The invention relates to rechentechnik, in particular to x-ray generators monoblock type.

Analogues of the present invention can be considered as x-ray all-in-one serial x-ray ROM 24 and L, design and parameters of these monoblocks are listed in the "Rechentechnik" (Handbook under the General editorship of V.V. Klyuev, published in 1992 by the publishing house "engineering") str, 129, 130, 131.

The closest analogue to declare is the x-ray generator comprising a generator of high DC voltage, the x-ray tube in the casing, the anode node with the anode target and the window for exit of x-rays, cathode node in the form of a cathode filament and an insulator cathode, the power supply to the filament of the cathode (see "Rechentechnik"directory under the General editorship of V.V. Klyuev, published in 1992 by the publishing house "engineering", pages 130, 131, RIS).

Any modern x-ray generator monoblock type, comprises at least the x-ray tube, the high voltage source and the power supply system of the filament of the cathode.

In the analogues of these parts are structurally compactly Packed in a solid metal casing filled with liquid dielectric. Since the electrodes of all said parts are in relation to the casing high the potential when I need the inner surface of the casing removed everywhere from high-voltage parts, which leads to its significant size and large mass of the casing, and filling it with liquid dielectric. In the result, the weight of the monoblocks is 33 and 11.8 kg at a power of 4.5 and 0.7 kW.

The design of the generators analogue contains a large number of auxiliary elements serving for mounting the x-ray tube, high voltage generator, block heat, etc. Most of these elements must satisfy the requirements of high-voltage testing. This leads to high complexity and low technological design.

In addition, a large area of high-voltage insulation between the high voltage node and a monoblock case increases the likelihood of high-voltage breakdown and therefore reduces the reliability.

When designing a modern x-ray generator monoblock type requires the maximum extent possible to satisfy the following conditions:

a) supply Voltage x-ray tube must be constant with ripple less than 5%.

b) Monoblock should be safe in electrical and radiation point of view.

in Monoblock valves should be easy to operate, i.e. to have the minimum dimensions and weight.

g) Design monoblock should be efficient.

T is nicesly object of the invention is to reduce size and weight while increasing the reliability of the entire device.

The technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the x-ray generator comprising a generator of high DC voltage, the x-ray tube in the form of a metallic casing, the anode node with the anode target and the window for exit of x-rays, cathode node in the form of a cathode filament and an insulator cathode, the power supply filament cathode, a generator of high DC voltage and the power supply to the filament of the cathode is placed in the filled dielectric inner cavity of the insulator cathode.

As a dielectric can be used with either liquid or any other dielectric.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a General diagram of the device.

The proposed x-ray generator consists of a DC high voltage 1 power supply filament 2 and the x-ray tube.

X-ray tube includes a metal casing 3, the nodes of the anode 4 and the cathode 5. The anode node 4 represents the anode target 6 with window 7 to exit the x-ray radiation. Cathode Assembly 5 is made in the form of cathode 8 with a filament and an insulator cathode 9.

The DC high voltage 1 and power supply 2 filament cathode 8 is placed in the inner cavity 10 of the insulator 9 of the cathode. The inner cavity 10 is filled with a dielectric, which may be liquid or otherwise.

solator cathode 9, the DC high voltage 1 and power supply 2 filament cathode 8 are located in the internal cavity of the metal casing 3 x-ray tube. Positive terminal 11 of the DC high voltage 1 is connected to the anode node 4 and the metal casing 3 x-ray tube, and the negative output 12 through the power supply unit 2 with the filament of the cathode 8, the inner cavity of the metal casing 3 x-ray tube is a vacuum volume 13.

The proposed x-ray generator operates as follows.

The DC high voltage 1 from an external source is supplied to low voltage AC voltage that is converted into a high DC voltage by the transformer-diode-capacitor circuit. At the same time on the power supply 2 through the DC high voltage 1 provides the supply voltage to the filament of the cathode 8, causing it to heat up.

Thus, in the space between the anode node 4 and the cathode 8 creates a strong electric field that accelerates electrons emitted from a heated filament.

Accelerated electrons reach the anode target 6, which causes a braking x-ray radiation, which is emitted through the output window 7 anode node 4.

Offer from reenie has a number of significant advantages over currently known devices.

1. In the design of the proposed x-ray generator high voltage isolation source (generator) high voltage missing everywhere except plot anode-cathode, which is necessary for the physical principle of x-ray tube. Since the function of the main insulation performs vacuum volume of the x-ray tube, the reliability of the x-ray generator as a whole increases.

2. The x-ray tube housing is a housing of the x-ray generator as a whole, which reduces the volume and weight of the generator.

3. A significant portion of the volume of the x - ray generator is the vacuum volume of the x-ray tube, which contributes to a sharp decrease in mass of the x-ray generator.

4. Sharply reduced the number of different parts required for the Assembly of the x-ray generator, such as a separate casing of the generator, the fastening elements of x-ray tube, the fastening elements are generators of high voltage elements of the high voltage isolation barrier, etc. that leads to improvement of technological design x-ray generator.

1. X-ray generator comprising a generator of high DC voltage, the x-ray tube in the form of a metallic casing, the anode node with the anode target and the window for exit of x-rays, cathode node in view of the cathode filament and the insulator cathode, power supply filament cathode, characterized in that the generator of a high DC voltage and the power supply to the filament of the cathode is placed in the filled dielectric inner cavity of the insulator cathode.

2. X-ray generator according to claim 1, characterized in that it can be used with either liquid or other dielectric.
