FIELD: mechanic.

SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to the area of mechanical engineering, in particular, to friction pads intended for operation in lubricated assemblies. The friction pad is designed as part of a cylindrical shell, on the internal surface of which rectangular grooves are made. The grooves located longitudinally to the pad length have the same width and depth. The grooves transversal to the pad length, have width increasing with the groove depth. This provides stability of friction characteristics of the pad and decreases friction pair wear due to providing of more favourable conditions for penetration of the lubricating oil to the friction contact area, more efficient cooling of the friction elements, and better cleaning of the friction contact area from the wear products.

EFFECT: increased stability of friction characteristics of pad and decreased friction pair wear.

The invention relates to friction linings intended for use in units within the presence of a lubricant, and having grooves for penetration of the lubricant to the frictional contact.

Analogous to the claimed invention is a friction plate on the working surface of which is a groove of rectangular shape having the same width in depth (see Reference science in tribology, volume 3, M., "engineering", 1992, s). The essential features of the analogue pad, on the working surface of which is a groove of rectangular shape" match the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the inability to use the pads in the friction nodes, the working surface of which has a cylindrical or similar shape.

The prototype of the claimed invention is a friction plate made in the form of a cylindrical shell, the inner surface of which is a groove of rectangular shape having the same width in depth (see Friction and sealing products and materials. Directory-guide, "NIITA-Neftekhim, M., 1990, s, 74, 96). The essential features of the prototype "pickguard, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, the inner surface of which you are Olney grooves of rectangular shape" match the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the lack of ability to hold lubricant (oil) grooves, resulting in a reduced ability to clear frictional contact from wear products. Furthermore, the reduced cooling efficiency of the friction elements. This reduces the stability of frictional characteristics and increases wear.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is to increase the stability of the frictional characteristics of the pads and the reduction of the wear of friction pairs by providing more favorable conditions for the penetration of the lubricant to the frictional contact, more effective cooling of the friction elements and the best cleaning frictional contact from wear products.

To achieve the technical result in the friction lining, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, the inner surface of which is a groove of rectangular shape, grooves spaced longitudinally the length of the plates have the same width, depth, and groove, located transversely to the length of the pads have a width, increasing the depth of the notch.

A specific example of the invention is a cover for working in the environment of oil friction node PTO tractor MTZ. The pad is made of a composite material of tier-430 and is part of a cylindrical shell with inner radius surface ˜80 mm Length pads (cylindrical surface) ˜ 211 mm, width lining ˜56 mm, depth grooves ˜1 mm, the width of the grooves ˜3 mm.

Using the stated form of the grooves makes it possible to keep a part of the lubricant in the transverse grooves, improve circulation lubrication longitudinal grooves, which provides more effective cooling area of frictional contact and sufficient removal of the products of wear with the circulating lubricant. The result is improved stability of frictional characteristics and reduced pad wear during operation.

The friction plate in the form of a cylindrical shell, the inner surface of which is a groove of rectangular shape, characterized in that the grooves are spaced longitudinally the length of the lining, made of the same width, depth, and groove, located transversely to the length of the lining, made with wide, increasing the depth of the notch.
