on drain water. When this control valve 4 has a positive feedback of St. the relationship with the regulator 3 by a signal of the presence of water. Drain water is carried out until such time as the section level passes the lower mark of the water sensor. Positive feedback regulating valve 4 with the knob 3 is interrupted and the control valve 4 closes its cross-section. However, up to this point through the valve 4 can merge some fuel (less than 100 kg) due to changes in the accuracy of measurement of the levels of fuel and water, daily and seasonal temperature fluctuations in the volumes of fluids, hydrostatic pressure, pressure and inertia of the fluid flow, possible failures due to unauthorized actions, etc. that you have addressed the software tab of the slider 3. After that, the controller 3 does not respond to any signals from the sensors, and the drain is only possible by a special team with the cipher.

Registrar 7 controller 3 registers the level of positive feedback regulating valve 4 with knob 3. As the Registrar may apply the standard on-Board monitoring system and control parameters of a vehicle.

Industrial applicability the present invention is provided through the use of well-known and widely used system components.

1. The fuel supply system of internal engine containing the fuel tank, installed sensor associated with the input level control RA is the case "fuel-water", control valve for discharge of produced water associated with the control output of the controller, wherein the sensor is made in the form of two fuel level sensors placed in the zone of the lower limits of fuel, mainly at opposite sides of the tank, one water level sensor installed at the level of the drain, and the control valve is installed with the possibility of a positive feedback with a controller according to a signal of the presence of water and negative - in the absence of the above-mentioned signal, and the controller during the period of positive feedback and discharge of water supplied software configured to discharge no more than 100 kg of fuel.

2. The fuel supply system of internal according to claim 1, characterized in that the controller is equipped with the Registrar fuel level with Desk-level positive feedback regulating valve with the regulator.
