FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: before deformation the stock is placed onto work holder, side surface of which is conjugated to the butt along radius, with projection of its end portion above work holder butt. At that metal volume of projected stock end portion corresponds to the metal volume of finished part bottom portion. The lever with forming tool is rotated relative to axis, which is located at a certain distance from the working surface of forming tool. Device for method implementation contains forming tool, which is located at the lever, installed with the possibility of rotation relative to axis, which is perpendicular to stock axis, work holder, side surface of which is conjugated to the butt along radius, which corresponds to the radius of finished part internal side surface conjugation with its bottom portion. Lever is installed on the holder with the possibility of rotation relative to axis, which is located at a certain distance from the working surface of forming tool, which corresponds to the radius of finished part internal side surface conjugation with its bottom portion.

EFFECT: capabilities are expanded.

The invention relates to the machining of pipe pressure and can be used for a stub pipe or production tubing with a hole in the bottom, with the specified fillet radius side surface and the bottom part.

A known method of manufacturing a pipe with a bottom part, which consists in the deformation of the end portion rotating about the longitudinal axis of a tubular preform of molding rollers, implemented when the device is to stub one end of the metal tubular element (application JP 56-23686, MKI 21D 41/04, publ. 1981), containing a Chuck for clamping and rotating a tubular piece and a movable forming a cylinder with the working rollers mounted for movement along the tubular billet.

The disadvantages of such a method and devices is their complexity and the impossibility of obtaining a flat bottom and a given fillet radius side surface and the bottom part.

Closest to the claimed method and apparatus and adopted as a prototype is a method of manufacturing a pipe with a bottom part (application JP 59-033041, MKI321D 41/04, publ. 1984), which consists in the deformation of the shaping tool end portion rotating about the longitudinal axis of the tubular workpiece, thus forming tool, the t is located on the lever, which rotate about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece, which is realized with the operation of the device containing a forming tool, located on the lever that is installed with the possibility of rotation about the axis perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece.

Such a method and apparatus simpler, but they also do not provide a pipe with a flat or concave bottom part and set the fillet radius of the side surface and the bottom part.

The task of the invention is to provide opportunities for pipes with a flat or concave bottom part and set the fillet radius of the side surface and the bottom part.

The problem is solved by improved method of manufacturing a pipe with a bottom part which includes the deformation of the end portion mounted on the mandrel and rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the tubular workpiece by rotating forming tool, located on the lever about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece.

This improvement is that the use of the mandrel, the side surface of which is paired with her butt on the radius corresponding to the radius of the pair of internal side surfaces of the finished piece, with its bottom part, before deformation of the workpiece mounted on the mandrel is her protruding end portion before the end of the mandrel, ensure that the volume of metal protruding end portion of the workpiece volume of the metal bottom of the finished part, and a lever carried out with respect to an axis located at a distance from the working surface of the forming tool, corresponding to the fillet radius of the outer side surface of the finished piece, with its bottom part, in accordance with the arrangement of the workpiece and the forming tool after deformation, as shown in figure 2.

This process of deformation allows you to restrict the deformation of the workpiece material gap between the mandrel and the working surface of the forming tool and to get the pipe with a flat or concave bottom part and set the fillet radius of the side surface and the bottom part.

The problem is solved also by improved device for manufacturing a pipe with a bottom part containing a mandrel for mounting a tubular preform, molding tool, located on the lever that is installed with the possibility of rotation about the axis perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece.

This improvement is that the side surface of the mandrel is associated with the end of the radius corresponding to the radius of the pair of internal side surface of ottoway details with its bottom part, the lever is mounted on the holder and the axis of rotation is located at a distance from the working surface of the forming tool, corresponding to the fillet radius of the outer side surface of the finished piece, with its bottom part, in accordance with the arrangement of the workpiece and the forming tool after deformation, as shown in figure 2.

This embodiment of the device allows you to restrict the deformation of the workpiece material gap between the mandrel and the working surface of the forming tool and to get the pipe with a flat or concave bottom part and set the fillet radius of the side surface and the bottom part.

A single technical result achieved by the invention is the provision of deformation of the workpiece in the gap between the mandrel and the working surface of the forming tool.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where figure 1 shows a diagram of the location of the workpiece and the forming tool before deformation, figure 2 - the same, after deformation, figure 3 is a left side view figure 1, figure 4 - options for the finished parts.

The device for manufacturing a pipe with a bottom part contains the shaping tool - carbide plate 1 located on the lever 2 that is installed with the possibility of rotation about the axis 3, perpendicu Arnau axis of the workpiece. The device is provided with a mandrel 4, the side surface 5 which mates with the flange 6 on the radius R corresponding to the radius of the pair of internal side surface of the finished parts 7 with the inner surface of its bottom part 8. The workpiece rotates about its longitudinal axis 14, whereby the friction of the working surface 10 of shaping tools - carbide inserts 1 and the workpiece surface 12 of the last heats. Turning the lever 2 about the axis 3, carry out the deformation carbide plate 1 end portion 13 is heated rotary tubular workpiece 12. The result is a finished item 7, the bottom portion 8 which mates with the side surface at the specified radius. The proposed method and with the use of the proposed device were manufactured by a piece of steel 20 with a diameter of 3 mm, a wall thickness of 2 mm with a bottom part with a hole diameter of 14 mm, the mating side surface on the outer radius R of 3 mm For this purpose, the tubular blank is placed on the mandrel with the protrusion of the end portion of 4.5 mm in the Chuck of a lathe C, the holder of which is secured a holder with a forming tool - carbide plate alloy VK8. At stage (c) simultaneous feed of excess inner pressure of fluid and control of plunger of punch are realized and closed end of blank is shifted in direction opposite to that of fluid pressure action upon end of blank.
